本发明涉及工业污水处理技术领域,具体为一种工业污水余热回收用环保型换热装置,包括余热回收箱,余热回收箱的上端设置有进水接口,余热回收箱的下端中间设置有出水接口,余热回收箱的内腔上端设置为过滤内腔,余热回收箱的内腔中间设置为安装内腔,有益效果为:本发明通过设置分流换热管,从而将大口径的污水排放流柱分流为多个细小流柱,从而增大污水与外接的接触面积,提高换热效率,同时增大热量的回收率,实现能源的快速高效回收;通过设置上下运动的升降板,实现对换热内腔中加热水进行上下搅拌,配合横向流道和纵向流道,使得分流换热管外壁的水流与换热内腔外缘的水流实现交换,从而大大提高了加热换热的效率。
