Fig. 3 is a flowchart of steps of an item information query provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 3, the method may include:
step 301, the terminal obtains the query information of the object to be queried according to the designated touch operation of the user on the page and the content displayed on the page.
Specifically, this step can be realized by the following substeps (1) to (3):
substep (1): and the terminal captures the page according to the appointed touch operation to obtain a query image, wherein the query image comprises the content displayed by the page.
Substep (2): and the terminal determines coordinate information according to the corresponding operation position of the designated touch operation on the page.
In this step, the terminal may construct a reference coordinate system on the page according to a preset coordinate construction rule, and then determine a corresponding coordinate value of an operation position of the designated touch operation on the page in the reference coordinate system, so as to obtain coordinate information. The coordinate construction rule may be set according to actual requirements, for example, the coordinate construction rule may be set to use an upper left corner as an origin, a horizontal direction as an X-axis direction, and a vertical direction as a Y-axis direction, which is not limited in this disclosure. Furthermore, the screenshot of the page can be realized by running a preset screenshot command, and the obtained screenshot is the query image.
And (3) the terminal acquires the query information of the article to be queried according to the coordinate information and the query image.
When the user executes the designated touch operation, the articles to be inquired which are interested by the user often appear in the page, so that the screenshot is carried out on the page, and the obtained content inquiry image containing the page display can ensure that the inquiry image contains the articles to be inquired which are interested by the user to a certain extent. Further, the coordinate information may reflect a position where a designated touch operation performed by the user on the page is located, and when the user performs the designated touch operation, the user often operates the object to be queried, which is interested in the user. Therefore, in an implementation manner, the query image and the coordinate information can be used as query information, so that the query information can represent the to-be-queried object more comprehensively and represent the to-be-queried object more clearly, and further the accuracy of the relevant information queried by the server based on the query information can be improved to a certain extent. Meanwhile, other contents do not need to be additionally displayed on the page, and the user only needs to execute specified touch operation on the interested article, for example, click operation is executed on the interested article in a live video picture displayed in the page, so that the terminal can be controlled to inquire, and then the article information can be flexibly acquired according to the actual requirement.
Further, in another implementation manner, the terminal may also obtain query information of the item to be queried according to the coordinate information and the query image through the following substeps (3a) to (3 b):
substep (3a) dividing the query image into item region sub-images by the terminal according to the items contained in the query image; wherein one item area sub-image corresponds to one item. In this step, the terminal may perform image recognition on the query image to determine an area where each item included in the query image is located. For example, the area occupied by the article in the image is often a closed area, and accordingly, the closed area included in the query image can be determined by a connected domain algorithm, and then each closed area is determined as the area where the article is located. In an actual application scene, articles may overlap, and therefore, an image detection algorithm may be further used for detection, and a plurality of articles belonging to the same connected domain may be distinguished. Further, the query image may be divided according to the area where each article is located, so as to obtain the image area corresponding to each article area, that is, the article area sub-image. For example, assuming that the query image includes three items, namely a table and a ball shoe, the item area sub-image corresponding to the table and the item area sub-image corresponding to the ball shoe can be obtained through division.
And (3b) the terminal acquires the article image of the article to be inquired according to the position indicated by the coordinate information and the position of each article region sub-image.
And the substep (3c) using the object image of the object to be inquired as the inquiry information by the terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal can determine whether the sub-image of the article area containing the position indicated by the coordinate information exists; if the position information exists, determining an article area sub-image containing the position indicated by the coordinate information as an article image of the article to be inquired; and if the position of the sub-image does not exist, determining the sub-image of the article area with the position closest to the position indicated by the coordinate information as the article image of the article to be inquired. Specifically, the terminal may construct a reference coordinate system on the query image according to a preset coordinate construction rule, and then determine an operation position corresponding to the coordinate information on the query image. The coordinate construction rule can be set according to actual requirements, and the coordinate construction rule can be a coordinate construction rule used by the terminal in the previous step, so that comparability between the position indicated by the coordinate information and the position of the sub-image of the article area in the query image can be ensured.
