the waterproof layer 30 is a mortar waterproof layer, and the surfaces of the first sealing member 40 and the second sealing member 60 are coated with a coating layer comprising a PTFE-based coating material; the thickness of the coating is 0.5-5 um.
In the invention, the waterproof layer 30 is an FS101 cement mortar waterproof layer, namely FS101 mortar waterproof agent is doped in the cement mortar in a gathering way. The FS101 mortar waterproof agent is formed by reaction and compounding of a reinforcing component and a catalytic component, and is chemically reacted with cement hydration educts to generate gel and crystals, so that the gel compactness and the impermeability can be improved. In addition, the FS101 has the characteristic of reducing mortar shrinkage while improving mortar compactness.
In some embodiments, the waterproof layer 30 is 20-25 mm. In fig. 1, the waterproof layer 30 is 20 mm. The thickness of the waterproof layer 30 can be flexibly adjusted by constructors according to design and actual construction requirements. It is understood that the thickness of the waterproof layer 30 may be more than 25mm or less than 20 mm.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the surfaces of the first and second sealing members 40 and 60 are coated with a coating layer including a PTFE-based coating material including perfluoroalkoxy resin (PFA) and Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP) to secure sealability between the pre-buried sleeve 10 and the floor sleeve 70.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a coating is sprayed on the first sealing member 40 and the second sealing member 60, the coating having a particle radius of not more than 1000 nm. The coating can be deposited in a vacuum environment. In order to secure the adhesion between the coating and the sealing member, the roughness of the first and second sealing members 40 and 60 needs to be flexibly controlled. In some embodiments, the surface roughness of the first seal 40 and the second seal 60 is no greater than Ra 0.4.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the first sealing element according to the present invention, and the first sealing element 40 has a truncated cone structure, and the inner side surface, the outer side surface, the tapered surface and the bottom surface of the first sealing element are coated with a coating, wherein the coating thickness is 0.5-2 um. The tapered surface of the first sealing member 40 is exposed to the outside of the decorative surface layer 50, as shown in fig. 1.
In fig. 2, the taper has an acute angle, e.g., 30-60 °, with the central axis of the first seal 40, and the thickness of the taper is greater than the thickness of the other sides. In some embodiments, the cone coating thickness is 1.5 um.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the number of the second sealing members 60 is a pair, as shown in fig. 1, which is disposed at the top and bottom of the insert sleeve 10. The distance between the second sealing element 60 and the top surface of the decorative surface layer 50 is not less than 60 mm. The distance between the further second seal 60 and the inner side of the structural wall 20 is relatively small, in the general range of 10-30mm, or less.
FIG. 3 is a schematic structural view of the second sealing member of the present invention, wherein the second sealing member 60 is a circular ring structure, and the surface of the second sealing member is coated with a coating; the coating thickness of the inner and outer sides of the second seal 60 is greater than the coating thickness of the bottom and top sides thereof. In some embodiments, the coating thickness on the inner and outer sides of the second seal 60 is 2-4 um.
As another embodiment of the present invention, the length of the second seal 60 along the axis is 10mm to 30mm, which is 1/8 to 1/5 of the length of the embedment sleeve 10. In addition, the second seal 60 is slightly larger than the distance between the embedded sleeve 10 and the floor sleeve 70. Specifically, the thickness of the second sealing member 60 is 110% to 130% of the distance between the embedded bushing 10 and the floor bushing 70. Here, the thickness of the second seal 60 refers to a distance between the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the second seal 60.
To ensure a good seal, the roughness of the inner and outer side walls of the pre-buried sleeve 10 and the floor sleeve 70 needs to be controlled. The roughness of the outer side wall of the embedded sleeve 10 is not higher than Ra1.6, and the roughness of the inner side wall of the embedded sleeve 10 and the roughness of the outer side wall of the floor slab sleeve 70 are not more than Ra0.8.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the first sealing member 40 and the second sealing member 60 are made of silicon rubber, which may be other rubber materials with good sealing performance, such as fluoro-rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, etc. The pre-buried sleeve 10 may be made of a non-metallic material such as polyphenylene sulfide, polycarbonate, polyoxymethylene, etc.
The floor slab sleeve joint waterproof structure is used for waterproof treatment of floor slab sleeve joints such as kitchens and bathrooms, the novel waterproof material FS101 mortar waterproof agent is adopted, FS101 waterproof mortar is prepared according to a certain proportion, a waterproof layer 30 is directly constructed on a structural wall 20 around an embedded sleeve 10, and a film-coated waterproof layer and a waterproof protective layer are not required to be coated. When the decorative surface layer 50 is constructed, a first sealing element 40 is embedded around the embedded sleeve 10 for sealing, so that the embedded sleeve 10 and the decorative surface layer 50 are tightly bonded without gaps, and the waterproof treatment of the floor slab sleeve joint between kitchens and bathrooms can be completed.
As an embodiment of the invention, the structural wall 20 is doped with FS102 concrete waterproof compacting agent, and the volume ratio of the concrete waterproof compacting agent is 1-18%. The FS102 concrete waterproof compacting agent can improve the waterproofness of the main body structure 20 and enhance the waterproofness of the underground water pool.

Compared with the traditional waterproof structure, the invention does not need two-layer operation of a film waterproof layer and a protective layer, simplifies the construction process, shortens the construction period, reduces the labor and material construction cost, and has the advantages that the FS101 mortar waterproof layer is not easy to crack and fine cracks, and the waterproof effect is better than that of the traditional method.
Compared with the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, the waterproof structure for the floor slab sleeve joint is reasonable in structure and convenient and fast to construct, the sealing performance of the floor slab sleeve is guaranteed through the comprehensive effect of the waterproof layer, the first sealing piece and the second sealing piece, and the technical problem of water seepage at the floor slab sleeve joint is effectively solved; in addition, the construction procedures are effectively reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is controlled.
