Description

Preparation method of rhizoma gastrodiae with ginger
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a preparation method of rhizoma gastrodiae.
Background
Gastrodia elata is dry tuber of Gastrodia elata of Orchidaceae, which is distributed in most areas of China and mainly cultivated. Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and Shaanxi are the genuine producing areas of Gastrodia elata. The rhizoma gastrodiae is sweet and neutral in nature, enters liver meridian, has the effects of calming liver, extinguishing wind and relieving spasm, and is mainly used for clinically treating dizziness and dark eyes, headache due to wind, numbness of limbs, hemiplegia, language disorder, infantile convulsion, epilepsy, convulsion, tetanus and the like. The herbs in the past medical prescriptions record gastrodia elata more, and the quality and the efficacy of gastrodia elata have an obvious relationship with the processing method and the processing technology of gastrodia elata. The processing of gastrodia elata has long history and many processing methods, and besides the common raw product slices, various methods such as stir-frying, stewing, wine processing and the like mainly comprise moistening and steaming.
In the past, rhizoma Gastrodiae is processed in producing area by fumigating with sulfur. When the crude drug rhizoma gastrodiae is produced and processed, the product is directly dried by steaming or boiling after sulfur fumigation is forbidden to be used, and the color of the product is deepened and even blackened; the dried sulfur-free gastrodia elata is particularly serious in hollowness, the large hollow rate of an individual is more than 50%, and the dried sulfur-free gastrodia elata is easy to break and crack. At the later stage, if the rhizoma Gastrodiae tablet is processed and moistened, the rhizoma Gastrodiae tablet has poor appearance.
The processed rhizoma gastrodiae product made from ginger originates from Jianchangbang in the west of the Yangxi, the ginger is the ginger, and the ginger is a pungent and warm product, can dispel wind and cold, warm middle energizer and stop vomiting, dispel phlegm and remove toxicity, is called as a heaven saint medicine, and is also a common traditional Chinese medicine processing auxiliary material. The traditional Chinese medicine can transform the potency of the medicine to warm after being processed by the ginger juice, and has the effects of enhancing the effects of dispelling cold, relieving pain, stopping vomiting and detoxifying. Clinical experience proves that the efficacy of dispelling wind, relieving convulsion and relieving pain is enhanced after the gastrodia elata is processed by the ginger juice, which indicates that the gastrodia elata possibly changes the drug efficacy after being processed by the ginger juice, and the gastrodia elata and the ginger play a synergistic effect together to play roles of warming and dredging channels, dispelling wind and cold, relieving pain, resisting dizziness and the like. However, after the existing gastrodia elata is processed with ginger juice, the ginger juice contains both water-soluble components and fat-soluble components, and the processing effect of the gastrodia elata is affected due to high turbidity, poor stability and strong spicy taste of an extracting solution.
