Abstract

本申请公开了一种信号传输的方法,包括:确定信道检测窗口和信号传输窗口,该信道检测窗口位于该信号传输窗口之前,该信道检测窗口包括N个子检测窗口,该信号传输窗口包括M个子传输资源,该N个子检测窗口中的第一子检测窗口与该M个子传输资源中的第一子传输资源对应,N≥2,M≥2;在该第一子检测窗口内进行信道检测;若该第一子检测窗口内的信道检测结果为信道空闲,则在该第一子传输资源中传输目标信号。因此,由于信道检测窗口中包括多个子检测窗口分别用于针对多个信号传输进行信道检测,并基于检测结果在信号传输窗口中传输该多个信号,从而可以保证免授权频谱上各通信***对频谱资源的公平使用以及确保高优先级信号的有效发送。
