The drum 3 is taken out of the outer tub 2, and the water in the outer tub 2 is poured out. The outer water barrel 2 is placed on the fixed base 1, and the outer water barrel insertion boss 24 is inserted into the outer water barrel insertion groove 13 on the fixed base 1. The drum 3 is put into the outer tub 2 such that the drum rotating post in the outer tub 2 is inserted into the drum rotating hole 31. The drum 3 is taken out of the outer tub 2 and the water in the outer tub 2 is poured out. The socks in the roller 3 are taken out in sequence, the roller stainless iron block 321 is taken up to be completely separated from the roller magnet 32, the socks are respectively placed on the roller magnet 32, the roller stainless iron block 321 is put back, and the roller stainless iron block 321 clamps the socks due to magnetic force and the roller magnet 32. The roller 3 is inverted, the first hook 4 and the second hook 5 are lifted upwards, the outer end faces of the first hook 4 and the second hook 5 are overlapped, and the roller 3 is hung by hanging the first hook 4 and the second hook 5. If the remaining socks are not dried, the outer bucket stainless iron block 221 is taken up until the socks are completely separated from the outer bucket magnet 22, the socks are respectively placed on the outer bucket magnet 22, the outer bucket stainless iron block 221 is put back, and the socks are clamped by the outer bucket stainless iron block 221 and the outer bucket magnet 22 due to magnetic force. When the rotary drum part is arranged in the outer water barrel, socks can be cleaned and dried, and the rotary drum part can be taken out and used as a drying tool.
