Background
The clothes drying equipment is equipment capable of drying clothes, and common clothes drying equipment comprises a clothes dryer, a washing and drying integrated machine, a clothes nursing machine with a drying function and the like.
In the prior art, taking a clothes dryer as an example, a user often twists clothes and then directly puts the clothes into the clothes dryer, different people have different clothes twisting procedures, and the water content of the clothes reduced when a person with strong strength (such as a young and middle-aged man) twists the clothes is more than that of the clothes reduced when a person with small strength (such as a woman, an old person and a child) twists the clothes, so that if a user has a drying device (such as a dryer, a washing machine with a drying function, and the like) at home, the user directly puts the clothes into the clothes dryer without passing through the drying when the clothes twisting degree is not enough, the clothes can be completely dried by the clothes dryer with longer time and higher temperature, and the clothes dryer is not beneficial to saving time and electricity, thereby causing waste of energy and time.
Therefore, there is a need in the art for a new control method of a clothes drying apparatus to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, that is, to solve the problem that the energy and time may be wasted when a user directly puts clothes with insufficient wringing degree into a clothes drying device for drying, the present invention provides a control method of a clothes drying device, the control method comprising: obtaining the moisture content of the clothes after the clothes are wrung; if the water content of the clothes is larger than the water content of the dried clothes, judging whether spin-drying equipment exists in a preset range; and selectively prompting to carry out spin-drying treatment before drying according to the judgment result.

In a preferred technical solution of the above control method, the step of "selectively prompting to perform the pre-drying spin-drying process according to the judgment result" includes: if the spin-drying equipment exists in the preset range, predicting the spin-drying water content of the clothes after being subjected to spin-drying treatment by the spin-drying equipment; and selectively prompting to carry out spin-drying treatment before drying according to the moisture content and the spin-drying moisture content of the clothes.
In a preferred technical solution of the above control method, the step of "selectively prompting the pre-drying spin-drying process according to the moisture content of the laundry and the spin-drying moisture content" includes: calculating the difference value between the moisture content of the clothes and the spin-dried moisture content; and selectively prompting to carry out spin-drying treatment before drying according to the difference value between the water content of the clothes and the spin-drying water content.

The technical scheme includes that after a user puts clothes which are dried in a twisting mode into the clothes drying equipment, the clothes drying equipment obtains the water content of the clothes, if the water content of the clothes is larger than the water content of the clothes, the fact that the twisting degree of the user is not enough is indicated, at this time, whether the spin-drying equipment exists in a house or not is judged, and then whether the user is prompted to carry out spin-drying treatment before drying is determined according to a judgment result.

Further, when the user has a drying device at home, if the moisture content of the wrung clothes is still too high, a difference value can be calculated by using the current moisture content of the clothes and the predicted moisture content of the clothes dried by the drying device, if the difference value is larger, the clothes is necessary to be dried by the drying device before the clothes is dried, and if the difference value is smaller, the clothes is unnecessary to be dried by the drying device before the clothes is dried, through the arrangement, a balance can be made between water and electricity saving and the use convenience of the user, namely when the moisture content of the wrung clothes is not obviously reduced after the wrung clothes is dried by the drying device, in order to avoid the transfer operation of the clothes by the user or cause the user to be irritated, the clothes drying device does not prompt the user to carry out the drying treatment before the drying, and when the wrung clothes is dried by the drying device and the moisture content of the clothes is obviously reduced, in order to avoid energy and time waste, the clothes drying equipment prompts a user to carry out spin-drying treatment before drying, so that time and electricity are saved, and user experience is improved.
Further, when no spin-drying device is arranged at home of a user, even if the moisture content of the dried clothes is too high, the clothes drying device does not need to prompt the user to carry out spin-drying treatment before drying, and at the moment, the drying program can be directly executed or started by the user to execute the drying program, so that the normal drying operation of the clothes by the user is ensured, and the user experience is improved.