Further, the terminal may first determine whether an item area sub-image including the position indicated by the coordinate information exists, that is, whether the position indicated by the coordinate information falls into which item area sub-image, if so, it may be considered that the item area sub-image represents an item to be queried that is interested by the user, and accordingly, the item area sub-image may be determined as an item image of the queried item. Further, since the user may have a deviation when performing the designated touch operation, for example, when clicking a shoe of interest, the user does not click on the area where the shoe is located, which may cause the indicated position to fall into a blank area where the non-article is located, and may cause no sub-image of the article area containing the position indicated by the coordinate information. In this case, the distance between the position of each article area sub-image and the position indicated by the coordinate information may be calculated, where the position of each article area sub-image refers to the center point of the article area sub-image. And then determining the sub-image of the area of the article with the minimum distance as the image of the article to be inquired. Because the position corresponding to the designated touch operation performed under the condition of the deviation is often closer to the interested article when the operation deviation occurs to the user, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the accuracy of the determined article image of the article to be queried can be ensured to a certain extent by selecting the sub-image of the article area closest to the object area as the article image of the article to be queried.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, an item option selected in the page by the specified touch operation may also be determined; and taking the article represented by the article option as an article to be queried, and acquiring query information of the article to be queried based on the description information associated with the article option. The style of the item option may be set according to an actual situation, for example, the item option may be a square virtual button, each item option may be associated with description information of an item represented by the item option, and the description information may be preset information that can represent a feature of the item and can be used to query related information of the item. Such as name, style picture, item identification (Identity), etc. Further, when the item option is selected, it may be considered that the user needs to query the item represented by the item option, and accordingly, the item represented by the item option may be used as the item to be queried, and the description information associated with the item option may be used as the query information of the item to be queried. Therefore, the query information can be conveniently and quickly acquired by the terminal by displaying the item options associated with the description information of the item represented by the item options, and the query information acquisition efficiency is further improved to a certain extent.
Step 302, the terminal sends the query information to a server.
Specifically, the specific implementation manner of this step may refer to the description in the foregoing related step, and details are not described herein in this disclosure.
Step 303, the server receives the query information of the article to be queried, which is sent by the terminal.

Step 304, the server queries according to the query information to obtain the relevant information; the related information comprises the item information of the item to be inquired and/or the item information of the related item of the item to be inquired.
Specifically, the query information may be query image and coordinate information, and the query is performed according to the query information to obtain related information of the object to be queried, and the query information may include:
substep (3): the server divides the query image into item region sub-images according to the items contained in the query image; wherein one item area sub-image corresponds to one item.
Substep (4): and the server acquires the article image of the article to be inquired according to the position indicated by the coordinate information and the position of each article area sub-image.
Specifically, the sub-step (3) to the sub-step (4) may be implemented by referring to the description in the related step, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Substep (5): and the server inquires and obtains the related information according to the article image of the article to be inquired and the article image of a preset article.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server determines the article image of the article to be queried by including the query image of the article to be queried and the position of the article to be queried in the query image, and finally queries the related information based on the article image of the article to be queried and the article image of the preset article. Optionally, the query information may also be an item image of the item to be queried, and accordingly, the server may directly perform the sub-step (5) to query for relevant information.
Specifically, the content displayed on the page of the terminal may be a live video frame, and the query information may further include a live room identifier to which the item to be queried belongs, where the live room indicated by the live room identifier may be a live room providing the live video frame, that is, a live room watched by the user. Correspondingly, the server may determine similarity between the item image of each preset item and the item image of the item to be queried; then, acquiring article information of a first preset article as the article information of the article to be inquired; the first preset article is a preset article which has the maximum corresponding similarity and the same live broadcast room identifier as the to-be-inquired article; and/or acquiring article information of a second preset article as the article information of the related article; the second preset article is a preset article with the corresponding similarity larger than a preset similarity threshold.
The article image and the article information of the preset article can be pre-entered by the page content provider. Taking a server of a short video platform as an example, the preset articles stored in the database of the server can come from a plurality of live broadcast rooms, and the information related to the preset articles can be sent to the server by the anchor broadcast of the live broadcast rooms through a terminal so as to realize the recording. Correspondingly, the server can receive and establish the corresponding relation between the information and the corresponding preset article and the live broadcast room identifier to which the preset article belongs, and then store the corresponding relation in the database so as to facilitate searching.
