the bar lifting appliance is provided with 4 lifting points, so that stable operation of the equipment in the lifting process can be ensured, and accidents such as inclination and the like can be avoided;

The bar warehouse system can be applied to an intelligent warehousing system and can also be applied to a traditional bar warehouse.

Claims (13)
1. The utility model provides a bar hoist which characterized in that: comprises the steps of (a) preparing a mixture of a plurality of raw materials,
the lifting appliance base is provided with a lifting ring for lifting;
the electromagnet is arranged below the lifting appliance seat;
the joint mechanism is arranged on the lifting appliance seat and used for being jointed with a lifting container for containing the bars and connecting the lifting appliance seat with the lifting container; the engagement mechanism comprises an engagement part and a driving part for driving the engagement part to switch between an engagement position and a folding position, and the engagement part can be connected with the hoisting container when in the engagement position; when the engaging part is in the folding position, the engaging part is separated from the hoisting container and is positioned above the electromagnet.
2. The bar spreader of claim 1, wherein: the two pairs of the hanging rings are symmetrically arranged on the hanger seat.
3. The bar spreader of claim 1, wherein: the joint part comprises clamp arms arranged in pairs, the clamp arms are rotatably arranged on the lifting appliance seat, the driving part is connected with the clamp arms, and the clamp arms are driven to rotate downwards to a joint position or rotate upwards to a folding position.

The bar spreader of claim 3, wherein: the lifting appliance base is provided with a supporting base, the first end of each clamp arm is rotatably connected with the supporting base through a rotating shaft, and the second end of each clamp arm is provided with a hook part used for being jointed with a lifting container.

The bar spreader of claim 3, wherein: each pair of the forceps arms are driven by the same drive part or different drive parts to synchronously act, the drive parts are rotatably connected with the forceps arms, and a distance is reserved between the rotation center between the drive parts and the forceps arms and the rotation center of the forceps arms.
6. The bar spreader of claim 5, wherein: each pair of the clamp arms is driven by the same driving part, a connecting seat is arranged on each clamp arm, and two ends of the driving part are respectively and rotatably connected with the two connecting seats of the same pair of the clamp arms.

The bar spreader of claim 6, wherein: the two pairs of the clamp arms are symmetrically arranged and are driven by the same driving part; the two clamp arms which are positioned on the same side of the hanger seat and have the same turning direction are respectively connected through a transmission rod, two ends of the transmission rod are connected with the connecting seats of the two clamp arms, and two ends of the driving part are respectively in rotating connection with the two transmission rods or the transmission rod is in rotating connection with the connecting seats.

The bar spreader of claim 3, wherein: each clamp arm comprises a first support arm and a second support arm which are arranged at an included angle, the first support arm is rotatably connected with the lifting appliance base, and the tail end of the second support arm is provided with the hook part; in the joint state, the first support arm part is supported on the hanger seat, and the support point is spaced from the rotation center of the clamp arm; or the lower surface of the first support arm is in surface contact with the upper surface of the spreader base.
9. The bar spreader of claim 8, wherein: the first support arm and the second support arm are connected to form an L shape, and a reinforcing plate is arranged between the first support arm and the second support arm.

The utility model provides a rod hoist device which characterized in that: the rod material lifting appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising a lifting container for holding the rod material, wherein the lifting container is a box-shaped structure with an open top, the lifting container is provided with a connecting portion corresponding to the engaging member, and when the rod material lifting appliance is connected to the lifting container, the lifting container is hung below the lifting appliance seat through the engaging member.

A bar hoisting method is characterized in that: before delivery, a plurality of bundles of rods which are delivered from the warehouse in the same batch and are delivered off line are lifted to the same lifting container for storage, and one or more lifting containers filled with the rods are placed in a warehouse; when the transportation equipment reaches the warehouse and needs to be delivered, a bar lifting appliance is adopted to lift the lifting container with the bar to be delivered to the transportation equipment, and delivery is completed;
the lifting container is of a box-shaped structure with an opening at the upper part, the bar lifting appliance comprises a lifting appliance seat and a joint mechanism, a lifting ring is arranged on the lifting appliance seat, and an electromagnet is arranged below the lifting appliance seat;
the engaging mechanism is arranged on the lifting appliance seat and used for engaging with the lifting container and connecting the lifting appliance seat with the lifting container; the engagement mechanism comprises an engagement part and a driving part for driving the engagement part to switch between an engagement position and a folding position, and the engagement part is connected with the hoisting container when in an engagement position state; when the engaging part is in the folding position, the engaging part is separated from the hoisting container and is positioned above the electromagnet.

The bar handling method according to claim 11, characterized in that: the joint part comprises two pairs of tong arms, the first end of each tong arm is rotatably connected with the lifting appliance base, the second end of each tong arm is provided with a hook part for hanging the lifting container, the lifting container is provided with a connecting part corresponding to the hook part, the drive part is connected with the tong arms, and the tong arms are driven to rotate downwards to joint positions or turn upwards to folding positions;
when a lifting container is lifted by a bar lifting appliance, the bar lifting appliance is conveyed to the position above the corresponding lifting container by a travelling crane, the driving part drives the clamp arms to rotate downwards until the hook parts of the clamp arms are hooked on the connecting parts, and the lifting container is grabbed by the clamp arms and then conveyed to conveying equipment by the travelling crane; after the hoisting container is placed on the transportation equipment, the driving part drives the tong arms to turn upwards and separate from the hoisting container.
13. The bar handling method according to claim 12, characterized in that: an electromagnetic crane or the bar lifting appliance is adopted in the process of lifting the bar to the lifting container; when the bar lifting appliance is used for lifting bars, the driving part enables the clamp arms to be turned upwards to the folding position and kept in the folding state; and conveying the bars to a specified hoisting container by a travelling crane and a bar lifting appliance, putting down the bars, and then continuing to hoist the bars for the next time until the bars in the same batch are all put into the same hoisting container.
