Description

Waterless live shipping packing box for marine fishes and shipping method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of aquatic products, in particular to a sea fish keep-alive transport packaging box and a transport method.
Background
The sea fish has delicious meat, rich nutrients and high sale value. The scale of the culture seawater in China is continuously enlarged, and the highest price of the fresh seawater fish is the best market condition. At present, the method of transporting the live seawater fish mostly adopts a frozen fresh or frozen mode. The water-free keep-alive method can effectively avoid the problems of large water transportation amount, small aquatic product loading amount, high transportation water temperature, high aquatic product metabolic strength, high oxygen supply amount, difficult water quality treatment, high cost and the like in water transportation. But the waterless keep-alive transportation has higher requirement and great realization difficulty, and the premature death of the water products in the transportation process is inevitable.
The cost of the seawater fish is high, and whether the keep-alive transportation has obvious influence on the nutritional indexes and the flavor of the seawater fish. However, the survival rate and the survival rate of the marine fishes are low in the transportation process, so that no commercial marine fishes are kept alive for transportation at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to at least provide a live marine fish transport packaging box and a transport method.
In order to achieve the above object, one embodiment of the present invention provides a packaging box for the waterless live transportation of marine fishes, comprising a packaging box cover, a packaging box body and a packaging fixer; the packaging box cover covers the opening of the packaging box body; the packaging fixer is provided with a fixer supporting rod, a fish mouth air bag and a light blocking film.
In one embodiment, the packaging box comprises a box outer layer and a box inner layer and a box middle layer.
In one embodiment, the outer and inner box layers are made of EPS material and the middle box layer is made of vacuum insulation panels.
In one embodiment, the package cover comprises a cover outer layer and a cover inner layer and a cover intermediate layer.
In one embodiment, the outer and inner box cover layers are made of EPS material and the middle box cover layer is made of vacuum insulation panels.
In one embodiment, the packaging holder is made of EPS material, and can be made into different specifications according to the size of the transported fish species.
In one embodiment, the light-blocking film is an oval with a long diameter of 1cm and a short diameter of 0.5 cm. The light blocking film covers fish eyes to avoid stimulation of light to fish.
The invention also provides a method for waterless live transport of marine fishes by using the packing box, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a keep-alive solution; (2) cooling and sleeping the fish body; (3) using the keep-alive liquid; (4) putting the fish body into a packaging fixer; (5) the fish mouth air bag is placed in the fish mouth; (6) the light blocking film covers the fisheye; (7) carrying out water-free live transportation; (8) after transportation, the package is opened, the fish is taken out and put into room temperature water for direct awakening.
Wherein the keep-alive liquid consists of an antibacterial agent, an anti-hypoxia agent, a tranquilizer and a cold-resistant liquid; the salinity is 16-17 per mill; the pH value is 7.5-8.5.
Preparation of the antibacterial agent: the egg white (without yolk) is centrifuged for 10min at the rotating speed of 15000 r/min. 2-4 parts of egg white centrifugal liquid (containing lysozyme).
Preparation of an anti-hypoxia agent: 20-22 parts of towel gourd bleeding sap and 0.2-0.4 part of taurine. Loofah bleeding sap: cutting the towel gourd plant from the root, continuously draining the juice from towel gourd vine from the cut, and sterilizing at high temperature of 100 deg.C.
A tranquilizer: 0.1-0.3 part of gamma-aminobutyric acid;
cold-resistant liquid: 1-3 parts of D-sorbitol and 0.5-0.7 part of vitamin C.
The keep-alive liquid can provide the effects of resisting bacteria, oxygen deficiency, convulsion and cold in the transportation process of the fish, and maintain the normal physiological function of the gills of the fish.
There are three methods for using the keep-alive liquid: (1) smearing the stock solution on the fish body; (2) diluting the keep-alive liquid, and adding the diluted keep-alive liquid into the culture water; (3) mixing the centrifuged egg white waste liquid with the keep-alive liquid according to the mass ratio of 9:1, beating the mixture into foam by using an egg beater, and directly placing the foam in a box during packaging.
The packing fixer can increase the contact area of fish gill and oxygen, reduce transportation vibration and avoid the stress of light to the fish in transportation
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the stress on the fish body caused by vibration and light in transportation can be effectively reduced, and the death rate of live transportation of the fish body is reduced.
The Chinese medicine named as Tianluo water: cutting the towel gourd plant from the root, and continuously draining the juice from the towel gourd vine from the cut. The literature records that the towel gourd bleeding sap can eliminate phlegm fire, eliminate free radicals, inhibit erythrocyte hemolysis and lipid peroxidation, treat scald of livestock and has inhibitory activity on partial fungi.

The use mode of the waterless live shipping packing box for the sea bass provided by the invention is described below by taking the sea bass as an example.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiment 1
Preparing a keep-alive solution: the keep-alive liquid consists of an antibacterial agent, an anti-anoxia agent, a tranquilizer and a cold-resistant liquid; salinity of 16.5 per mill and pH of 8.1.
Preparing an antibacterial agent: the egg white (without yolk) is centrifuged for 10min at the rotating speed of 15000r/min of a centrifuge. 3 parts of egg white centrifugate (containing lysozyme).
Preparing an anti-hypoxia agent: 21 parts of towel gourd bleeding sap and 0.3 part of taurine; loofah bleeding sap: cutting the towel gourd plant from the root, continuously draining the juice from towel gourd vine from the cut, and sterilizing at high temperature of 100 deg.C.
A tranquilizer: 0.2 part of gamma-aminobutyric acid; cold-resistant liquid: 2 parts of D-sorbitol and 0.6 part of vitamin C.
Periodically starving and domesticating the sea bass to be subjected to waterless live transportation in the culture pond, feeding for 1 day, starving for 3 days, and performing two-period training; feeding the fish once in the morning and at night, and feeding the fish with feed accounting for 10 percent of the weight of the fish body; receiving daily illumination, selecting live seawater fish with healthy constitution, no trauma, complete scale and basically consistent size, and transferring into a temporary rearing box; fasting and temporary rearing time is 8 h; temporarily culturing and then cold acclimating, and reducing the temperature to 4 ℃ of ecological ice temperature at the rate of 3 ℃/h.
And (4) independent packaging: after the water temperature is reduced to 4 ℃, observing that the fish breathes obviously slowly and takes out after the touch reaction is very weak, and taking the keep-alive liquid to coat the fish body, particularly the gill part of the fish; after being smeared, the fish is put into a seawater fish anhydrous live transport packaging box; the fish mouth is broken off to bite the side air bag of the packing box, so that the contact area of the gill and the air is increased; the film above the air bag is covered on the fish eye part to shield the light.
Transportation conditions are as follows: the low temperature, humidity and oxygen are provided and controlled by a transport vehicle, and after the transport is finished, the package is opened, the fish is taken out and put into room-temperature water for direct awakening. After 8 hours of transportation, the sea bass arrives at the destination, the sea bass is subjected to temperature rise water bath rehydration according to the temperature rise rate of 2 ℃/h, the reviving rate is 100%, and the survival rate after 8 hours of rehydration is 95%.
As can be seen from the above description of the specific embodiments of the present invention, the present invention provides a marine fish waterless live transportation mode, which has significant advantages over the prior art: effectively reduces the death rate of living aquatic products.
