本发明公开了一种含有橄榄油的纳米精华液的生产工艺,油相组成:十六醇2%‑4%,硬脂酸3%‑9%,牛油果树果脂5%‑10%,羊毛脂2%‑6%,玻尿酸1%‑3%,透明质酸钠2%‑8%,甘油5%‑10%,尼泊金甲酯1%‑3%;水相组成:橄榄油1%‑3%,库拉索芦荟叶提取物0.5%‑2.5%,茉莉提取液3%‑7%,去离子水64.4%‑75.4%。本发明的有益效果是,本技术方案采用了多种防晒成分,例如:胡萝卜提取液1%‑3%,茉莉提取液0.5%‑2.5%,苦参提取液3%‑7%能够有效的帮助使用者的皮肤进行防晒,同时增加保湿失效,有效的解决了背景技术中所提及的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,特别是一种含有橄榄油的纳米精华液的生产工艺。
背景技术
以纳米技术从芳香植物的花、叶、根、皮、茎、枝、果实、种子等部分,采取蒸馏、压榨、萃取、吸附等方法制得的具有特征香气的油状物质。它们是许多化合物的混合物。主要有萜烯烃类、芳香烃类、醇类、醛类、酮类、醚类、酯类和酚类等。
传统精华液中主要是通过对植物的提取,而提取物的分子较大,因此在使用者进行使用的时候不易于被皮肤吸收,因此本技术方案提供一种含有茶树油的纳米精华液。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种含有橄榄油的纳米精华液的生产工艺。
实现上述目的本发明的技术方案为,一种含有橄榄油的纳米精华液的生产工艺,包括以下份量:
油相组成:十六醇2%-4%,硬脂酸3%-9%,牛油果树果脂5%-10%,羊毛脂2%-6%,玻尿酸1%-3%,透明质酸钠2%-8%,甘油5%-10%,尼泊金甲酯1%-3%;
水相组成:橄榄油1%-3%,库拉索芦荟叶提取物0.5%-2.5%,茉莉提取液3%-7%,去离子水64.4%-75.4%。
一种含有橄榄油的纳米精华液的生产工艺,包含以下制作步骤:
S1:将酵母提取物和TTO按6~8:1000混合后,得到茶树油激活酶;
S2:通入浓度为9999.9%的氮气,氮气流量为10~20ml/分钟;向多级反应器中注入TTO及5%~8%容积比的茶树油激活酶,得到混合液体;该混合液体与空气在雾化喷头处混合喷出,混合液体与空气的液气容积比为1~1.5:500,喷出压力为0.7~1MPa/cm,喷出后的雾化液体继续至雾化喷头处与空气混合后喷出,喷射时间为2~4小时;所述雾化喷头喷出的雾化液体颗粒粒径为50~90nm;
S3:经步骤S2处理后的混合液体继续与空气混合后由雾化喷头喷出,得到茶树油底物;
S4:按容积比5~10:1000将茶树油激活酶与茶树油底物混合,再加入混合物容积比2%~3%的抗坏血酸和2%~3%的β-胡萝卜素油,在均质器中于35~40℃混合搅拌5~7小时,得到所述的天然茶树油剂;
S5:将十六醇2%-4%,硬脂酸3%-9%,,牛油果树果脂5%-10%,羊毛脂2%-6%,玻尿酸1%-3%,透明质酸钠2%-8%,甘油5%-10%,尼泊金甲酯1%-3%按照比例称取,将混合料加入到混合罐中进行混合溶解,搅拌均匀备用;
S6:将橄榄油1%-3%,库拉索芦荟叶提取物0.5%-2.5%,茉莉提取液3%-7%,去离子水64.4%-75.4%,在45转/分的搅拌下,继续加热到60摄氏度,并恒温消毒30分钟,待用;
S7:将油相慢慢抽入水相中,并刮壁搅拌,转速增加到70转/分,搅拌1分钟后,加入天然茶树油剂开动高速均质器加工,随后进行冷却,即可出料;
S8:将油相混合料以及水相混合料加入香精、防腐剂以及乳化剂混合得到产品。
优选的,所述步骤S1中在均质器中于45摄氏度搅拌2小时。
优选的,所述步骤S3中喷出压力为0.9MPa/cm。
优选的,所述步骤S3中将多级反应器升温至30~35℃。
利用本发明的技术方案制作的名称,本技术方案采用了多种防晒成分,例如:胡萝卜提取液1%-3%,茉莉提取液0.5%-2.5%,苦参提取液3%-7%能够有效的帮助使用者的皮肤进行防晒,同时增加保湿失效,有效的解决了背景技术中所提及的问题。

水相组成:橄榄油1%-3%,库拉索芦荟叶提取物0.5%-2.5%,茉莉提取液3%-7%,去离子水64.4%-75.4%。
其中,牛油果脂、非洲木果油是丰bai富的滋润剂,易于du吸收,富含不饱zhi和脂肪酸,能加强皮肤的保湿能力,对干dao性及角质受损的肌肤能加以滋润,由卡力特树(karite)萃取而来。相对于其他植物油,含有最高比例脂肪伴随物,特别是生长必要的养分的三萜烯醇及维生素E、维生素A、尿囊素等,营养丰富。能够防止肌肤水分流失、帮助愈合伤口、增加肌肤防御能力及柔顺度。是难得的护肤天然成分。
橄榄油富含丰富的单不饱和脂肪酸——油酸,还有维生素A、维生素B、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K及抗氧化物等。橄榄油被认为是迄今所发现的油脂中最适合人体营养的油。
芦荟含有的芦荟素、芦荟苦素,具有多方面美化皮肤的效能,在保湿、消炎、抑菌、止痒、抗过敏、软化皮肤、防粉刺、抑汗防臭等方面具有一定的作用,对紫外线有强烈的吸收作用,防止皮肤灼伤。芦荟含有多种消除超氧化物自由基的成分,如超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶,能使皮肤细嫩、有弹性,具有防腐和延缓衰老等作用。芦荟胶是天然防晒成分,能有效抑制日光中的紫外线,防止色素沉着,保持皮肤白皙。研究发现,芦荟具有使皮肤收敛、柔软化、保湿、消炎、解除硬化、角化、改善伤痕等作用。
一种含有橄榄油的纳米精华液的生产工艺,包含以下制作步骤:
S1:将酵母提取物和TTO按6~8:1000混合后,得到茶树油激活酶;

油相组成:十六醇2%-4%,硬脂酸3%-9%,牛油果树果脂5%-10%,羊毛脂2%-6%,玻尿酸1%-3%,透明质酸钠2%-8%,甘油5%-10%,尼泊金甲酯1%-3%;
水相组成:橄榄油1%-3%,库拉索芦荟叶提取物0.5%-2.5%,茉莉提取液3%-7%,去离子水64.4%-75.4%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有橄榄油的纳米精华液的生产工艺,其特征在于,包含以下制作步骤:
