本发明涉及一种滚动轴承,其密封垫带有一个在固定传感装置前移动的编码装置。它还涉及一种装有这种滚动轴承的轮毂。
本发明特别涉及一种滚动轴承,其编码装置置于密封垫上,使编码装置与滚动轴承的一个侧面的平面基本对齐。通过文献FR2625777和FR2700588知道有这样一种轴承,其中有一个传感装置,与编码装置相对,可测量轴承的转速。
文献FR2625777特别描述了一种传感装置,它通过一个基本环状的、可转向的支座,安装在与密封垫成一体的编码装置前。所述支座固定在一个隔套上,隔套本身夹紧在轴承固定环和转向节凸肩的外侧面之间。这种安装方式的缺点是加大了装有这种传感装置的汽车的轮距宽度。与未安装转速传感装置的同样汽车相比,相当于轮距增加了两个隔套的厚度。这样,每一个制动鼓的位置都相对于支承制动器摩擦片和液压起动装置的底板,向汽车的外部方向错开一个等于隔套厚度的值。而底板的位置并未被隔套改变。
本发明的装置旨在弥补上述不足。为此,本发明涉及一种滚动轴承,它由一个外环构成,外环通过滚动件安装在内环上,在确保轴承密封的密封垫中,其中有一个带有随外环一起转动的编码元件,轴承的特征在于,带有编码元件的密封垫有一个板片,板片有一个沿轴承外环的侧面延伸的径向伸出部。
本发明还涉及一种轮毂,它借助上述的这种滚动轴承,安装在轴颈上并靠在转向节上,在转向节上借助固定装置固定着一个与编码元件配合的传感元件,轮毂的特征在于,带有编码元件的密封垫板片的径向伸出部沿轴承轴线的厚度,等于由于所述转向节上的传感元件固定装置,而在转向节和滚动轴承外环之间造成的轴向偏移量。
根据本发明的轮毂可保留制动鼓相对于固定摩擦片的底板的标准起始位置,因而可避免制动装置的任何改动。事实上,本发明的轴承密封装置可补偿所述轴承的轴向偏移,既在隔套上安装传感器造成的偏移。
根据本发明的另一个特征,轴承安装在轮毂的内径中,内径中有一个环形槽,槽内装有一个环形止动环,顶在滚动轴承外环的外侧面上。
根据本发明的另一个特征,位于环形槽内的止动环部分,其沿轴线的厚度小于所述槽沿轴线的厚度。
根据本发明的另一个特征,槽与位于该环形槽内的止动环部分之间沿轴线的厚度差,等于由于转向节上的传感元件固的定装置,而在转向节与滚动轴承的内环之间造成的轴向偏移。
这些特征使得可利用传统轮毂内径上现成的环形槽,借助于止动环,轴向固定根据本发明的轴承。
根据本发明的另一个特征,环形止动环通过环形部分,在环形槽外、向轮外方向、沿轮毂内径延伸,使该环的径向总截面呈“L”形。
根据本发明的另一个特征,环形部分沿轴线的长度至少等于板片径向伸出部分的厚度。
这些特征可保证轴承准确的轴向固定,尽管环形槽内安装止动环的可用宽度减小了。

图1示出了汽车非驱动轮的轮毂1。轮毂1借助位于该轮毂1内径1a中的轴承2,安装在轴颈3上,并靠在转向节4上。拧紧在轴颈3外端部3a处的螺栓5,借助该轴承2的预负荷垫圈6,保证轴承2的固定。轮毂1通过制动鼓7径向延伸。轴承2由外环8构成,外环借助滚动件9安装在两个内环10上。轮毂1通过朝汽车内部方向轴向减小孔1a的凸肩1b,在汽车外部方向靠紧在轴承1的外环8的侧面上。此外,轮毂1在汽车外部方向由环形止动环11轴向锁住,止动环装在内径1a上加工出的环形槽1c内。安装制动装置的各种元件(图中未示出)的制动底板12固定在转向节4上。轴承2的密封通过密封垫13和14保证,它们以本身已知的方式安装在轴承2的每个面上、在外环8内面设置的槽15和16内。位于轮内侧、并示于图2和图3的密封垫14,装有诸如文献FR2700588描述的磁编码器17。密封垫14具有一个例如金属的板片18,上面用复制模制方式一方面模制密封垫19,另一方面模制磁编码器17。后者与借助支座21固定在转向节4上的传感器20配合,所述支座由套装在转向节4的外端部4a上的管形部分21a和圈21b构成,圈21b径向加长所述管形部分21a,以盖住转向节4的外端部4a直至轴颈3处。该圈21b使轴承2的轴向位置向汽车外部偏移一个等于所述圈21b厚度的值。为弥补该向汽车外部的偏移,轴承2、亦即轮毂1通过其凸肩1b靠在所述轴承2的外环8上,而不采用不对称滚动轴承套圈式轴承,密封垫14的板片18具有一个径向伸出部22,沿外环8的侧面延伸。该径向伸出部22夹紧在外环8的所述侧面和凸肩1b之间,其选定的厚度等于圈21b的厚度,这样便可弥补轴向偏移并保证轮毂1的正常运行。密封垫14通过其密封片19固定在轴承2上,而密封片则通过其凸缘23嵌入外环8的槽16内。由圈21b和板片18径向伸出部22的厚度造成的偏移,使轴承2向外形成一个偏移。显然,为了不再加工一个新的槽仍能进行安装,圈21b以及径向伸出部22的厚度必须小于槽1c的轴向厚度。这时,外环8的侧面突起在环形槽1c的上面。嵌入槽1c中的环形止动环11的部分11a的厚度限止在所述槽1c的宽度减去圈21b的厚度。同样,根据一个既不改变轮毂1,又能保证足够的轴向止动的本发明的特殊变型,环形止动环11的部分11a通过环形部分11b,在槽1c之外、向轮外方向、沿轮毂1的内径1a延伸,使该环11的径向总截面呈“L”形,如图4所示。该环形部分11b沿轴线的长度应至少等于圈21b的厚度。
当然,本发明丝毫不局限于仅作为例子描述和示出的实施方式。特别是,凡是其密封垫有一个径向伸出部,以弥补转向节上传感元件的固定装置的厚度的轴承,都超不出本发明的范围,不管该伸出部或该固定装置的形状如何。同样,可通过已有的环形槽以外的其它方式将轴承固定在轮毂内,这同样也未超出本发明的范围。

Claims (7)

1.轮毂(1),借助滚动轴承(2)安装在轴颈(3)上并靠在转向节(4)上,轴承(2)由外环(8)构成,外环通过滚动件(9)安装在内环(10)上,确保轴承(2)密封的其中一个密封垫(14)有一个随外环(8)一起转动并与传感元件(20)配合的编码元件(17),传感元件(20)借助固定装置(21)固定在转向节(4)上,其特征在于,带有编码元件(17)的密封垫(14)具有一个板片(18),它有一个径向伸出部(22),沿轴承(2)的外环(8)的侧面延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮毂(1),其特征在于,带有编码元件(17)的密封垫(14)的板片(18)的径向伸出部(22)的沿轴承(2)轴线的厚度,等于由于转向节(4)上的传感元件(20)的固定装置(21),而在转向节(4)和滚动轴承(2)的内环(10)之间形成的轴向偏移。
