The positions and the number of the second weighing component and the second image acquisition component are similar to those of the previous description, and are not described in detail herein.
In an optional embodiment, in the case that the target attribute includes a weight and a volume, acquiring the target attribute of the articles carried in the target carrier as the third attribute value at a second time after the first time includes: weighing the articles borne in the target carrier through a weighing device arranged at the bottom of the target box body at a second moment, and acquiring the weight of the articles borne in the target carrier as a third weight value; and shooting the articles borne in the target carrier through an image acquisition component (a second image acquisition component) arranged on the first side surface of the target box body to obtain a third volume value.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the articles borne in the target carrier are weighed by the weighing device arranged at the bottom of the target box body, the articles borne in the target carrier are shot by the image acquisition component arranged on the first side surface of the target box body, the volume of the articles borne in the target carrier is obtained, the weight and the volume of the articles borne in the target carrier can be accurately determined, and the accuracy of alarming is improved.
It should be noted that the target carrier in the target box may be at least one carrier. When the target carrier is one carrier, the attribute values of the target attributes of the articles carried in the target carrier are as follows: an attribute value of a target attribute of an item already carried in the one carrier. When the target carrier is a plurality of carriers, the attribute values of the target attributes of the articles carried in the target carrier are as follows: sum of attribute values of target attributes of the articles already carried in each carrier.
It should be noted that the attribute value of the target attribute detected by the second detection component provided in the target box may include an attribute value of a target attribute of the target vehicle and an attribute value of a target attribute of an article (e.g., a second article) already carried in the target vehicle. The attribute value of the target attribute detected by the second detecting means may be set as the attribute value of the target attribute of the article already carried in the target carrier, or the attribute value of the target attribute of the target carrier may be set as the attribute value of the target attribute of the article already carried in the target carrier excluding the attribute value of the target attribute of the target carrier detected by the second detecting means.
For example, there is a carrier in the target box and the target attribute is weight. The weighing result of the second weighing component in the target box body can be used as the attribute value of the target attribute of the object carried in the target carrier, and the weighing result of the second weighing component in the target box body can be used as the attribute value of the target attribute of the object carried in the target carrier after the weight of the carrier is removed.
For another example, there are two carriers in the target box, and the target attribute is weight. The weighing result of the second weighing component in the target box body can be used as the attribute value of the target attribute of the object carried in the target carrier, and the weighing result of the second weighing component in the target box body can be used as the attribute value of the target attribute of the object carried in the target carrier by removing the weight of the two carriers.
The processing equipment of the dispensing cabinet may acquire (and store) the number of carriers in the target box and the weight of each carrier in order to determine an attribute value of a target attribute of the items already carried in the target carrier.
In step S108, when the difference between the third attribute value and the first target attribute value is greater than the preset threshold, an alarm is issued, where the first target attribute value is the sum of the first attribute value and the second attribute value.
After the third attribute value is obtained, whether the first item is correctly placed in the target carrier may be determined according to a relationship between the third attribute value and the second attribute value as well as the first attribute value.
In an optional embodiment, before issuing the alarm, in a case where the target attribute includes a weight, it is detected that a difference between a third weight value and the target weight value is greater than or equal to a preset weight threshold, where the third attribute value includes the third weight value, the first attribute value includes a first weight value, the second attribute value includes a second weight value, the first target attribute value includes the target weight value, and the target weight value is a sum of the first weight value and the second weight value.
Through the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, when the difference between the weight change of the target box body and the weight of the first article is detected to be larger than or equal to the preset weight threshold (the preset weight threshold is used for avoiding false alarm caused by weighing error of the weighing component), the first article can be determined not to be correctly put into the target carrier, alarm is triggered, and the alarm accuracy is improved.
In an optional embodiment, before issuing the alarm, in a case that the target attribute includes a volume, it is detected that a difference between a third volume value and the target volume value is greater than or equal to a preset volume threshold, where the third attribute value includes the third volume value, the first attribute value includes a first volume value, the second attribute value includes a second volume value, the first target attribute value includes the target volume value, and the target volume value is a sum of the first volume value and the second volume value.
Through the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, when the difference between the volume change of the target box body and the volume of the first article is detected to be larger than the preset volume threshold (the preset volume threshold is used for avoiding false alarm caused by inaccurate calculated volume), the first article can be determined not to be correctly put into the target carrier, so that alarm is triggered, and the alarm accuracy is improved.
In an optional embodiment, before issuing the alarm, in a case that the target attribute includes a weight and a volume, it is detected that a difference between a third weight value and the target weight value is smaller than a preset weight threshold, and a difference between the third volume value and the target volume value is greater than or equal to a preset volume threshold, where the third attribute value includes the third weight value and the third volume value, the first attribute value includes a first weight value and a first volume value, the second attribute value includes a second weight value and a second volume value, the first target attribute value includes the target weight value and the target volume value, the target weight value is a sum of the first weight value and the second weight value, and the target volume value is a sum of the first volume value and the second volume value.