Further, when calculating the similarity between the article image of each preset article and the article image of the article to be queried, the server may extract the article image corresponding to the preset article first, and then calculate a structural similarity metric (SSIM) between the article image of the preset article and the article image of the article to be queried, where the SSIM may measure the similarity of the images from the aspects of brightness, contrast, structure, and the like. Then, the SSIM value between the two is determined as the similarity of the two. By analogy, the corresponding similarity of the article image of each preset article can be obtained. Of course, other parameters that can be used for similarity between two images may also be selected and calculated, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
Further, if the similarity corresponding to the preset article is the maximum, and the identifier of the live broadcast room to which the preset article belongs is the same as the identifier of the live broadcast room to which the to-be-queried article belongs, the preset article can be regarded as the to-be-queried article seen on the page by the user, and therefore the preset article can be used as the first preset article, and the article information of the first preset article is obtained and used as the article information of the to-be-queried article. If the similarity corresponding to the preset item is greater than the preset similarity threshold, the preset item can be regarded as the same item as the item to be inquired, and therefore the preset items can be used as second preset items, and the item information of the second preset items can be obtained and used as the item information of the associated items. The preset similarity threshold may be set according to actual requirements, for example, the preset similarity threshold may be 96%, which is not limited in this disclosure. The article information at least can contain article prices, so that the user can conveniently compare the prices, and the user can conveniently screen the prices. It should be noted that the server may also obtain the article information of the preset article stored in the server of the other network platform by calling the server interface of the other network platform, and further search the article information of the associated article from the other platform, so that the price comparison range may be expanded, and richer choices may be provided for the user.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the article information of the preset article having the largest similarity and matching with the identifier of the live broadcast room to which the preset article belongs is used as the article information of the article to be queried, so that it can be ensured that the information of the article attached to the live broadcast room watched by the user can be obtained preferentially, that is, the information of the article in which the user watches through the terminal and is interested can be obtained. Meanwhile, the article information of the article to be inquired and the article information of the related article which is associated with the article to be inquired are simultaneously inquired to serve as the related information, so that the related information can be more convenient for a user to know the condition of the related article, and the reference value of the related information finally displayed by the terminal to the user can be further improved to a certain extent.
And 305, the server returns the relevant information to the terminal.
Specifically, the specific implementation manner of this step may refer to the description in the foregoing related step, and details are not described herein in this disclosure.
Step 306, the terminal receives the relevant information of the to-be-inquired item returned by the server.
And 307, displaying the related information by the terminal.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the operation of receiving the relevant information of the to-be-queried item returned by the server may include: receiving related information of a plurality of articles to be inquired returned by the server within a preset time length; accordingly, the step of displaying the related information may include: and displaying the related information of the plurality of items to be inquired in a same list in a correlated manner. Specifically, the preset time duration may be set according to a time duration for the user to perform the specified touch operation on the multiple items in the page, for example, the preset time duration may be 5 seconds. In an actual application scenario, a plurality of items that are interested by a user may appear in a page, and in this case, the user may trigger the terminal to query the plurality of items. For example, a user may continuously perform a specified touch operation on 3 items in a page, and accordingly, the terminal may query the relevant information of the 3 items through the server. Because the time interval for performing the designated touch operation on the multiple articles in the same page is often short, the related information of the multiple articles to be queried, which is returned by the server within the preset time period, can be considered to belong to the same page with a high probability, and accordingly, the terminal can display the related information of the articles to be queried in the same list in an associated manner, so that the display concentration degree of the information can be improved, and the user can conveniently view the information. Meanwhile, the problem that when a user inquires a plurality of articles in a short time, the displayed related information of the previous article to be inquired is covered by the related information of other later articles to be inquired, and then the user does not have enough time to check the related information of the previous article to be inquired can be avoided by intensively displaying the related information in the same list.
For example, in a case that the related information includes item information of an item to be queried and item information of an item associated with the item to be queried, the related information of any item to be queried may be displayed in the following manner: displaying the item information of the item to be inquired in a list; and after the item information of the item to be inquired, displaying the item information of the associated item. Therefore, the item information of the item to be inquired, which is interested by the user, can be preferentially displayed, the user can be ensured to preferentially acquire the item information of the item to be inquired seen in the page, and the information acquisition efficiency is improved.
