In this embodiment, when the administrator selects the authorization item in step S51, the authorization start date and the authorization end date are input through the terminal device 20. The server 10 records the authorization start date and the authorization end date in the field F14 (authorization start date field) and the field F15 (authorization end date field) to form the validity period of the authorization code.
Step S53 includes checking the validity period of the authorization code. In this embodiment, the server 10 checks whether the current date falls within the validity period after the second party responds to the notification message.
During the valid period, the process proceeds to step S54; if the valid period is exceeded, the execution of step S54 and subsequent step S55 is prohibited.
In the present embodiment, step S55 after step S54 is similar to step S15 of the second embodiment, except that:
after the electronic device transmits the edited content to the data management system 100, the server 10 will check the valid period of the authorization code again, and if the valid period is within the valid period, store the edited content transmitted from the electronic device in the database 12; if the effective period is exceeded, the edited content transmitted by the electronic device is not stored.
In addition, step S54 may further include the server 10 sending a validity period notification message to the electronic device before the validity period of the authorization code expires, so as to notify the relevant checking unit that the validity period needs to be extended in coordination with the administrator.
Therefore, the editable field of the authorization item can be changed only when the authorization code is valid. The step of checking the validity period of the authorization code of the present embodiment can be applied to the first to fourth embodiments as well.

Claims (11)

1. A method for authorizing data editing authority of a product item is applied to a data management system, the data management system comprises a database, the database stores a plurality of product items, and the method for authorizing the data editing authority of the product item comprises the following steps:
A. Selecting, by a first party, a plurality of items from the plurality of product items in the database and defining as a plurality of authorized items;
B. the data management system generates an authorization code, wherein the authorization code corresponds to the plurality of authorization items; generating a notification message corresponding to the authorization code;
C. providing an electronic device to be connected with the data management system, and responding the notification information by a second party through the electronic device;
D. the data management system obtains the plurality of authorized items from the database according to the authorization codes corresponding to the notification information responded by the second party and transmits the authorized items to the electronic device;
E. selecting, by the electronic device, at least one of the received plurality of authorized items, editing content of the selected authorized item, and transmitting the edited content to the database for storage.
2. A method of authorizing data editing rights in a product item as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of accounts are recorded in the data management system, step B includes selecting one of the plurality of accounts and transmitting the notification information to the selected account; and C, responding the notification information by the second party through the electronic device by using the selected account.
3. A method of authorizing data editing rights in a product item in accordance with claim 1, wherein step B includes the data management system granting the authorization code for a valid period; step C comprises checking the validity period of the authorization code; during the active period, allowing step D, E; beyond the validity period, execution of step D, E is inhibited.
4. A method of authorizing data editing rights in a product item of claim 3 wherein step E comprises:
the data management system checks the valid period of the authorization code, and stores edited contents transmitted by the electronic device if the valid period is within the valid period; and if the valid period exceeds the valid period, the edited content transmitted by the electronic device is not stored.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein step D further comprises sending a validity period notification message to the electronic device before the validity period expires.
6. The method of authorizing data editing rights in a product item of claim 1, wherein each of the product items includes a plurality of fields; step A, selecting a plurality of items from the plurality of fields from each selected product item, and defining the selected items as a plurality of authorized fields of each authorized item; in step D, the authorization fields of the authorization items are obtained, and the authorization fields of the authorization items are transmitted to the electronic device.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the authorization field of each authorized item includes at least one editable field; in step E, the editable field of the selected authorization item is edited, and the content of the edited editable field is transmitted to the database for storage.
8. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein in step E, the authorized items are displayed on a screen of the electronic device, the authorized items displayed on the screen are clicked, and the editable field of the selected authorized item is edited.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein each of the product items includes an authorization code field; step B comprises writing the authorization code into authorization code fields of the plurality of authorization items; in step D, the authorization codes are compared with the authorization code fields of the plurality of product items in the database to obtain the plurality of authorization items through screening.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein each of the plurality of product items includes an authorization account field; a plurality of account numbers are recorded in the data management system, and the notification information is transmitted to one account number in the step B; after the step C includes responding to the notification information, the data management system records the account number of the response in the authorized account number fields of the plurality of authorized items in the database;
Step D is followed by:
providing another electronic device to be connected with the data management system, inputting the account number responding to the other electronic device, and transmitting the account number to the data management system;
and the data management system compares the authorization code and the received account with the authorization code fields and the authorization account fields of the product items in the database to screen and obtain the authorization items, and transmits the authorization items to the other electronic device.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein each of the plurality of product items includes an authorization account field and a sub-account field; step C includes inputting an account number in the electronic device, and transmitting the account number to the data management system to record in the database the authorization account number fields of the authorization items; step D is followed by:
establishing a sub-account according to the account, assigning a part of authorization items to the sub-account from the plurality of authorization items, and recording the sub-account in an authorization sub-account field of the assigned authorization item in a database;
Providing another electronic device to be connected with the data management system, inputting the sub-account number in the other electronic device, and transmitting the sub-account number to the data management system;
and the data management system compares the authorization code fields and the authorization sub-account fields of the product items according to the authorization code and the received sub-account to obtain an authorization item corresponding to the sub-account and transmit the authorization item to the other electronic device.