Further, if the moisture content of the clothes is less than or equal to the wringing moisture content, the user wrings the clothes to a sufficient degree, and then the drying program is directly executed, so that the clothes are rapidly dried, and the user experience is improved.

For example, although the present invention has been described in conjunction with a clothes dryer, the technical solution of the present invention is also applicable to a washing and drying machine, a clothes care device with a drying function, and the like, and such modifications and changes of the application objects should not be construed as limitations of the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
Based on the problem that energy and time waste may be caused when a user directly places clothes with insufficient wringing degree into a clothes dryer for drying, the invention provides a control method of the clothes dryer, aiming at avoiding the energy and time waste caused when the user directly places the clothes with insufficient wringing degree into the clothes dryer for drying, namely the clothes dryer can not waste redundant time and energy for drying the clothes, thereby being beneficial to saving time and energy and improving the user experience.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the control method of the dryer of the present invention includes: obtaining the moisture content of the clothes after the clothes are wrung; if the water content of the clothes is larger than the water content of the dried clothes, judging whether a spin-drying device (such as a spin dryer, a washing machine and the like) exists in a preset range; and selectively prompting to carry out spin-drying treatment before drying according to the judgment result. The moisture content of the clothes can be detected by the clothes moisture content tester or can be calculated, for example, the wet clothes can be weighed to obtain the wet weight, then the material of the clothes is obtained, the average density of the clothes is obtained according to the material of the clothes, then the dry weight of the clothes is obtained according to the average density of the clothes and the volume of the clothes, then the difference value between the wet weight and the dry weight is calculated, and then the difference value and the wet weight are divided to obtain the moisture content of the clothes. In the present invention, the wringing moisture content may be a moisture content of the laundry when the user wrings the laundry and the laundry is not dropped, and a specific value of the wringing moisture content may be set by a person skilled in the art through experiments or may be set through experience. In practical application, the moisture content of the clothes wrung by the user may be larger than the wrung moisture content, or may be smaller than or equal to the wrung moisture content. Preferably, the control method of the present invention further comprises: if the moisture content of the laundry is less than or equal to the wringing moisture content, the dryer is caused to perform a drying process. That is, if the user has a sufficient degree of wringing the laundry, the dryer directly performs the drying process. In addition, the way of prompting the user to spin-dry before drying may be a voice way prompt, a buzzer way prompt, a display panel display prompt of the clothes dryer, or an information prompt sent by the clothes dryer to a control terminal (such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer, etc.) in communication and interaction with the clothes dryer, and a person skilled in the art may flexibly set the way of prompting the user to spin-dry before drying in practical application, and the adjustment and change of the prompting way do not limit the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the above, the preset range may be all ranges of the user's home, or may be a part of the range of the user's home, or the dryer is placed in a public laundry, and the preset range is the range of the public laundry, and those skilled in the art may flexibly set the specific coverage area of the preset range in practical applications.
In one possible case, the step of "selectively prompting the pre-drying spin-drying process according to the judgment result" includes: and if the spin-drying equipment exists in the preset range, prompting spin-drying treatment before drying. In this case, it is described that the moisture content of the laundry may be reduced by further spin-drying the laundry by using a spin-drying device, and then, in order to save time and electricity (it should be described that the spin-drying device uses mechanical spin-drying, which consumes less electric energy compared with the dryer that is heated and dried), the dryer prompts the user to spin, and the user may take the laundry out of the dryer and put the laundry into the spin-drying device, so that a part of water in the laundry may be thrown out, and put the laundry into the dryer after being thrown out, and the dryer may continue to dry the laundry. It should be noted that the drying of the laundry does not completely remove water from the laundry, and thus drying by the dryer is finally required.