Through the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, when the difference between the weight change of the target box body and the weight of the first article is detected to be smaller than the preset weight threshold value, and the difference between the volume change of the target box body and the volume of the first article is detected to be larger than or equal to the preset volume threshold value, the first article can be determined not to be correctly placed in the target carrier, so that the alarm is triggered, and the alarm accuracy is improved.
In order to improve the distribution efficiency and reduce the operation of putting in the objects, the delivery personnel can control the target box body to be unlocked when putting in the first object, and after all the objects at the delivery address are put in, the express personnel can close the box body door of the target box body and lock the box body door, or the delivery cabinet body can control the target box body to be closed and locked the box body door.
In an optional embodiment, after the target attribute of the article carried in the target carrier is obtained as a third attribute value at a second time after the first time, and under the condition that a difference value between the third attribute value and the first target attribute value is smaller than a preset threshold value, the target attribute of a third article is determined as a fourth attribute value at the third time, wherein the third article is the article to be placed in the target carrier, and a delivery address of the third article is the same as a delivery address of the first article; acquiring a fifth attribute value of the target attribute of the article carried in the target carrier at a fourth time after the third time; and sending an alarm under the condition that the difference value between the fifth attribute value and a second target attribute value is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, wherein the second target attribute value is the sum of a third attribute value and a fourth attribute value.
The manner of determining the fourth attribute value is similar to the manner of identifying the first attribute value, and the manner of obtaining the fifth attribute value is similar to the manner of obtaining the third attribute value, which is not described herein again. The determination manner of the fourth time may be the same as or different from the determination manner of the second time, and may be specifically set as required.
Through the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, after the first article is correctly placed in the target carrier, whether other articles with the same delivery addresses as the first article are correctly placed is continuously determined, and the target box body does not need to be locked, so that the operation of placing a plurality of articles in the target carrier can be simplified, and the article placing efficiency is improved.
The alarm may be provided in a variety of ways, such as by the dispensing cabinet itself, or by sending an alarm to other equipment, such as by the dispensing cabinet.
As an alternative, the alarm may be given by the dispensing cabinet itself. For example, an alarm sound is emitted through the distribution cabinet, or alarm words are displayed on the display screen of the distribution cabinet (for example, flashing words, scrolling words or a combination thereof, the color of the displayed words may be red), or the color of the display screen is changed while the alarm words are displayed on the display screen of the distribution cabinet).
As another alternative, an alarm may be sent to the server through the distribution cabinet. For example, an alarm message may be sent to the server through the distribution cabinet, wherein the alarm message is used for indicating that the target box has an abnormal article storage.
The warning message can also carry identification information (express numbers, photos and the like) of distribution personnel of the first article, and can also carry image information, wherein the image information comprises images shot by a camera on the distribution cabinet body within a time period from the first moment to the second moment.
In an alternative embodiment, issuing the alert includes at least one of: sending out an alarm sound through the distribution cabinet body; and sending an alarm message to a server through the distribution cabinet body, wherein the alarm message is used for indicating that the target box body has abnormal article storage.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the distribution cabinet body sends an alarm and/or sends an alarm to the server, so that the timeliness of alarm processing can be ensured (for example, the distribution cabinet body sends an alarm to quickly remind a distributor that a first article is not correctly stored, so that the problem of article storage abnormity caused by misoperation of the distributor can be quickly solved), and the processing rate of article storage abnormity can be quickly solved (for example, the distribution cabinet body sends an alarm to the server, so that the article storage abnormity can be processed, and the loss of a receiving party is reduced).
The following describes the alarm method for the distribution cabinet with reference to a specific example.
