Abstract
The invention discloses a children bubble shampoo shower gel, which comprises the following components: amino acid surfactant, foaming agent, foam stabilizer, humectant, chelating agent, emulsifier, pH regulator, antiseptic effective component, hydrolyzed procyanidin, calendula extract, aloe vera extract and deionized water; the composite is prepared by matching the raw materials, has the remarkable advantages of mildness, no stimulation and antianaphylaxis (antianaphylaxis), and is suitable for children.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily necessities for children, in particular to a bubble shampoo and shower gel for children.
Background
The skin of children is thin, the intercellular adhesion is weak, the water content is high, the oil secretion is less, the sensitivity to external irritants is high, and the surfactants and preservatives used in common bath products in the market can generate irritation, so that the phenomena of anaphylactic reaction and the like can be caused when the bath products are used by children, and the study on mild and non-irritant bath products for children is needed.
However, existing children's bathing products still have significant drawbacks: firstly, most of the bath products for children in the current market are sulfate surfactant systems, so that the bath products are high in irritation, adsorb skin and introduce harmful substances such as dioxane and the like; secondly, the bath products for children in the current market need to be added with preservatives, such as parabens, formaldehyde donors or cason and the like, and the added preservatives have certain irritation to human bodies, especially greater irritation to children.
Therefore, providing a mild, non-irritating, and anti-allergic child bath bubble is a problem that needs to be solved by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides the children bubble shampoo and shower gel and the preparation method thereof, wherein the adopted raw materials are simple in components and low in cost, the obtained product is mild and non-irritant, the allergic reaction of children can be prevented, and the overall preparation method is simple and has actual popularization value.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a children bubble shampoo and shower gel is characterized by comprising: amino acid surfactant, foaming agent, foam stabilizer, humectant, chelating agent, emulsifier, pH regulator, antiseptic effective component, hydrolyzed procyanidin, calendula extract, aloe vera extract and deionized water.
The beneficial effects of the preferred technical scheme are as follows: the invention discloses a children bubble shampoo and bath lotion which is prepared by mutually matching amino acid surfactant, foaming agent, foam stabilizer, humectant, chelating agent, emulsifier, pH regulator, antiseptic active ingredient, hydrolyzed procyanidin, calendula extract, aloe vera extract and the like, wherein the adopted hydrolyzed procyanidin, calendula extract and aloe vera extract belong to natural extraction ingredients, so that skin allergic reaction can be effectively reduced; the amino acid surfactant is adopted, so that the irritation to the skin of a human body is small, and the anaphylactic reaction generated in the using process of children can be effectively avoided; and the antiseptic effective components are used for replacing the traditional antiseptic, so that the traditional antiseptic is avoided, and the skin irritation of children can be avoided.
Preferably, the amino acid surfactant comprises sodium cocoyl glycinate and potassium lauroyl wheat amino acid.
The beneficial effects of the preferred technical scheme are as follows: the surfactant sodium cocoyl glycinate and the lauroyl wheat amino acid potassium disclosed by the invention have small stimulation to a human body, wherein the lauroyl wheat amino acid potassium belongs to the surfactant modified by natural components, and has smaller stimulation and is difficult to cause allergic reaction of children.
Preferably, the preservative active ingredient comprises p-hydroxyacetophenone and a preservative composition; the anticorrosive composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-12 parts of caprylyl hydroximic acid, 1-3 parts of glyceryl caprylate and 85-87 parts of propylene glycol.
The beneficial effects of the preferred technical scheme are as follows: according to the invention, the composition formed by caprylyl hydroximic acid and caprylic glyceride is matched with p-hydroxyacetophenone, and the preservative effect is exerted in the formula disclosed by the invention, so that the quality guarantee period of the children bath bubble disclosed by the invention can be prolonged, the preservative can be completely replaced, the preservative can be prevented from being added, and the skin of children is prevented from generating anaphylactic reaction.
Preferably, the caprylyl hydroximic acid and the caprylic triglyceride are mixed according to the mass ratio.
Preferably, the foaming agent comprises cocamidopropyl betaine; the foam stabilizer comprises cocamide methyl MEA; the humectant comprises glycerin and betaine; the chelating agent comprises disodium EDTA; the emulsifier comprises decyl glucoside; the pH regulator comprises citric acid.