Further, the item information at least comprises price, so that a user can conveniently and visually determine whether to purchase or not, meanwhile, the user can conveniently compare the price, and the cost performance of the item to be inquired relative to other similar related items is measured from the price dimension. The article information may further include: article linking; accordingly, the terminal may jump to a purchase page corresponding to the item link upon receiving a preset operation for the item link. The preset operation may be an operation for triggering the terminal to jump to a purchase page corresponding to the item link, and the preset operation may be preset according to actual requirements, for example, a click operation, a double click operation, and the like. In the embodiment of the disclosure, the item link is returned, and when a preset operation on the item link is detected, the user jumps to the purchase page. Thus, the convenience degree of purchasing of the user can be improved.
To sum up, according to the item information query method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the terminal may obtain query information of an item to be queried according to a specified touch operation of a user on a page and content displayed on the page, where the query information is used to query related information of the item to be queried, and send the query information to the server; the server can inquire the relevant information according to the inquiry information and return the relevant information, the terminal can correspondingly receive the relevant information of the to-be-inquired article returned by the server, the relevant information comprises the article information of the to-be-inquired article and/or the article information of the associated article of the to-be-inquired article, and finally, the relevant information is displayed. Compared with the mode of directly displaying the related information of the article, under the condition that the appointed touch operation is received, namely, under the condition that the user needs to know the related information of the article to be inquired appearing in the page, the related information is automatically obtained and displayed according to the appointed touch operation and the content displayed on the page, and the user can conveniently and flexibly obtain the article information according to own requirements. Meanwhile, in the embodiment of the invention, the article information of the article to be inquired and the article information of the article related to the article to be inquired are displayed together, so that the finally displayed related information can be more convenient for a user to evaluate the condition of the article to be inquired, the user can conveniently compare the information, and the display effect of the article information can be further improved to a certain extent.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of an item information query apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus 40 may include:

To sum up, the item information query system provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure automatically generates query information according to the specified touch operation and the content displayed on the page when the specified touch operation is received, that is, when it is determined that the user needs to know the related information of the item to be queried appearing in the page, queries and displays the related information from the server, so that the user can conveniently and flexibly obtain the item information according to the own needs. Meanwhile, in the embodiment of the invention, the article information of the article to be inquired and the article information of the article related to the article to be inquired are displayed together, so that the finally displayed related information can be more convenient for a user to evaluate the condition of the article to be inquired, the user can conveniently compare the information, and the display effect of the article information can be further improved to a certain extent.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.

FIG. 7 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus for item information querying, according to an example embodiment. For example, the apparatus 700 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, an exercise device, a personal digital assistant, and the like.
Referring to fig. 7, apparatus 700 may include one or more of the following components: a processing component 702, a memory 704, a power component 706, a multimedia component 708, an audio component 710, an input/output (I/O) interface 712, a sensor component 714, and a communication component 716.
The processing component 702 generally controls overall operation of the device 700, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing component 702 may include one or more processors 720 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the item information query method described above. Further, the processing component 702 may include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 702 and other components. For example, the processing component 702 may include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 708 and the processing component 702.
The memory 704 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at the device 700. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 700, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 704 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The power supply component 706 provides power to the various components of the device 700. The power components 706 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the apparatus 700.
The multimedia component 708 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 700 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 708 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 700 is in an operating mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 710 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, audio component 710 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when apparatus 700 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 704 or transmitted via the communication component 716. In some embodiments, audio component 710 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 712 provides an interface between the processing component 702 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 714 includes one or more sensors for providing status assessment of various aspects of the apparatus 700. For example, sensor assembly 714 may detect an open/closed state of device 700, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of apparatus 700, sensor assembly 714 may also detect a change in position of apparatus 700 or a component of apparatus 700, the presence or absence of user contact with apparatus 700, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of apparatus 700, and a change in temperature of apparatus 700. The sensor assembly 714 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 714 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 714 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 716 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the apparatus 700 and other devices. The apparatus 700 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, an operator network (such as 2G, 3G, 4G, or 5G), or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 716 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 716 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 700 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above item information query method.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 704 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 720 of the apparatus 700 to perform the item information query method described above is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
FIG. 8 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus for item information querying, according to an example embodiment. For example, the apparatus 800 may be provided as a server. Referring to FIG. 8, the apparatus 800 includes a processing component 822, which further includes one or more processors, and memory resources, represented by memory 832, for storing instructions, such as applications, that are executable by the processing component 822. The application programs stored in memory 832 may include one or more modules that each correspond to a set of instructions. Further, the processing component 822 is configured to execute instructions to perform the item information query method described above.
