In other examples of the present invention, the detecting device further includes a second detecting device (for example, a pressure sensor), the second detecting device obtains a wind pressure value of the air flowing from the air inlet 110 to the air outlet 120 in real time, the control device calculates the obtained wind pressure value to obtain the dust deposition data, or directly presets a preset wind pressure value range corresponding to the dust deposition, and compares the obtained wind pressure value with the preset wind pressure value range, taking the position of the air outlet 120 as an example:
when the wind pressure value is lower than the preset wind pressure value range, the induced wind power of the fan 200 is increased to keep the air volume of the air outlet 120 stable, or when the wind pressure value of the air outlet 120 is lower than the preset minimum wind pressure value (at this time, the dust deposition amount exceeds the set maximum value), the movable filter screen 321 in the outer filter assembly 320 is controlled to change the screen to keep the air volume of the air outlet 120 stable.
A preferred housing 100 is a rectangular parallelepiped structure, as shown in fig. 1-3, a blower 200 of an air inducing device is disposed in the middle of the housing 100, an air intake cavity 100a is disposed below the blower 200 at the lower part of the housing 100, an air intake 110 is disposed at the periphery of the air intake cavity 100a, air is horizontally sucked from the periphery of the air intake cavity 100a, and the flow direction is changed to flow upward by the blower 200; an air outlet cavity 100b is provided above the fan 200 at the upper portion of the casing 100, the air outlet 120 is provided at the top of the air outlet cavity 100b, a silencing structure 150 is provided in the air outlet cavity 100b, and air is passed through the silencing structure and is silenced and then discharged from the air outlet 120.
The inner filter assembly 310 is preferably a frame-type detachable structure, the housing 100 is provided with a plurality of grooves 130 at the periphery of the intake chamber 100a, the inner filter assembly 310 has a plurality of filter screen plates 311 (containing receiving frames for folding the filter screens), and the filter screen plates 311 are detachably disposed in the grooves 130, so that the inner filter assembly can be used for a long time and can be detached and replaced after being used for a long time.
The outer filter assembly 320 further includes a winding structure capable of exchanging a screen, and the movable filter screen 321 is disposed outside the filter screen plate 311 by the winding structure.
The winding structure includes a driving reel 322, a driven reel 323, and four tensioning shafts 324, wherein the driving reel 322 and the driven reel 323 are disposed closely, one end of the movable filter 321 is wound around the driving reel 322, and the other end of the movable filter 321 is wound around the four tensioning shafts 324 and wound around the driven reel 323.
Wherein, the movable filter 321 to be used in advance on the driven reel 323 is driven by the motor 325, for example, to realize the precise winding process of the movable filter 321, and the used movable filter 321 is collected by the driving reel 322 while the new movable filter 321 on the driven reel 323 is replaced.
Specifically, three consecutive circumferential side surfaces of the lower portion of the housing 100 form air intake surfaces, i.e., an upper side surface, a lower side surface, and a right side surface in fig. 4, the remaining one side surface forms a mounting surface, i.e., a left side surface in fig. 4, and the driving reel 322 and the driven reel 323 are disposed on the mounting surface, where fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view in a top view.
Further, four tensioning shafts 324 are respectively disposed at corners of the upper, right, lower and left sides to form a support for the movable screen 321.
The detection device may further include an encoder for detecting a rotation angle of the driving reel 322 and/or the driven reel 323 and/or the tension shaft 324, the control device controls the driving reel 322 to perform driving winding, converts a detection signal value of the encoder into a winding length value and compares the winding length value with a preset winding length, and when the winding length value is equal to or greater than the preset winding length, the control device controls the driving reel 322 to stop winding.
For example, the encoder is disposed on one of the tension shafts 324 and the surface of the body of the tension shaft 324 is provided with an anti-slip layer (e.g., rubber) to avoid slippage of the movable screen 321 relative to the tension shaft 324 during winding.
Still further, in order to ensure the structural regularity of the housing 100, the mounting surface is recessed inward to form the mounting groove 140, and the driving scroll 322 and the driven scroll 323 are disposed in the mounting groove 140, so that the housing 100 still maintains a square structure after the sealing plate is disposed thereon.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure the synchronous rotation between the driving reel 322 and the driven reel 323, the connecting structure 330 is disposed on both the driving reel 322 and the driven reel 323, which is convenient for installation and keeps the stability of rotation.
As shown in fig. 5 to 10, the driving reel 322 and the driven reel 323 are vertically disposed on the mounting groove 140, a bearing seat 141 is disposed on the mounting groove 140, the lower ends of the driving reel 322 and the driven reel 323 are rotatably disposed on the bearing seat 141, and the driving reel 322 is driven by the motor 325 through the chain transmission mechanism 326.
