Abstract
The invention provides a separated type strainer of a dewatering well, which comprises a main pipe and at least one branch pipe communicated with the main pipe, wherein the branch pipe is provided with a filter hole. The separated water filtering pipe of the dewatering well has the advantages of low cost and good water filtering effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of constructional engineering, in particular to a separated type water filter pipe of a dewatering well.
Background
The foundation pit engineering is a general term of construction measures such as enclosure, support, precipitation, reinforcement, excavation, backfilling and the like which are adopted for excavating earthwork at an underground structure of the engineering and ensuring the safety of the foundation pit and the surrounding environment, and comprises investigation, design, construction, detection and monitoring. Groundwater control is a measure of drainage, precipitation, water stop or recharge, etc. taken for foundation pit engineering construction and to reduce the impact on the surrounding environment. The foundation pit dewatering is a dewatering method in which well pipes are embedded inside and outside the foundation pit and mechanical equipment is used to pump water to lower the groundwater level.
In the precipitation engineering, because the aquifer is cut off, groundwater must constantly seep into the foundation pit under the action of pressure difference, if the foundation pit is not subjected to dewatering and drainage work, the foundation pit is soaked, the site construction condition is poor, the bearing capacity of the foundation is reduced, and the phenomena of quicksand, piping, slope instability and the like can be caused under the action of hydrodynamic pressure, so that effective precipitation and drainage measures must be taken to ensure the safety of foundation pit construction. At present, the construction structure is generally lowered by adopting a lowering well point mode in the prior art.
In the prior art, the filtration pores are directly arranged on the wall of the well pipe to form the filtration pipe, a nylon net is coated outside the filtration pipe to perform the functions of blocking sand and filtering water, the pore size of the filtration pores is generally 10mm-20mm, and the porosity is generally not more than 25%. Because the filter holes are directly arranged on the wall of the well pipe, the strength of the well pipe is reduced, and in order to maintain the strength of the well pipe, the well pipe with thicker pipe wall needs to be adopted, so that the cost is increased; and the size of the aperture of the filter hole cannot be too large, the strength of the filter pipe part can be reduced if the size of the aperture of the filter hole is too large, and the size of the aperture of the filter hole can only be limited, so that the water filtering effect is influenced.

Compared with the prior art, the separated water filter pipe of the dewatering well has the advantages that the main pipe is a solid pipe except the joint, the solid pipe is not provided with filter holes, the strength of the well pipe is greatly increased, the protection of the well pipe is facilitated, the service life of the well pipe is prolonged, the main pipe only plays roles of water collection, storage and space provision and water conveying and drainage for the installation of a pumping and drainage device due to the fact that the main pipe does not play a role in water filtration, the problem of a water passing section does not need to be considered, the diameter of the main pipe does not need to be considered too large, the effects can be met, and the material cost of the well pipe is saved; the main pipe and the branch pipe can be separated, and transportation is facilitated.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The following describes the implementation of the present invention in detail with reference to specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, in a first embodiment of the present invention, a separate type strainer for a dewatering well is provided, which includes a main pipe 11 and a plurality of branch pipes 12 communicated with the main pipe 11. The pipe diameter of the branch pipe 12 is smaller than that of the main pipe 11. The branch pipe 12 is provided with a filter hole 121. The filtering holes 121 are covered with a filtering net 13. The filtering holes 121 are used for obtaining underground water, and the filtering net 13 is used for fixing silt in the underground water. The filter screen 13 may be a nylon mesh.
The main pipe 11 is provided with a joint 111, and the branch pipe 12 is connected with the main pipe 1 through the joint 111. The branch pipe 12 is a flexible plastic pipe.
When the separating type water filter pipe of the dewatering well is applied, the branch pipe 12 can be firstly installed on the main pipe 12 through the joint 111, then the separating type water filter pipe of the whole dewatering well is installed in the finished dewatering well, and sand is filled in a gap between the separating type water filter pipe of the dewatering well and the dewatering well.
The main pipe 11 is not required to be provided with the water filtering function, and only is used for collecting water, storing water and providing space and water conveying and draining functions for installation of a water pumping and draining device, so that the problem of a water passing section is not required to be considered, the diameter of the main pipe 11 is not required to be considered too large, the functions can be met, and the material cost of the well pipe is saved.
As shown in fig. 2, in the second embodiment of the present invention, a separate type strainer for a dewatering well is provided, which includes a main pipe 21, a plurality of branch pipes 22 communicated with the main pipe 21, and a plurality of connecting pipes 23 connected between the main pipe 21 and the branch pipes 22. The connection tube 23 is a flexible hose. The branch pipe 22 is a hard pipe. The pipe diameter of the branch pipe 22 is smaller than that of the main pipe 21.
The branch pipe 22 is provided with a filter hole 221. The filtering holes 221 are coated with a filtering net 24. The filtering holes 221 are used for obtaining underground water, and the filtering net 24 is used for fixing silt in the underground water.
The main pipe 21 is further provided with a joint 211, one end of the connecting pipe 23 is connected with the joint 211, and the other end of the connecting pipe is connected with the branch pipe 22. Since the connection pipe 23 is a flexible hose, when the separate type strainer of the dewatering well is installed, the connection pipe 23 may be bent such that the branch pipe 22 is parallel to the main pipe 21, thereby installing the separate type strainer of the entire dewatering well in the dewatering well.
In the above embodiment, the number of the branch pipes is plural, and in practical application, there may be only one branch pipe.
In conclusion, by adopting the separated water filter pipe of the dewatering well, the main pipe is a solid pipe except the joint, the strength of the well pipe is greatly increased without arranging filter holes on the solid pipe, the well pipe is favorable for protecting the well pipe and prolonging the service life, the main pipe only plays roles of collecting water, storing water and providing space and water conveying and discharging for the installation of a pumping and drainage device because the main pipe does not play a role of filtering water, the problem of a water passing section does not need to be considered any more, the diameter of the main pipe does not need to be considered too large, the effects can be met, and the cost of well pipe materials is saved; the main pipe and the branch pipe can be separated, and transportation is facilitated.

5. The separated type strainer of a dewatering well as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filtering holes are covered with a screen.
6. The separated type strainer of a dewatering well as claimed in claim 1, wherein the strainer is a nylon mesh.