In another possible case, the step of "selectively prompting the pre-drying spin-drying process according to the judgment result" includes: if the spin-drying equipment exists in the preset range, predicting the spin-drying water content of the clothes after being subjected to spin-drying treatment by the spin-drying equipment; and selectively prompting to carry out spin-drying treatment before drying according to the moisture content and the spin-drying moisture content of the clothes. Under the condition, even if the clothes drying machine is provided with the drying equipment within the preset range, the clothes drying machine estimates the drying effect of the drying equipment on the clothes, so that whether the user needs to be prompted to dry the clothes firstly or not is determined, the drying water content of the clothes after the clothes are dried by the drying equipment can be predicted at the moment, and then whether the user is prompted to dry the clothes before drying is comprehensively determined according to the current water content of the clothes and the predicted drying water content. The judgment mode can adopt a mode of carrying out difference operation on the water content of the current clothes and the spin-drying water content and then comparing the difference value operation with a preset value, or can adopt a mode of carrying out ratio operation on the water content of the current clothes and the spin-drying water content and then comparing the ratio operation with a preset value, and a person skilled in the art can flexibly set a specific mode of judging whether to prompt a user to carry out spin-drying treatment before drying in practical application. It should be noted that different spin-drying devices have different spin-drying rates, and therefore the predicted spin-drying water content is different. In the above, the spin-dry moisture content may be detected by a garment moisture content tester, or obtained by indirect calculation, for example, the spin-dry wet weight may be obtained by weighing wet clothes after spin-drying, then obtaining the material of the clothes, obtaining the average density of the clothes according to the material of the clothes, then obtaining the dry weight of the clothes according to the average density of the clothes and the volume of the clothes, then calculating the difference between the spin-dry wet weight and the dry weight, and then dividing the difference and the spin-dry wet weight to obtain the spin-dry moisture content.
Preferably, the step of selectively prompting the pre-drying spin-drying process according to the moisture content of the laundry and the spin-drying moisture content includes: calculating the difference value between the moisture content of the clothes and the spin-dried moisture content; and selectively prompting to carry out spin-drying treatment before drying according to the difference value between the water content of the clothes and the spin-drying water content. Specifically, the step of selectively prompting the spin-drying treatment before drying according to the difference between the moisture content of the clothes and the spin-drying moisture content includes: if the difference value between the water content of the clothes and the spin-drying water content is larger than a preset value, prompting spin-drying treatment before drying; if the difference value between the water content of the clothes and the spin-drying water content is not greater than the preset value, the spin-drying treatment before drying is not prompted. That is to say, when the difference between the moisture content of the clothes and the spin-drying moisture content is greater than the preset value, the spin-drying effect of the spin-drying equipment is obvious, at this time, a user is prompted to carry out spin-drying treatment before drying, when the difference between the moisture content of the clothes and the spin-drying moisture content is less than or equal to the preset value, the spin-drying effect of the spin-drying equipment is not obvious, and at this time, the user is not prompted to carry out spin-drying. The preset value may be 2%, 5% or 10%, and those skilled in the art may flexibly set the specific numerical value of the preset value in practical application, as long as the dividing point determined by the preset value can determine whether the spin-drying effect of the spin-drying apparatus is obvious. In a preferred case, simultaneously with or after the step of "not prompting the drying pre-spin process", the control method of the present invention further includes: the dryer is caused to perform a drying process. That is, in this case, the dryer can directly perform the drying process.
Preferably, the step of "selectively prompting the pre-drying spin-drying process according to the judgment result" includes: and if the spin-drying equipment does not exist in the preset range, the spin-drying treatment before drying is not prompted. In this case, since there is no spin-drying device within the preset range, the clothes dryer does not need to prompt the user to perform the pre-drying spin-drying process. In a preferred case, simultaneously with or after the step of "not prompting the drying pre-spin process", the control method of the present invention further includes: the dryer is caused to perform a drying process. That is, in this case, the dryer can directly perform the drying process.
In addition, in the invention, the clothes dryer can be under the Internet of things, the clothes dryer is communicated with the Internet of things server, the clothes dryer inquires the Internet of things server whether the clothes dryer has the spin-drying equipment in the coverage range of the Internet of things, and then the Internet of things server informs the clothes dryer of the result, and a person skilled in the art can flexibly set the mode that the clothes dryer judges whether the spin-drying equipment is in the preset range in practical application.
