The invention is designed based on the particularity of the lung and respiratory tract structure of human body, the lung and respiratory tract are regarded as special organs relatively open to the outside, and most viruses are sensitive to iodine. The liquid iodine-containing liquid (preferably iodophor) is atomized, inhaled through mouth and nose, and then sequentially passes through throat and trachea and enters human lung to achieve the purpose of inhibiting or killing virus in alveoli and respiratory tract. The invention is also suitable for the daily virus defense of healthy people.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention belongs to the field of medical treatment, and is especially the method of atomizing iodine-containing disinfectant for preventing and treating viral respiratory tract diseases, which may be used widely in preventing and treating viral pneumonia, influenza, cold, etc. and is especially significant in preventing and treating coronavirus infection in respiratory system.
Background
It is well known that there are two main types of microorganisms causing pneumonia, one is bacteria and one is virus. Antibiotics are mainly used for treating bacterial pneumonia, and the technology is relatively mature. However, for viral pneumonia, the restraint is still inexpedient all over the world due to the particularity of the virus structure.
2019A German scientist published in infectious diseases treatise indicates that iodophor can be used for resisting infectious diseases, and the iodophor mouthwash can remarkably reduce the virus load of oral cavity and oropharynx and effectively resist the infection of SARS and MERS, two kinds of coronavirus. Infectious Disease Management and Control with Povidone Iodine.
Therefore, the iodophor liquid or the iodine tincture can effectively kill viruses and can be used as a proper substitute for alcohol, and the iodophor has the great advantage of not burning and exploding compared with the alcohol. The powerful antiviral ability of iodophor was studied as early as 1997 by doctors in the general hospital of Shengangyue love, Japan, and the related results are reported in the journal of dermatology in "the inactivation of human viruses by povidone-iodine and its comparison with other disinfectants", and the results of the study show that: the iodophor can effectively kill enveloped viruses (coronavirus is enveloped virus) and non-enveloped viruses, and common viruses such as influenza, adenovirus, measles, HIV, poliomyelitis (types 1 and 3), coxsackie virus, herpes simplex, rubella and the like are tested experimentally. Scientists have found iodine to be an effective method of controlling infection. Doctor David Derry wrote when reviewing the development history of iodine: "Burnet and Stone in 1945 found that the application of iodine to the nose of mice prevented the mice from being infected with live influenza virus in fog. They suggested that the iodine soaked mask could be worn to prevent viral transmission. They also advise health care workers to examine and treat highly infected patients in the room where the iodine aerosol is administered. "
His cited study was published in Australian Journal of Experimental Biology and Medical sciences at 9.1945 (Australian Journal of Experimental Biology and Medical Science).
As is known, viruses are microorganisms which are wrapped by protein shells and can replicate genetic materials, and after entering a human body, common oral medicines or injection medicines are difficult to kill, or medicines capable of killing the viruses inevitably have strong stimulation and even toxic action on the human body, and often cause serious damage to human body cells, so the viruses can be disinfected and killed only in the condition outside the human body. However, considering the particularity of the lung structure of the human body, the lung of the human body can be regarded as a special organ relatively open to the outside, that is, the lung organ of the human body is an organ which is open to exchange with the outside air at any time. Meanwhile, based on the sensitivity of most viruses to iodophors or iodine, when atomized iodophors or iodine is inhaled into the lungs of a human body, the iodophors or iodine can directly contact the viruses, or although the viruses invade cells of the lungs, the iodophors or iodine can infiltrate the cells of the lungs first so as to contact the viruses in a high concentration and kill the viruses.
Disclosure of Invention
The liquid iodophor or iodine tincture is put into the atomizer, the atomizer is started to atomize the iodophor or iodine tincture liquid into fog-like iodophor or iodine tincture, and then the fog-like iodophor or iodine tincture is inhaled into the human lung through the mouth and the nose to enable the iodophor or iodine tincture to be directly contacted with viruses in the alveoli, so that the aim of inhibiting or killing the viruses from the oral pharynx to the alveoli of the lung lobes is fulfilled.
The specific technical scheme includes that liquid iodophor or iodine tincture with proper concentration is placed into an atomizer, the atomizer is started to atomize the iodophor or iodine tincture liquid into mist iodophor or iodine tincture, the mist iodophor or iodine tincture is inhaled through the mouth and the nose, and then the mist iodophor or iodine tincture is inhaled through the throat and the trachea and enters the lungs of a human body to achieve the purpose of inhibiting or killing viruses in alveoli and respiratory tracts. The atomizer comprises an ultrasonic atomizer, a heating atomizer and a sprayer. The invention is also suitable for the daily virus defense of healthy people, namely, in the healthy people, a certain amount of atomized iodophor or iodine tincture is inhaled every day under the condition of not determining whether the virus is infected, and the lung is disinfected, toxic and sterile, and is nontoxic and suspicious. The amount of the iodophor or iodine tincture taken by atomization and disinfection is very small, and the atomization and disinfection solution has no obvious stimulation and discomfort to the body. In fact, iodine is an essential element for human body, and many local people often lack iodine and need to be supplemented with iodine, so that a certain amount of iodine is inhaled with little influence on the body. It should be noted that with the present invention, the use of drugs that are contraindicated with iodophors or iodine should be avoided, especially when iodine is used, to prevent the disulfiram reaction.
The technical scheme has the advantages that medicines with low irritation and toxic and side effects are used for killing viruses in vitro similarly and in a targeted therapy design. Iodophors or iodine tincture are very slightly irritating to the human body and are diluted by blood after entering the human body, so that the iodophors or iodine tincture can be regarded as a method with the lowest toxicity and the most remarkable curative effect. The design is actually measured, and the iodophor or the iodine tincture is atomized and then inhaled into the lung through the mouth and the nose without obvious stimulation and discomfort. The iodophor solution nebulization protocol is preferred in the present invention because iodophors are less irritating than iodine, and are more well recognized for safety as they are routinely used medically for mucosal disinfection, and even for intestinal anastomosis disinfection in intestinal surgery.