The beneficial effects of the preferred technical scheme are as follows: the invention adopts the cocamidopropyl betaine as the foaming agent, has excellent foaming effect by matching with other components in the raw materials, is mild and low in irritation, and does not cause allergic reaction to the skin of children; the cocoamide methyl MEA is used as a foam stabilizer and can play an excellent foam stabilizing effect by being matched with a foaming agent and the like, so that a large amount of stable bubbles can be generated in the using process, and the cocoamide methyl MEA is mild and has no stimulation, so that the cocoamide methyl MEA is suitable for children to use and does not generate anaphylactic reaction; the glycerin and the betaine are used as the humectant, can achieve excellent moisturizing effect by matching, are mild and non-irritant, and are suitable for children; disodium EDTA as a chelating agent, decyl glucoside as an emulsifier and citric acid as a pH regulator are matched with each other to obtain the child bath bubble with good emulsifying effect and excellent degerming effect, and the shampoo is mild and non-irritant, and does not cause anaphylactic reaction when used by children.
Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-20% of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 8-12% of potassium lauroyl wheat amino acid, 8-12% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.5-2% of cocamidomethyl MEA, 1-3% of glycerol, 0.5-2% of betaine, 0.01-0.03% of EDTA disodium, 1-3% of decyl glucoside, 0.10-0.18% of citric acid, 0.2-0.4% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.2-0.4% of an antiseptic composition, 0.05-0.15% of hydrolyzed procyanidin, 0.2-0.5% of calendula officinalis extract, 0.2-0.5% of aloe vera extract and the balance of deionized water.
Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15% sodium cocoyl glycinate, 10% potassium lauroyl wheat aminoacid, 10% cocamidopropyl betaine, 1% cocamidomethyl MEA, 2% glycerol, 1% betaine, 0.02% disodium EDTA, 2% decyl glucoside, 0.14% citric acid, 0.3% p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.3% preservative composition, 0.1% hydrolyzed procyanidins, 0.3% calendula extract, 0.3% aloe vera extract and the balance deionized water.
The beneficial effects of the preferred technical scheme are as follows: under the use amount of the raw materials disclosed by the invention, cocoyl glycine sodium, lauroyl wheat amino acid potassium, cocoamidopropyl betaine, cocoamidomethyl MEA, glycerol, betaine, EDTA disodium, decyl glucoside, citric acid, p-hydroxyacetophenone, an antiseptic composition, hydrolyzed procyanidin, a calendula extract, an aloe vera extract and the balance of deionized water can be matched with each other, so that the child bath bubble which is mild, non-irritant, large in bubble production and stable in bubble production is obtained.
According to the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention discloses and provides the children bubble shampoo and shower gel, which has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the surfactant used in the children bath bubble disclosed by the invention is that both sodium cocoyl glycinate and potassium lauroyl wheat amino acid belong to amino acid type surfactants, so that the surfactant has no stimulation to a human body, and particularly, the potassium lauroyl wheat amino acid belongs to a surfactant modified by natural components, so that the surfactant has less stimulation, is suitable for children to use, and does not generate anaphylactic reaction;
(2) the invention discloses a children bath bubble which does not use preservative, and achieves comprehensive preservative effect by matching the composition of caprylyl hydroximic acid and glyceryl caprylate with p-hydroxyacetophenone, thereby avoiding the skin from generating anaphylactic reaction due to the use of the preservative
(3) The hydrolyzed procyanidin has antiallergic effect, and can effectively reduce skin anaphylaxis.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a children bubble shampoo and shower gel, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-20% of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 8-12% of potassium lauroyl wheat amino acid, 8-12% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.5-2% of cocamidomethyl MEA, 1-3% of glycerol, 0.5-2% of betaine, 0.01-0.03% of EDTA disodium, 1-3% of decyl glucoside, 0.10-0.18% of citric acid, 0.2-0.4% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.2-0.4% of an antiseptic composition, 0.05-0.15% of hydrolyzed procyanidin, 0.2-0.5% of calendula officinalis extract, 0.2-0.5% of aloe vera extract and the balance of deionized water; the anticorrosive composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-12 parts of caprylyl hydroximic acid, 1-3 parts of glyceryl caprylate and 85-87 parts of propylene glycol.
