In the drawings of the present embodiment, the number of the first connecting members 130 and the second connecting members 230 is four. It is understood that the number of the first connecting member 130 and the second connecting member 230 may be more than four. The four first connecting members 130 and the four second connecting members 230 are respectively disposed at the second end of the first bracket 100 and the second end of the second bracket 200 at regular intervals. The second end of the first bracket 100 and the second end of the second bracket 200 are oppositely arranged, and the first connecting pieces 130 and the second connecting pieces 230 are in one-to-one correspondence, the connecting portion 312 at the first end of the handle body 311 can be respectively hinged with one of the first connecting piece 130 and the second connecting piece 230 which are opposite to each other and are positioned in the middle, and the connecting portion 312 at the second end of the handle body 311 can be respectively hinged with the other of the first connecting piece 130 and the second connecting piece 230 which are opposite to each other and are positioned in the middle. Therefore, the handle body 311 is connected to the middle parts of the first bracket 100 and the second bracket 200, and when the strength training machine is folded by one hand, the stress is uniform and stable.
Both sides of the handle main body 311 can be provided with round chamfers, so that a better hand feeling is provided for a user, and the experience feeling of the user is increased.
Specifically, two first through holes 3121 may be provided in the connection part 312, the second through hole 131 and the third through hole 231 are provided in the first connection member 130 and the second connection member 230, respectively, the bolt 500 passes through the first through hole 3121 and the second through hole 131, respectively, to hinge the first connection member 130 and the connection part 312, and another bolt 500 passes through the first through hole 3121 and the third through hole 231, respectively, to hinge the second connection member 230 and the connection part 312. The bolt 500 is axially provided with an optical axis at the upper part, a part with threads, and the optical axis is located in the first through hole 3121 and a part of the second through hole 131, or the optical axis is located in the first through hole 3121 and a part of the third through hole 231, so that the first bracket 100 and the second bracket 200 can be smoothly rotated around the connection handle 310. The second and third through holes 131 and 231 may be stepped holes through which the nut 600 is received, and the nut 600 is threadedly coupled with the threaded portion of the bolt 500.
In this embodiment, there is a gap between the first connecting member 130 and the second connecting member 230, so as to prevent the first stand 100 and the second stand 200 from interfering with each other during the folding process of the strength training machine. The end of the first connecting member 130 opposite to the second connecting member 230 may be provided with a chamfer, such as a round chamfer, so as to prevent the interference between the first bracket 100 and the second bracket 200 during the folding process of the strength training machine.
In order to stably couple the first and second supports 100 and 200, the first and second supports 100 and 200 are prevented from being deviated by rotating about the coupling handle 310. In some embodiments, the first connection assembly 300 further includes two third connection members 320, and the third connection members 320 are hinged to the first connection member 130 and the second connection member 230 located at the outer sides.
Specifically, the first bracket 100 has first connectors 130 on opposite sides thereof, and the second bracket 200 has second connectors 230 on opposite sides thereof. A third connecting member 320 is hinged to the second connecting member 230 of the first side of the first bracket 100 and, at the same time, to the second connecting member 230 of the first side of the second bracket 200. The other third connecting member 320 is hinged to the second connecting member 230 of the second side of the first bracket 100, and is hinged to the second connecting member 230 of the second side of the second bracket 200. The hinge structure of the third connecting member 320 and the first and second connecting members 130 and 230 may be the same as the hinge structure of the connecting portion 312 and the first and second connecting members 130 and 230, and will not be described herein again.
In some embodiments, the first connecting member 130 and/or the second connecting member 230 on the outer side further have a limiting member 700 thereon. When the strength training machine is unfolded, the limiting member 700 abuts against the surface of the third connecting member 320 facing the use side of the weight mechanism 400, that is, the limiting member 700 abuts against the surface of the third connecting member 320 facing the top of the first bracket 100 or the second bracket 200. Thereby, the first and second brackets 100 and 200 are prevented from being folded reversely, while providing a limit for unfolding the strength training machine. In a specific implementation, the limiting member 700 may be a cylinder or a limiting member.
In the folding process of the strength training machine, the stress points are concentrated on the first connecting piece 130 and the second connecting piece 230, so the supporting piece 1000 can be arranged to increase the strength of the first connecting piece 130 and the second connecting piece 230. Specifically, at least one adjacent two first connecting members 130 and at least one adjacent two second connecting members 230 are connected by the supporting member 1000. Therefore, the strength of the first connecting piece 130 and the second connecting piece 230 is increased, and the first connecting piece 130 and the second connecting piece 230 are prevented from being deformed in the folding process of the strength training machine.
Fig. 9 is a partially enlarged view of a point a in fig. 4. Referring to fig. 4, 5, 7 and 9, the strength training machine according to the embodiment of the present application further includes a second connecting assembly 900, and the second connecting assembly 900 is used for connecting the first support 100 and the second support 200 when the strength training machine is folded, so that the first support 100 and the second support 200 are kept in a back-to-back arrangement.
In one possible implementation manner, the second connection assembly 900 includes a magnetic element 910 and a magnetic attraction member 920, one of the magnetic element 910 and the magnetic attraction member 920 is located at the bottom of the first support 100, and the other is located at the bottom of the second support 200, and when the second support is folded, the magnetic element 910 is attracted to the magnetic attraction member 920. Specifically, the magnetic element 910 may be a magnet, and the magnetic attraction member 920 may be an iron member attracted by the magnet.
In the drawings of the present embodiment, the magnetic element 910 is located at the bottom of the first support 100, and the magnetic attraction member 920 is located at the bottom of the second support 200 for illustration. Referring to fig. 4 and 9, the second connecting assembly 900 further includes a sleeve 930, a guide shaft 940, a positioning shaft 950, and a buffer 960, wherein the guide shaft 940 and the positioning shaft 950 are coaxially connected, and the guide shaft 940 is connected to the first bracket 100, for example, the first support rod 110 and the first link 120 of the first bracket 100 are connected to the support rib 140, and the support rib 140 provides a supporting force to the support plate. The positioning shaft 950 is connected to the first link 120 or the support rib 140 of the first link 120. The damper 960 and the sleeve 930 are sleeved on the guide shaft 940, the magnetic element 910 is connected to a first end of the sleeve 930, and the damper 960 abuts against a second end of the sleeve 930. When the strength training machine is in a folded state, the magnetic element 910 drives the sleeve 930 to slide along the axial direction of the guide shaft 940, and the sleeve 930 gradually releases the pressure applied to the buffer 960 until the magnetic element 910 is attracted to the magnetic attraction member 920.