The device 800 may also include a power component 826 configured to perform power management of the device 800, a wired or wireless network interface 850 configured to connect the device 800 to a network, and an input/output (I/O) interface 858. The apparatus 800 may operate based on an operating system stored in the memory 832, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, or the like.

Claims (10)

1. An item information query method is applied to a terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring query information of an article to be queried according to specified touch operation of a user on a page and content displayed by the page, wherein the query information is used for querying related information of the article to be queried;
sending the query information to a server;
receiving related information of the to-be-queried item returned by the server, wherein the related information comprises item information of the to-be-queried item and/or item information of an associated item of the to-be-queried item;
and displaying the related information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining query information of an item to be queried according to a specified touch operation of a user on a page and content displayed on the page comprises:
screenshot is conducted on the page according to the designated touch operation, so that a query image is obtained, wherein the query image comprises content displayed by the page;
determining coordinate information according to the corresponding operation position of the designated touch operation on the page;
and acquiring the query information of the article to be queried according to the coordinate information and the query image.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the obtaining query information of the item to be queried according to the coordinate information and the query image comprises:
taking the coordinate information and the query image as query information of the article to be queried;
or, dividing the query image into item region sub-images according to the items contained in the query image, wherein one item region sub-image correspondingly represents one item; acquiring an article image of the article to be inquired according to the position indicated by the coordinate information and the positions of the sub-images of the article areas; and taking the article image of the article to be inquired as the inquiry information.
4. An item information query method is applied to a server, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving query information of an article to be queried, which is sent by a terminal, wherein the query information is sent by the terminal when a specified touch operation of a user on a page is received;
inquiring according to the inquiry information to obtain the related information of the to-be-inquired article, wherein the related information comprises article information of the to-be-inquired article and/or article information of an article related to the to-be-inquired article;
and returning the related information to the terminal.
5. An item information query method is applied to a system comprising a terminal and a server, and the method comprises the following steps:
the terminal acquires query information of an article to be queried according to specified touch operation of a user on a page and content displayed by the page, wherein the query information is used for querying related information of the article to be queried;
the terminal sends the query information to the server;
the server receives query information of an article to be queried, which is sent by the terminal;
the server queries according to the query information to obtain related information of the to-be-queried item, wherein the related information comprises item information of the to-be-queried item and/or item information of an associated item of the to-be-queried item;
the server returns the relevant information to the terminal;
the terminal receives the relevant information of the to-be-inquired article returned by the server;
and the terminal displays the related information.
6. An article information inquiry device, which is applied to a terminal, the device comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a display module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is configured to acquire query information of an article to be queried according to specified touch operation of a user on a page and content displayed on the page, and the query information is used for querying related information of the article to be queried;
a sending module configured to send the query information to a server;
the first receiving module is configured to receive the relevant information of the item to be queried, which is returned by the server, wherein the relevant information comprises item information of the item to be queried and/or item information of an associated item of the item to be queried;
a first display module configured to display the related information.
7. An article information inquiry device, applied to a server, the device comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a query module and a display module, wherein the receiving module is configured to receive query information of an article to be queried, which is sent by a terminal, and the query information is sent by the terminal under the condition that a specified touch operation of a user on a page is received;
the query module is configured to perform query according to the query information to obtain related information of the item to be queried, wherein the related information comprises item information of the item to be queried and/or item information of an associated item of the item to be queried;
a return module configured to return the relevant information to the terminal.
8. An article information inquiry system is characterized by comprising a terminal and a server;
the terminal is used for acquiring query information of an article to be queried according to specified touch operation of a user on a page and content displayed by the page, wherein the query information is used for querying related information of the article to be queried;
the terminal is used for sending the query information to the server;
the server is used for receiving the query information of the article to be queried, which is sent by the terminal;
the server is used for inquiring according to the inquiry information to obtain the related information of the article to be inquired, wherein the related information comprises article information of the article to be inquired and/or article information of an article related to the article to be inquired;
the server is used for returning the relevant information to the terminal;
the terminal is used for receiving the relevant information of the to-be-inquired article returned by the server;
and the terminal is used for displaying the related information.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the item information query method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, wherein instructions, when executed by a processor of a mobile terminal, enable the mobile terminal to perform the item information query method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
