Description

Traditional Chinese medicine formula for increasing white blood cells and improving immunity, decocting method and eating method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine formula for increasing leucocytes and improving immunity, a decocting method and an eating method.
Background
Cancer is one of the main diseases threatening human life, and the treatment of cancer still mainly comprises surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy at present. The obvious side effect of the chemotherapy and the radiation therapy which are used as main treatment means is that the hematopoietic function of bone marrow is inhibited, so that leucopenia is caused, the treatment process and the treatment effect of a patient are influenced, the disease resistance of the patient is reduced, and the patient is easy to be infected with a series of complications such as other diseases. The serious reduction of leucocytes in the chemotherapy causes alopecia, difficult diet, weak body and serious influence on resistance, which is the defect of the modern medicine in treating the cancer.
Clinically, the white blood cell count in the peripheral hemogram is lower than 4000/mm2The normal proportion of neutrophils is called leukopenia. According to clinical preliminary statistics, the leucopenia caused by radiotherapy is about 5% (the irradiation dose is a conventional dose), while the leucopenia caused by chemotherapy has larger variation, and the leucopenia rate is about 40-70% (calculated according to a treatment course). In order to effectively reduce the incidence rate of the disease and prevent the disease, some medicines for increasing the white blood cells are usually taken while chemotherapy and radiotherapy, at present, western medicines are generally adopted, and although the western medicines have a certain treatment effect, the western medicines generally have the defects of certain side effect, high treatment cost and slow effect, so the using effect is not ideal. Therefore, how to screen the drugs which can effectively increase the leucocytes and improve the immunity from the traditional Chinese medicines is a critical urgency in the clinical application at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above disadvantages, the present invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine formula, decoction and eating method for increasing leukocytes and enhancing immunity, which can significantly increase leukocytes and platelets, enhance immunity, improve the symptoms of leukocyte and platelet depletion caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy, have no side effects, and promote the growth of various immune cells in a healthy direction.

As a further improvement of the invention, the mother medicine is ginsenoside.
The decocting method based on the traditional Chinese medicine formula is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials according to a ratio, and packaging into a tea bag;
(2) putting 10-20 tea bags into a tile pot, adding purified water and 15-25g ginger slices, and adding 400-600ml of purified water into every 60-120g of tea bags;
(3) boiling with strong fire, and decocting with slow fire for 10-20 min;
(4) adding 80-120g cleaned rabbit meat, boiling with strong fire, and cooking with slow fire.
The eating method of the traditional Chinese medicine obtained by the decoction method is characterized in that the traditional Chinese medicine is taken once in the morning and at night and is eaten 0.5 to 1.5 hours after meal.
As a further improvement of the invention, after the first soup is drunk in the morning and the rabbit meat is eaten, the remaining tea bag is added with 1200 and 1500ml of water and is returned to the pot for the second time to be drunk as the tea water of the same day.

Specifically, the ginsenoside has the following effects:
(1) ginsenoside Rh2 in ginsenoside has the function of promoting the generation of leucocyte, and specifically stimulates macrophage in hematopoietic induction microenvironment through a direct or indirect way, so that the synthesis and secretion of hematopoietic regulatory factors are promoted from the level of protein and the level of gene transcription, and the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic progenitor cells of various lines are further promoted, thereby being one of ways of regulating the generation of leucocyte by ginsenoside. Therefore, the ginsenoside can rapidly improve the white blood cells and reduce the pain of patients.
(2) Has the function of improving the immunity of the organism;
(3) can effectively regulate the functions of the nervous system of the human body and has the effect of soothing the nerves;
(4) can effectively protect the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular vessels and improve the cardiac function;
(5) has antitumor effect, and can improve immunity, regulate body functions, and resist cancer cells.
(6) Has antifatigue effect;
(7) can regulate arrhythmia, promote salivation, tranquilize mind, regulate arrhythmia, and protect heart function.
The traditional Chinese medicine prepared by mixing the components according to the proportion has the following effects: promoting appetite, removing toxic substances, promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, softening and resolving hard mass, enhancing immunity, remarkably improving symptoms caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy such as leucocyte and platelet deficiency, physical ability decline, sore throat, oral ulcer, constipation, poor sleep and hair loss, and promoting growth of various immunocytes to a healthy direction. Particularly, in the chemotherapy treatment process of patients, the number of the white blood cells of the patients can be restored to a normal value by taking the formula without injecting a white blood-raising needle to increase the number of the white blood cells, and the formula is mainly suitable for the patients with the white blood cells lower than the normal value.
The specific treatment mechanism is as follows: deficiency of the essence (i.e., spleen and kidney deficiency) is the root cause of leukopenia, "spleen is the acquired essence", the source of qi and blood generation and transformation, the five zang-organs and six fu-organs rely on nourishing, and if spleen deficiency and qi and blood are not generated, blood deficiency is caused; the kidney is the congenital origin, which is mainly the bone to produce marrow and is stored by the essence of the five zang-organs and six fu-organs, and the marrow sea is not filled if the kidney qi is insufficient, and the generation of qi and blood is also affected when the essence and blood are homologous. The dysfunction of spleen in transporting and transforming food essence can lead to kidney qi deficiency; on the contrary, kidney yang deficiency can not warm spleen yang, and both affect each other, resulting in spleen-kidney deficiency and insufficiency of nutrient-defensive qi and blood. In addition, invasion by toxic heat and blood stasis are also important causes of the disease. The pathogenic heat-toxicity (radiotherapy and chemotherapy) invades the body and the nutrient-yin is robbed. Most patients are manifested as deficiency of both qi and yin, while a few are accompanied by blood heat; according to the traditional understanding of 'blood stasis is needed after long-term illness' in traditional Chinese medicine, patients with leucopenia are not cured for a long time, and clinical symptoms of blood stasis appear in the past. In conclusion, the etiology is not limited to internal injury and external infection, and the pathogenesis is not limited to congenital and acquired two factors. The innate key is the kidneys and the acquired key is the spleen.
Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine is prepared by combining radix angelicae, fingered citron, sea buckthorn, radix puerariae, fructus amomi, rhizoma polygonati and liquorice in a special proportion, and is used for conditioning and treating spleen-kidney deficiency and blood stasis; meanwhile, the generation of leucocytes is promoted by the ginsenoside, particularly the ginsenoside rh2, which is used as a mother medicine, so that the problems of bone marrow suppression and leucocyte reduction caused by side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy are solved, and no side effect is caused.
Example four:
the embodiment provides a decocting method based on any one of the first to third embodiments of the traditional Chinese medicine formula, which comprises the following steps:
