The lifting rope 4 is wound on the fixed pulley 17 at the position by a circle, on one hand, the stress of the manual winch 3 can be reduced, and on the other hand, the shear-fork type hanger 2 is enabled to be even in stress, as can be seen from the attached drawings, the tail end of the lifting rope 4 is connected to the lower end of the hanger rod 16, so that the hanger rod 16 can bear half of the gravity of an air conditioner outdoor unit 19, the stress of the hanger rod 16 is mainly on the connecting hanger plate 8 above the outer end of the shear-fork type hanger 2, the connecting hanger plate 8 below the outer end of the shear-fork type hanger 2 basically does not bear the stress, so that the whole shear-fork type hanger 2 is uneven in stress and easy to deform, the fixed pulley 17 at the position can bear a part of the gravity of the air conditioner outdoor unit 19 by winding a circle on the fixed pulley 17 on the connecting hanger plate 8 below the outer end of the shear-fork type hanger 2 through the lifting rope 4, the corresponding stress can be transmitted to the connecting hanger plate 8 below the outer end of the shear-fork type hanger 2, and therefore, the whole shear-fork type hanger 2 can be enabled to be even in stress and not easy to deform.

step 1, arranging a combined supporting column (1), wherein the combined supporting column (1) comprises a plurality of sections of connecting short columns (5) which are combined and connected end to end, the assembled combined supporting column (1) is firmly erected between an indoor ceiling and a floor, a bidirectional outer screw thread rotary drum (6) is sleeved on one section of connecting short column (5) in the middle of the combined supporting column (1), and a hand wheel disc (7) is sleeved in the middle of the bidirectional outer screw thread rotary drum (6);
step 2, arranging a scissor-type hanger (2), wherein the scissor-type hanger (2) comprises a connecting hanger plate (8), a connecting telescopic hanger plate (9) and a scissor frame (10), connecting round holes (11) are respectively formed in two ends of the connecting hanger plate (8), a connecting strip hole (12) is formed in the middle of the connecting telescopic hanger plate (9), a plurality of connecting hanger plates (8) and the connecting telescopic hanger plates (9) are alternately closed and connected through connecting rotating shafts (13) to form an upper telescopic hanger (14), a plurality of connecting hanger plates (8) and the connecting telescopic hanger plates (9) are alternately closed and connected through connecting rotating shafts (13) to form a lower telescopic hanger (15), the upper telescopic hanger (14) and the lower telescopic hanger (15) are vertically and correspondingly arranged, and a set of scissor frame (10) is arranged between every two corresponding connecting telescopic hanger plates (9) on the upper telescopic hanger (14) and the lower telescopic hanger (15);

step 4, a lifting rope (4) is arranged, the outer end of the lifting rope (4) is connected to a manual winch (3), the inner end of the lifting rope (4) sequentially penetrates through fixed pulleys (17) on an upper telescopic hanging bracket (14) and a hanging rod (16), then sequentially penetrates through the fixed pulleys (17) at the outer end of a scissor-type hanging bracket (2), then a movable pulley (18) penetrates through the inner end of the lifting rope (4), and finally the inner end of the lifting rope (4) is connected to the bottom end of the hanging rod (16);
step 5, when the scissor-type hanger (2) is in a contraction state, hanging the bundled air conditioner outdoor unit (19) on the movable pulley (18), the air conditioner external unit (19) is lifted by shaking the manual winch (3) to align the air conditioner external unit (19) with the lifting installation window, a traction rope (36) is tied on the air conditioner outdoor unit (19), an outdoor air conditioner installer carries the traction rope (36) to reach the mounting position of the wall body external air conditioner outdoor unit (19) in advance, and an indoor air conditioner installer rotates the bidirectional external screw thread rotary drum (6) through the hand wheel disc (7) to enable the scissor type hanging bracket (2) to lift the air conditioner outdoor unit (19) to extend out of the mounting window, the lifting rope (4) is continuously released through the manual winch (3) in the process of extending the scissor type hanging bracket (2), when the scissor-type hanger (2) is extended to a set length, an outdoor installer pulls the traction rope (36) tightly, so that the scissor-type hanger (2) is bent towards the installation position of the air conditioner outdoor unit (19) to drive the air conditioner outdoor unit (19) to be close to the upper part of the installation position, when the air conditioner external unit (19) is hoisted above the air conditioner installation position, indoor installers loosen the lifting ropes (4), so that the air conditioner external unit (19) is placed on the air conditioner installation position, the air conditioner external unit (19) is dismounted, the indoor installers control the scissor type hanging bracket (2) to be shortened indoors, and then the hoisting of the air conditioner external unit (19) is completed.

