Abstract
本申请公开了一种不透光复合纺织窗帘面料,包括面料基层,所述面料基层的一侧设置有抗菌层,所述抗菌层的一侧设置有阻燃层,所述阻燃层的一侧设置有外遮光层,所述面料基层的另一侧设置有弹性层,所述弹性层的一侧设置有内遮光层,所述内遮光层的一侧设置有耐磨层。通过面料基层一侧纳米二氧化钛纤维与镀银纤维经纬交叉编织而成的抗菌层,提高面料的抗菌性呢抑菌性,减小细菌的滋生,通过高膨松性玻璃纤维编织层,使窗帘面料的绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好,通过金属薄膜,提高面料的防辐射性能,提高面料的遮光性,通过阻燃涂料,提高面料的阻燃性能,通过十字交织分布的聚氨酯纤维和聚烯烃弹性纤维构成的弹性层,提高面料的强度。
Description
技术领域
本申请涉及一种窗帘面料,具体是一种不透光复合纺织窗帘面料。
背景技术
窗帘是由布、麻、纱、铝片、木片、金属材料等制作的,具有遮阳隔热和调节室内光线的功能,布帘按材质分有棉纱布、涤纶布、涤棉混纺、棉麻混纺、无纺布等,不同的材质、纹理、颜色、图案等综合起来就形成了不同风格的布帘,配合不同风格的室内设计窗帘。
目前现有的窗帘面料遮光性较差,在进行遮挡时,光线容易穿过窗帘,不能很好的进行遮光,且现有的窗帘面料缺少防辐射性能,从而影响面料的防辐射,此外一般的窗帘面料阻燃性较差,从而影响面料的使用以及面料寿命。因此,针对上述问题提出一种不透光复合纺织窗帘面料。
发明内容
一种不透光复合纺织窗帘面料,包括面料基层,所述面料基层的一侧设置有抗菌层,所述抗菌层的一侧设置有阻燃层,所述阻燃层的一侧设置有外遮光层,所述面料基层的另一侧设置有弹性层,所述弹性层的一侧设置有内遮光层,所述内遮光层的一侧设置有耐磨层。
进一步地,所述抗菌层为纳米二氧化钛纤维与镀银纤维经纬交叉编织而成。
进一步地,所述阻燃层为高膨松性玻璃纤维编织层,所述高膨松性玻璃纤维编织层的内部设置有金属薄膜,所述金属薄膜的两侧涂覆有阻燃涂料。
进一步地,所述内遮光层的内部设置有第一遮光片和第二遮光片,所述第一遮光片与第二遮光片均为弧形半圆片,所述第一遮光片与第二遮光片之间相互交错贴合。
进一步地,所述弹性层为十字交织分布的聚氨酯纤维和聚烯烃弹性纤维。
进一步地,所述耐磨层有苎麻纤维和棉纤维混纺而成,所述外遮光层为聚乙烯纤维和腈纶纤维相互经编而成。
本申请的有益效果是:本申请提供了一种不透光且兼具防辐射、抗菌和阻燃效果好的复合纺织窗帘面料。

所述抗菌层2为纳米二氧化钛纤维与镀银纤维经纬交叉编织而成,结构更加合理,便于连接;所述阻燃层3为高膨松性玻璃纤维编织层301,所述高膨松性玻璃纤维编织层301的内部设置有金属薄膜302,所述金属薄膜302的两侧涂覆有阻燃涂料303,结构更加合理,便于连接;所述内遮光层6的内部设置有第一遮光片601和第二遮光片602,所述第一遮光片601与第二遮光片602均为弧形半圆片,所述第一遮光片601与第二遮光片602之间相互交错贴合,结构更加合理,便于连接;所述弹性层5为十字交织分布的聚氨酯纤维和聚烯烃弹性纤维,结构更加合理,便于连接;所述耐磨层7有苎麻纤维和棉纤维混纺而成,所述外遮光层4为聚乙烯纤维和腈纶纤维相互经编而成,结构更加合理,便于连接。
本申请在使用时,通过面料基层1一侧纳米二氧化钛纤维与镀银纤维经纬交叉编织而成的抗菌层2,提高面料的抗菌性呢抑菌性,减小细菌的滋生,通过高膨松性玻璃纤维编织层301,使窗帘面料的绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好,通过金属薄膜302,提高面料的防辐射性能,提高面料的遮光性,通过阻燃涂料303,提高面料的阻燃性能,通过十字交织分布的聚氨酯纤维和聚烯烃弹性纤维构成的弹性层5,提高面料的强度和耐折能力,恢复性好,通过内遮光层6内部的相互交错贴合的第一遮光片601和第二遮光片602,从而增强面料的遮光性和阻燃性,隔热效果好,通过聚乙烯纤维和腈纶纤维相互经编而成的外遮光层4,提高抗紫外线的能力,耐日光性和耐气候性好。
本申请的有益之处在于:
1.本申请结构合理,通过面料基层一侧纳米二氧化钛纤维与镀银纤维经纬交叉编织而成的抗菌层,提高面料的抗菌性呢抑菌性,减小细菌的滋生,通过高膨松性玻璃纤维编织层,使窗帘面料的绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好,通过金属薄膜,提高面料的防辐射性能,提高面料的遮光性;
2.本申请结构合理,通过阻燃涂料,提高面料的阻燃性能,通过十字交织分布的聚氨酯纤维和聚烯烃弹性纤维构成的弹性层,提高面料的强度和耐折能力,恢复性好,通过内遮光层内部的相互交错贴合的第一遮光片和第二遮光片,从而增强面料的遮光性和阻燃性,隔热效果好,通过聚乙烯纤维和腈纶纤维相互经编而成的外遮光层,提高抗紫外线的能力,耐日光性和耐气候性好。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不透光复合纺织窗帘面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(2)为纳米二氧化钛纤维与镀银纤维经纬交叉编织而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种不透光复合纺织窗帘面料,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(3)为高膨松性玻璃纤维编织层(301),所述高膨松性玻璃纤维编织层(301)的内部设置有金属薄膜(302),所述金属薄膜(302)的两侧涂覆有阻燃涂料(303)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种不透光复合纺织窗帘面料,其特征在于:所述内遮光层(6)的内部设置有第一遮光片(601)和第二遮光片(602),所述第一遮光片(601)与第二遮光片(602)均为弧形半圆片,所述第一遮光片(601)与第二遮光片(602)之间相互交错贴合。
