Abstract
The invention provides a wall bearing replacement device and a wall bearing replacement construction method, wherein the bearing replacement device is used for bearing an existing wall structure on the upper part and creating a space for bottom dismantling and foundation replacement, and comprises: the wall lifting columns are fixed on the basic raft and used for bearing upper load and transmitting the upper load to the basic raft; the wall clamping beams are parallel to the wall body, are respectively positioned on two sides of the wall body, are transversely arranged on the wall lifting column, and are used for bearing loads and transmitting the loads to the wall lifting column; and the bearing beams are transversely arranged on the wall clamping beams, are arranged in a crossed manner, penetrate through the wall body at the position, and are used for bearing the load of the upper wall body and transmitting the load to the wall clamping beams and the wall lifting columns. and 7, removing the temporary bearing replacement structure to finish the replacement of the wall 40.
According to the construction method for bearing and replacing the wall body, construction is simple and convenient, a foundation of the newly-added construction bearing platform 60 can be conveniently established, construction safety is guaranteed, and construction cost is reduced.