Taking the connection structure 330 connected to the driven reel 323 as an example for detailed description, the connection structure 330 includes a connection flange 331, a sleeve 332, a driving shaft 333, and a force adjusting mechanism.
A connecting groove 3311 is provided in the connecting flange 331, the sleeve 332 is provided in the connecting groove 3311 via two bearings 334, wherein a washer 335 (snap ring) is provided between the two bearings 334, and the two bearings 334 and the washer 335 are installed in a limited manner by the snap spring 336.
The driving shaft 333 is slidably provided in the axial direction in the sleeve 332, wherein a first limit post/pin 3321 is provided in the sleeve 332, a sliding groove 3331 is provided in the surface of the driving shaft 333 in the axial direction, and the first limit post/pin 3321 is provided in the sliding groove 3331 so that the sleeve 332 can be rotated synchronously with the driving shaft 333 by the engagement of the first limit post/pin 3321 with the sliding groove 3331, in order to keep the driving shaft 333 and the sleeve 332 rotatable synchronously with each other and further rotatable synchronously with the driven reel 323.
The lower end of the driving shaft 333 is detachably coupled to the driven reel 323, and a preferred structure is: the driving shaft 333 is in bolt fit with the driven reel 323, the upper end of the driven reel 323 is provided with a groove 3231 recessed along the axial direction of the driven reel 323 and a through groove 3232 along the radial direction of the driven reel, the through groove 3232 is communicated with the through groove, the lower end of the driving shaft 333 extends into the groove 3231, the lower end of the driving shaft 333 is provided with a second limiting column/pin 3332, and the second limiting column/pin 3332 is in fit connection with the through groove 3232.
The through groove 3232 is preferably an open groove, and the operation is very convenient only by pulling the driving shaft 333 upward when detaching.
In order to facilitate the adjustment of the driving shaft 333 during the installation process, a rotation knob 3333 is provided at the upper end of the driving shaft 333, and the driving shaft 333 can be actively rotated by rotating the rotation knob 3333 to synchronously rotate the driven reel 323.
The force adjusting mechanism comprises a friction block 337, an elastic piece 338 and an adjusting bolt 339, wherein a transverse groove 3312 is formed in the connecting flange 331, the friction block 337, the elastic piece 338 and the adjusting bolt 339 are sequentially arranged in the transverse groove 3312, the friction block 337 abuts against the shaft sleeve 332, and the acting force of the friction block 337 on the shaft sleeve 332 is changed by tightening or loosening the adjusting bolt 339 to press the elastic piece 338.
The elastic member 338 is, for example, a spring, the friction block 337 is preferably a copper block, and tightening the adjusting bolt 339 can compress the elastic member 338, thereby increasing the acting force between the friction block 337 and the sleeve 332, providing a larger friction torque, and finally increasing the acting force borne by the rotation process of the reel, so as to avoid the relative slipping phenomenon.
Referring to fig. 3 again, the fine filter assembly 340 may be further disposed to perform a fine filtering process on the air sucked into the air inlet cavity 100a, the fine filter assembly 340 is disposed in the casing 100 and located at an inlet of the fan 200, as shown in the figure, the air sucked into the air inlet cavity 100a is filtered and purified by the fine filter assembly 340, and then is blown into the air outlet cavity 100b by the fan 200, and finally blown out from the air outlet 120.

A sterilization device may be further provided, and the sterilization device is disposed in the air intake cavity 100a and is used for performing sterilization treatment on the air filtered and purified by the filter device 300, for example, an ultraviolet lamp 160 is installed in the air intake cavity 100a for performing sterilization treatment, etc.
As shown in fig. 11, the sound deadening structure 150 is disposed in the casing 100 above the blower 200, and as shown by arrows in the drawing, the sound deadening structure 150 is provided with a flow blocking section 151 for receiving the intake air and changing a part of the front intake air into a flow direction, and a flow guiding section 152 for continuously guiding the air to flow toward the air outlet 120.
The inner wall (including the side wall) of the sound-deadening structure 150 is provided with a deadening layer 153 for attenuating the vibration generated by the air impact, and as shown in the drawing, the deadening layer 153 includes soundproof cotton 1531, and a perforated plate 1532 fixing the soundproof cotton.
Of these, the choke section 151 is preferably of an arc-shaped configuration, the choke section 151 causes the flow direction of the front-side sucked air (main portion) to change from upward to rightward, the flow-inducing section 152 is preferably of an arc-shaped configuration, and the flow-inducing section 152 causes the flow direction of the air to change from rightward to upward.