Example 1
The embodiment of the invention discloses a children bubble shampoo and shower gel, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10Kg of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 8 Kg% of potassium lauroyl wheat aminoacid, 8Kg of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.5Kg of cocamidomethyl MEA, 1Kg of glycerol, 0.5Kg of betaine, 0.01Kg of disodium EDTA, 1Kg of decyl glucoside, 0.10Kg of citric acid, 0.2Kg of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.2Kg of preservative composition, 0.05Kg of hydrolyzed procyanidin, 0.2Kg of calendula extract, 0.2Kg of aloe vera extract and the balance of deionized water to make up 100 Kg; the anticorrosive composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of octanohydroxamic acid, 1 part of glycerol caprylate and 85 parts of propylene glycol.
Example 2
The embodiment of the invention discloses a children bubble shampoo and shower gel, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20Kg of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 12Kg of potassium lauroyl triticum aminoacid, 12Kg of cocamidopropyl betaine, 2Kg of cocamidomethyl MEA, 3Kg of glycerol, 2Kg of betaine, 0.03Kg of disodium EDTA, 3% Kg of decyl glucoside, 0.18Kg of citric acid, 0.4Kg of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.4Kg of preservative composition, 0.15Kg of hydrolyzed procyanidin, 0.5Kg of calendula extract, 0.2 to 0.5% of aloe vera extract and the balance of deionized water to make up to 100 Kg. The anticorrosive composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 12 parts of octanohydroxamic acid, 3 parts of glycerol caprylate and 87 parts of propylene glycol.
Example 3
The embodiment of the invention discloses a children bubble shampoo and shower gel, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15Kg of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 9Kg of potassium lauroyl tricinate, 9Kg of cocamidopropyl betaine, 1Kg of cocamidomethyl MEA, 2Kg of glycerol, 1.5Kg of betaine, 0.02Kg of disodium EDTA, 2Kg of decyl glucoside, 0.15Kg of citric acid, 0.2Kg of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.3Kg of preservative composition, 0.10Kg of hydrolyzed procyanidin, 0.3Kg of calendula extract, 0.3Kg of aloe vera extract and the balance of deionized water to make up 100 Kg. The anticorrosive composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 11 parts of octanohydroxamic acid, 2 parts of glycerol caprylate and 86 parts of propylene glycol.
Example 4
The embodiment of the invention discloses a children bubble shampoo and shower gel, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15Kg sodium cocoyl glycinate, 10Kg potassium lauroyl tricinate, 10Kg cocamidopropyl betaine, 1Kg cocamidomethyl MEA, 2Kg glycerin, 1Kg betaine, 0.02Kg disodium EDTA, 2Kg decyl glucoside, 0.14Kg citric acid, 0.3Kg p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.3Kg preservative composition, 0.1Kg hydrolyzed procyanidin, 0.3Kg calendula extract, 0.3Kg aloe vera extract and the balance deionized water to make up to 100 Kg. The anticorrosive composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 12 parts of octanohydroxamic acid, 2 parts of glycerol caprylate and 85 parts of propylene glycol.
Comparative example 1
0.3Kg of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.3Kg of preservative composition used in example 4 were replaced with 0.3Kg of salicylic acid and 0.2Kg of sorbic acid.
Comparative example 2
15Kg of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 10Kg of potassium lauroyl wheat aminoacid used in example 4 were replaced by 25Kg of AES.
The preparation methods of the examples 1-4 and the comparative examples 1-2 are as follows: heating sodium cocoyl glycinate, potassium lauroyl wheat amino acid, cocoamidopropyl betaine, cocoamidomethyl MEA, glycerol, betaine components, hydrolyzed procyanidine, calendula officinalis extract and aloe barbadensis extract to 75-78 ℃, uniformly stirring, and cooling; and (3) cooling to 46-48 ℃, adding the EDTA disodium, decyl glucoside, hydroxyacetophenone citrate and the preservative composition into the mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain the child bath bubble.
The children's bathing bubbles prepared in examples 1-4 were tested for their performance:
1. the children's bathing bubbles prepared in examples 1-4 above were tested for pH and the results are shown in Table 1 below. 5.5, 5.4, 5.3 and 5.5 respectively meet the requirements.
2. The viscosity of the children's bath bubbles prepared in examples 1-4 above was measured and the results are shown in Table 1 below. 1000mpa.s, 1200mpa.s, 1300mpa.s, 1100mpa.s, respectively, meet the requirements.
