Abstract
本申请实施例提供了一种数据传输的方法、终端设备和网络设备,能够在信道检测带宽与***的载波带宽或数据传输带宽不一致的情况下,进行上行数据传输,提高了免授权频谱的频谱资源利用效率。该方法包括:终端设备接收网络设备发送的调度信息,该调度信息用于调度该终端设备通过第一载波上的第一时频资源传输第一传输块,该第一传输块为一个物理信道承载的传输块;该终端设备对该第一传输块进行速率匹配,得到第一数据;该终端设备确定上行传输方式,该上行传输方式包括第一传输方式和第二传输方式,其中,该第一传输方式为通过该第一时频资源在频域上占用的全部或部分资源发送该第一数据,该第二传输方式为通过该第一时频资源在频域上占用的全部资源发送该第一数据,且不通过该第一时频资源在频域上占用的部分资源发送该第一数据;该终端设备对该第一载波进行信道检测,并根据检测结果和该上行传输方式通过该第一时频资源向该网络设备发送该第一数据。