Specifically, the arc radius of the flow blocking section 151 is not smaller than the arc radius of the guide section, for example, as shown in fig. 11, when the width L of the housing 100 is about 600 mm, the arc radius R1 of the flow blocking section 151 is about 220 mm, and the arc radius R2 of the guide section is about 180 mm.
The outlet of the fan 200 in fig. 11 is offset, so that the height of the outlet air cavity 100b can be effectively reduced, and the inlet of the sound attenuating structure 150 and the outlet of the sound attenuating structure 150 are partially overlapped or not overlapped on the projection of the horizontal plane, wherein the overlapped area is not more than one fourth of the inlet of the sound attenuating structure 150.
Further, as shown in fig. 12, a contraction section 154 for converging air at the outlet of the fan 200 is further included, the contraction section 154 is located at one side below the flow guiding section 152, and the fan 200 may be disposed close to the center to facilitate structural installation of the fan 200.
The present invention may further include a refreshing device, wherein the housing 100 is provided with a spray outlet, for example, the spray outlet is located at the top of the housing 100, the control device utilizes the refreshing device to spray the spray from the spray outlet, and the spray liquid in the refreshing device may be selected from a plurality of specific or combined liquid medicines such as a humidification liquid medicine, an aromatherapy liquid medicine, a disinfection liquid medicine, etc. according to a use scene.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the scope of the invention. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that variations may be made without departing from the scope of the invention, and equivalents may be resorted to without departing from the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. An air purifier, comprising:
a casing having an air suction port and an air discharge port;
an air guide device that sucks air into the housing from the suction port and blows out the air from the air outlet;
a filter device for filtering and purifying air sucked into the housing from the suction port;
the filter device comprises a shell, a suction inlet, an inner filter assembly, an outer filter assembly and a filter, wherein the inner filter assembly is arranged on the shell and completely covers the suction inlet, the outer filter assembly is arranged on the shell and positioned at the outer side of the inner filter assembly, and the outer filter assembly comprises a movable filter screen which is wound on the periphery of the shell and can be wound and replaced;
and
the control device controls the air inducing device and the filtering device simultaneously, and when the dust deposition amount of the filtering device is increased, the control device correspondingly increases the air inducing power of the air inducing device or controls a movable filter screen in the outer filtering component to change the screen.
2. The air purifier of claim 1, further comprising a first detecting device for detecting a concentration of the particulate matter and/or a concentration of the volatile gas adsorbed on the particulate matter, wherein the dust deposition amount of the filtering device is calculated based on the concentration value obtained by the first detecting device.
3. The air cleaner of claim 1, further comprising second detecting means for detecting a magnitude of a wind pressure of air flowing from the suction port to the blow-out port, wherein the dust collecting amount of the filtering means is calculated based on the magnitude of the wind pressure obtained by the second detecting means.
4. The air cleaner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air inducing means is provided at a middle portion of the housing, an air intake chamber is provided at a lower portion of the housing below the air inducing means, the suction ports are provided at an outer circumference of the air intake chamber, air is sucked from the outer circumference of the air intake chamber, and a flow direction of the air is changed to an upward flow by the air inducing means.
5. The air cleaner of claim 4, wherein a plurality of grooves are formed in the housing at the outer circumference of the intake chamber, the inner filter assembly has a plurality of filter screens detachably disposed in the grooves, the outer filter assembly further includes a winding structure capable of changing screens, and the movable filter screen is wound around the outer side of the filter screens by the winding structure.
6. The air cleaner of claim 5, wherein the winding structure includes a drive spool, a driven spool, and at least one tension shaft, the drive spool being disposed proximate to the driven spool, wherein one end of the movable screen winds around the drive spool and the other end of the movable screen winds around the tension shaft and onto the driven spool.
7. The air cleaner of claim 6, further comprising an encoder for detecting a rotation angle of the active reel and/or the driven reel and/or the tension shaft, wherein the control device controls the active reel to perform active winding, converts a detection signal value of the encoder into a winding length value and compares the winding length value with a preset winding length, and when the winding length value is equal to or greater than the preset winding length, the control device controls the active reel to stop winding.
8. The air purifier of claim 4, wherein an outlet cavity is disposed at an upper portion of the housing above the air inducing device, the outlet is disposed at a top of the outlet cavity, a silencing structure is disposed in the outlet cavity, and air passing through the silencing structure is silenced and then discharged from the outlet.
9. The air purifier of claim 1 further comprising a freshener, a spray outlet provided in the housing, and the control device uses the freshener to emit a spray from the spray outlet.
10. The air purifier as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a sterilizing unit disposed in the housing for sterilizing the air filtered and purified by the filtering unit.