3. The foam height of the child bath bubbles prepared in examples 1-4 above was tested.
The test method comprises the following steps: 5g of a sample to be measured was placed in a 300ml beaker, diluted to 100g with water, stirred uniformly, kept at the same stirring speed for 10 seconds with a stirrer, and the total amount of foam was measured, and the results are shown in Table 1 below.

It is evident from the data in table 1 above that the pH and viscosity of the child bath bubbles prepared according to the present invention combine; in addition, the generated foam is large and stable in quantity and can meet the use requirement; and compared with the comparative example 2, the children bath bubble prepared by the invention has similar performance.
4. The preservative efficacy of examples 1-4 was examined by performing a single inoculation experiment using the european pharmacopoeia (ph. eur. general text 5.1.3). The test results are shown in table 2 below:

As is evident from the data in table 2 above: the bacteria of examples 1-4 decreased by more than 2 orders of magnitude on day 2, by more than 3 orders of magnitude on day 7, with no apparent visible increase on day 28; the mold decreased by more than 2 orders of magnitude on day 14 with no significant visible increase on day 28. Therefore, the examples 1 to 4 all pass the corrosion prevention challenge test and have the corrosion prevention effect so as to ensure the product quality; compared with the comparative example 1, the child bath bubble prepared by the invention has similar antiseptic property.
3. Irritation test
The children bath cream prepared in examples 1 to 4 was distributed to 200 testers (adults) as a test sample to be tested.
The test method comprises the following steps: the children bath lotion was diluted to 10% aqueous solution, which was close to the concentration at the time of use, and the foam was kneaded out, the periphery of the eyes was washed, and whether or not there was irritation in the eyes was felt, and the results of trial are shown in table 4.

From the above data it is evident that: compared with comparative examples 1-2, the children bath bubbles prepared in the embodiments 1-2 of the invention have obviously reduced irritation to people, and tests show that the children bath bubbles hardly produce irritation reaction.

Claims (7)
1. A children bubble shampoo and shower gel is characterized by comprising: amino acid surfactant, foaming agent, foam stabilizer, humectant, chelating agent, emulsifier, pH regulator, antiseptic effective component, hydrolyzed procyanidin, calendula extract, aloe vera extract and deionized water.
2. The children's bubble shampoo and shower gel of claim 1, wherein the amino acid surfactant comprises sodium cocoyl glycinate and potassium lauroyl wheat amino acid.
3. The children bubble shampoo and shower gel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antiseptic effective ingredient comprises p-hydroxyacetophenone and an antiseptic composition; the anticorrosive composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-12 parts of caprylyl hydroximic acid, 1-3 parts of glyceryl caprylate and 85-87 parts of propylene glycol.
4. The children bubble shampoo and shower gel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the caprylyl hydroximic acid and glyceryl caprylate composition is mixed by mass ratio.
5. The children's bubble shampoo gel of claim 1, wherein the foaming agent comprises cocamidopropyl betaine; the foam stabilizer comprises cocamide methyl MEA; the humectant comprises glycerin and betaine; the chelating agent comprises disodium EDTA; the emulsifier comprises decyl glucoside; the pH regulator comprises citric acid.
6. The children bubble shampoo and shower gel as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the following components by mass percent: 10-20% of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 8-12% of potassium lauroyl wheat amino acid, 8-12% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.5-2% of cocamidomethyl MEA, 1-3% of glycerol, 0.5-2% of betaine, 0.01-0.03% of EDTA disodium, 1-3% of decyl glucoside, 0.10-0.18% of citric acid, 0.2-0.4% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.2-0.4% of an antiseptic composition, 0.05-0.15% of hydrolyzed procyanidin, 0.2-0.5% of calendula officinalis extract, 0.2-0.5% of aloe vera extract and the balance of deionized water.
7. The children bubble shampoo and shower gel as claimed in claim 6, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15% sodium cocoyl glycinate, 10% potassium lauroyl wheat aminoacid, 10% cocamidopropyl betaine, 1% cocamidomethyl MEA, 2% glycerol, 1% betaine, 0.02% disodium EDTA, 2% decyl glucoside, 0.14% citric acid, 0.3% p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.3% preservative composition, 0.1% hydrolyzed procyanidins, 0.3% calendula extract, 0.3% aloe vera extract and the balance deionized water.