The lifting method for installing an air conditioner outdoor unit outside a high-rise building wall as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower end of each connecting rotating shaft (13) connected with both ends of the telescopic hanger plate (9) on the upper telescopic hanger (14) is hinged to two corresponding upper ends of the fork shearing frame (10), and the upper end of each connecting rotating shaft (13) connected with both ends of the telescopic hanger plate (9) on the lower telescopic hanger (15) is hinged to two corresponding lower ends of the fork shearing frame (10).

The lifting method for installing the air conditioner outdoor unit outside the wall of the high-rise building as claimed in claim 1, wherein the manual winch (3) comprises a winch (20), a winch rotating shaft (21), a left side installation vertical plate (22), a right side installation vertical plate (23), a rotating shaft connecting plate (24) and a crank handle (25), the winch rotating shaft (21) is fixedly arranged on the winch (20) in a penetrating manner, two ends of the winch rotating shaft (21) are correspondingly arranged on the left side installation vertical plate (22) and the right side installation vertical plate (23), one end of the rotating shaft connecting plate (24) is vertically connected to the right end of the winch rotating shaft (21), the crank handle (25) is movably inserted into the other end of the rotating shaft connecting plate (24), an extrusion spring (26) is sleeved on the crank handle (25) penetrating through the rotating shaft connecting plate (24), and a plurality of pin locking holes (27) are arranged on the right side installation vertical plate (23) corresponding to the crank handle (25); the inner end of the crank handle (25) can be inserted into the pin lock hole (27) through the elastic force of the extrusion spring (26);
the outer end of the handle (25) is provided with a plurality of handle plates (28) in a surrounding way, the outer end of each handle plate (28) is hinged to the outer end of the handle (25), and a pressing spring (29) is arranged between the inner end of each handle plate (28) and the handle (25).

The hoisting method for installing the air-conditioning outdoor unit outside the high-rise building wall as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting short columns (5) at the top end and the bottom end of the combined supporting column (1) are respectively provided with a pressure dividing backing plate (30), two adjacent connecting short columns (5) at the bottom of the combined supporting column (1) are connected through a bidirectional internal thread buckle rotary cylinder (31), and the bidirectional internal thread buckle rotary cylinder (31) is also sleeved with a handwheel disc (7);
the assembled combined supporting column (1) is erected between the ceiling and the floor of a room, and the upper end and the lower end of the combined supporting column (1) are extruded on the corresponding ceiling and the floor of the room by adjusting the two-way internal thread rotary drum (31) for fine adjustment, so that the combined supporting column (1) is firmly installed.

The lifting method for installing the air-conditioning outdoor unit outside the wall of the high-rise building as claimed in claim 1, wherein two connecting lifting plates (8) at the inner end of the scissor-type lifting frame (2) are sleeved on the bidirectional external screw thread rotating drum (6) through screw sleeves (32) correspondingly, and inclined pulling plates (37) connected with the corresponding screw sleeves (32) are arranged on the connecting lifting plates (8) above the inner end of the scissor-type lifting frame (2).

The lifting method for installing the outdoor unit of the air conditioner outside the wall of the high-rise building as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lifting rope (4) is wound by one turn on the fixed pulley (17) of the connecting lifting plate (8) below the outer end of the scissor-type hanger (2).

The lifting method for installing the air-conditioner outdoor unit outside the high-rise building wall as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixed pulley (17) and the movable pulley (18) both comprise a U-shaped frame (33), a pulley rotating shaft (34) and a pulley (35), the pulley rotating shaft (34) is arranged on the pulley (35) in a penetrating manner, two ends of the pulley rotating shaft (34) are correspondingly connected to two side plates of the U-shaped frame (33), the fixed pulley (17) is fixedly installed through the U-shaped frame (33), the movable pulley (18) is hung on the lifting rope (4) through the pulley (35) for use, and the binding rope of the air-conditioner outdoor unit (19) is tied on the U-shaped frame (33) of the movable pulley (18) for hanging.
