The servo motors in the anode group balance adjusting units 10a and 10c are closed, and the servo motors in the anode group balance adjusting units 10b and 10d are started; and controlling the left clutch device 31 (shown in fig. 2) in the anode group balance adjusting units 10b and 10d to be in a disengaged state, controlling the right clutch device 32 to be in a combined state, and accurately controlling the two right thumb wheels 52 to dial down the anode group to adjust the posture of the whole anode group to be balanced.
And re-detecting the equilibrium state of the anode group, wherein the detection data is as follows: 67.5cm at a, 67.5cm at b, 67.4cm at c, and 67.5cm at d. From the above detection data, it can be determined that the anode group is in the equilibrium state as a whole by reducing the maximum difference in the distance between each position of the anode group and the detection reference to 1mm by the above balance adjustment.
Application example 2: the load on the anode stack of the continuous anode cell was 10.0 tons.
In the running process of the continuous anode electrolytic cell, the balance state of the anode group is detected by 4 balance distance meters, and the detection data (the distance from the installation position of the balance distance meters to the detection reference) are as follows: 68.3cm at a, 65.1cm at b, 68.5cm at c and 65.2cm at d. The controller analyzes the detection data and judges that the anode group inclines to the right side in figure 1 and the inclination degree is heavy.
The servo motors in the anode group balance adjusting units 10b and 10d are closed; and starting servo motors in the anode group balance adjusting units 10a and 10c, accurately controlling 4 dial wheels 51 and 52 in the anode group balance adjusting units 10a and 10c to dial down the anode group, and adjusting the posture of the whole anode group to be balanced.
And re-detecting the equilibrium state of the anode group, wherein the detection data is as follows: and a position a is 65.2cm, a position b is 65.1cm, a position c is 65.4cm, and a position d is 65.2cm, and the maximum difference of the distances between all the positions of the anode group and the detection reference is reduced to 3mm through the balance adjustment, so that the whole anode group can be judged to reach a balance state.
Application example 3: the load on the anode stack of the continuous anode cell was 22.0 tons.
In the running process of the continuous anode electrolytic cell, the balance state of the anode group is detected by 4 balance distance meters, and the detection data (the distance from the installation position of the balance distance meters to the detection reference) are as follows: 71.5cm at a, 68.2cm at b, 70.2cm at c, and 67.4cm at d. The controller analyzes the detection data and judges that the anode group inclines to the lower right side in the figure 1, namely the anode group is locally uneven.
Turning off the servo motor in the anode group balance adjustment unit 10 d; and starting servo motors in the anode group balance adjusting units 10a, 10b and 10c, accurately controlling 6 dial wheels 51 and 52 in the anode group balance adjusting units 10a, 10b and 10c to dial down the anode group, and adjusting the posture of the whole anode group to be balanced.
And re-detecting the equilibrium state of the anode group, wherein the detection data is as follows: the distance between the anode group and the detection reference is reduced to 3mm by the balance adjustment, so that the whole anode group can be judged to be in a balanced state.
Through the embodiment, the invention has the following beneficial effects or advantages:
1) according to the device and the method for adjusting the balance of the anode group of the continuous anode electrolytic cell, the dial wheel corresponding to the position, which needs to be adjusted, of the anode group is controlled through the power device and the clutch device, and the dial wheel dials the anode group to carry out integral adjustment or local fine adjustment, so that the stable operation of the anode group of the continuous anode electrolytic cell is realized, the problem that the anode group is not inclined and balanced in the operation process is avoided, the cell condition of the electrolytic cell is stabilized, and the operation condition of the electrolytic cell is more stable and reliable.
2) According to the device for adjusting the balance of the anode group of the continuous anode electrolytic cell, the four anode group balance adjusting units are arranged on the two opposite sides of the anode group through the supporting frame, so that on one hand, a high-temperature area in the front-back direction of the anode group is avoided, the mechanical device of the anode group balance adjusting unit is protected from being damaged by high temperature, on the other hand, the two opposite sides of the anode group have larger operation intervals, and the normal operation of other equipment of the continuous anode electrolytic cell cannot be influenced by the arrangement of the anode group balance adjusting unit.
3) According to the device for adjusting the balance of the anode group of the continuous anode electrolytic tank, provided by the invention, the balance states of all the positions of the anode group are detected by arranging the plurality of balance distance meters, the balance of the anode group is accurately adjusted according to detection data, and the adjustment precision can reach a millimeter level.

Claims (6)

1. A device for adjusting the balance of an anode group of a continuous anode electrolytic cell is characterized in that: the device comprises a supporting frame positioned on the periphery of an anode group, 4 anode group balance adjusting units, wherein every two of the 4 anode group balance adjusting units are in one group and are arranged on two opposite edges of the supporting frame, and the 4 anode group balance adjusting units are respectively close to four corners of the anode group;
the anode group balance adjusting unit comprises a power device, a transmission assembly and 2 thumb wheels, and the power device, the transmission assembly and the thumb wheels are sequentially connected according to the power transmission direction; the transmission assembly comprises a speed reducer, 2 clutch devices and 2 reversing mechanisms, wherein: the speed reducer is a double-output-shaft speed reducer, and 2 output shafts of the speed reducer are respectively connected with first ends of 2 clutch devices; the second ends of the 2 clutch devices are respectively connected with the input shafts of the 2 reversing mechanisms; the output shafts of the 2 reversing mechanisms are respectively connected with the 2 thumb wheels through 2 universal couplings, and the clutch device is used for combining or separating the thumb wheels and the power transmission of the power device;
the thumb wheel is meshed with the anode group, so that the part meshed with the thumb wheel in the anode group is driven to ascend or descend when the thumb wheel rotates;
the device for adjusting the balance of the anode group of the continuous anode electrolytic cell further comprises a control device and 4 balance distance measuring instruments, wherein the balance distance measuring instruments are electrically connected with the control device, and the control device is electrically connected with the power device.
2. The apparatus for continuous anode cell balancing of anode stacks as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the distance between the support frame and the anode group is 5-10 cm.
3. The apparatus for continuous anode cell balancing of anode stacks as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the clutch device comprises a clutch; or, the clutch device is a clutch coupler.
4. An apparatus for continuous anode cell balancing of anode groups according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the power device is a servo motor.
5. The apparatus for continuous anode cell balancing of anode stacks as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the anode group comprises a fixed frame and more than 1 continuous anode arranged in the fixed frame, the fixed frame is provided with meshing teeth, and the dial wheel is meshed with the fixed frame through the meshing teeth; the balance range finder is installed on the fixed frame.
6. A method for balancing an anode group of an apparatus for balancing an anode group for a continuous anode cell according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
detecting the balance state of the anode group of the continuous anode electrolytic cell in the running process of the continuous anode electrolytic cell, and judging whether the anode group is inclined on one side or uneven locally;
when the anode group inclines on one side, the anode group balance adjusting unit on the side needing to be adjusted is controlled to act, the thumb wheel is driven to rotate through the power device, the thumb wheel is meshed with the anode group to drive the inclined side of the anode group to ascend or descend, the inclination is eliminated, and therefore the balance of the whole anode group is achieved;
when the anode group is locally uneven, the anode group balance adjusting unit which needs to be adjusted is controlled to act, the clutch devices corresponding to the partial thumb wheels in the anode group balance adjusting unit are controlled to be in a combined state, the clutch devices corresponding to the rest of the thumb wheels are controlled to be in a disengaged state, the thumb wheels are driven by the power device to rotate, the thumb wheels are meshed with the anode group, the local unevenness of the anode group is driven to ascend or descend, and the local unevenness is eliminated, so that the balance of the whole anode group is achieved.