The delivery person puts the first article into the identification area (which may be located at the middle position of the delivery cabinet) in the delivery cabinet shown in fig. 2 at 13:10 (first time), and scans the order information of the first article by the scanning component located above the identification area to obtain the delivery address and the order number (and the delivery person information) of the first article. The weight of the first item was identified as 0.5kg by a load cell located below the identification area. And determining that the number 3 box (the 3 rd box in the first row) needs to be reached according to the distribution address. The weight of the articles carried in the carriers in the box was 2 kg. And controlling the No. 3 box to be unlocked (since the unlocking time is basically the same as the first moment, the unlocking time can be considered to be 13: 10). At 13:10:20 (at the second moment, the preset time is 20s), the weight of the articles borne in the carrier of the No. 3 box is obtained to be 2.2kg, the difference value between the weight of the articles and the weight of the articles borne in the carrier of the No. 3 box is 0.3kg and is greater than 0.05kg (the preset weight threshold value is 50kg), an alarm sound is sent out through the distribution cabinet, an alarm message is sent to the server to indicate that the No. 3 box has article storage abnormality, and the alarm message can also carry an order number, distribution personnel information and the like.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
In this embodiment, a warning device for a distribution cabinet is further provided, and the device is used for implementing the above embodiments and preferred embodiments, which have already been described and are not described again. As used below, the term "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram of an alarm device of a distribution cabinet according to an embodiment of the present invention, the alarm device of the distribution cabinet may be disposed in a configuration cabinet, the distribution cabinet is provided with at least two boxes, each of the at least two boxes corresponds to a distribution address, each of the at least two boxes includes at least one vehicle, and as shown in fig. 3, the device includes:
(1) the first determining module 32 is configured to determine, at a first time, that a target attribute of a first article is a first attribute value, where the first article is an article in a target carrier in a target box to be placed in a distribution cabinet, the target box is a box corresponding to a distribution address of the first article, and a target attribute of a second article already carried in the target carrier is a second attribute value;
(2) a control module 34 for controlling the target container to unlock to allow the first item to be placed into the target carrier;
(3) a first obtaining module 36, configured to obtain, at a second time after the first time, that the target attribute of the article carried in the target carrier is a third attribute value;
(4) and a first warning module 38, configured to issue a warning when a difference between the third attribute value and the first target attribute value is greater than or equal to a preset threshold, where the first target attribute value is a sum of the first attribute value and the second attribute value.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: the first detection module is configured to detect that a difference between a third weight value and a target weight value is greater than or equal to a preset weight threshold value under the condition that the target attribute includes a weight before an alarm is issued, where the third attribute value includes the third weight value, the first attribute value includes a first weight value, the second attribute value includes a second weight value, the first target attribute value includes the target weight value, and the target weight value is a sum of the first weight value and the second weight value.
In an alternative embodiment, the first obtaining module 36 includes: and the obtaining unit is used for weighing the articles borne in the target carrier through a weighing device arranged at the bottom of the target box body at the second moment, and obtaining the weight of the articles borne in the target carrier as a third weight value.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: the second detection module is configured to detect that a difference between a third volume value and a target volume value is greater than or equal to a preset volume threshold value under the condition that the target attribute includes a volume before the alarm is issued, where the third attribute includes the third volume value, the first attribute includes a first volume value, the second attribute includes a second volume value, the first target attribute includes the target volume value, and the target volume value is a sum of the first volume value and the second volume value.
In an alternative embodiment, the first obtaining module 36 includes: and the shooting unit is used for shooting the articles borne in the target carrier through the image acquisition part arranged on the first side surface of the target box body at the second moment to obtain a third volume value, wherein the second side surface, corresponding to the first side surface, of the target carrier is hollow, or the material of the second side surface is a transparent material.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: a third detecting module, configured to detect that a difference between a third weight value and a target weight value is smaller than a preset weight threshold and a difference between the third volume value and a target volume value is greater than or equal to a preset volume threshold before an alarm is issued, where the third attribute value includes the third weight value and the third volume value, the first attribute value includes the first weight value and the first volume value, the second attribute value includes the second weight value and the second volume value, the first target attribute value includes the target weight value and the target volume value, the target weight value is a sum of the first weight value and the second weight value, and the target volume value is a sum of the first volume value and the second volume value.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
(1) the second determining module is used for determining that the target attribute of a third article is a fourth attribute value at a third moment after the target attribute of the article carried in the target carrier is obtained as a third attribute value at a second moment after the first moment and under the condition that the difference value between the third attribute value and the first target attribute value is smaller than a preset threshold value, wherein the third article is the article to be placed in the target carrier, and the delivery address of the third article is the same as the delivery address of the first article;
(2) the second obtaining module is used for obtaining a fifth attribute value of the target attribute of the article carried in the target carrier at a fourth moment after the third moment;
(3) and the second alarm module is used for sending an alarm under the condition that the difference value between the fifth attribute value and the second target attribute value is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, wherein the second target attribute value is the sum of the third attribute value and the fourth attribute value.
In an alternative embodiment, the first alert module 38 includes at least one of:
(1) the alarm unit is used for sending out alarm sound through the distribution cabinet body;
(2) and the sending unit is used for sending an alarm message to the server through the distribution cabinet body, wherein the alarm message is used for indicating that the object storage abnormality exists in the target box body.
It should be noted that, the above modules may be implemented by software or hardware, and for the latter, the following may be implemented, but not limited to: the modules are all positioned in the same processor; alternatively, the modules are respectively located in different processors in any combination.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.
Optionally, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
Optionally, the specific examples in this embodiment may refer to the examples described in the above embodiments and optional implementation manners, and this embodiment is not described herein again.
Optionally, the dispensing cabinet in the embodiment of the present invention may also be used as a locker in new retail sales to store articles to be sold. Under this scenario, the staff may deposit the items to be sold into the boxes of the above-described distribution cabinets, wherein different types of items may be deposited into the same or different boxes. After receiving a selling instruction (the selling instruction may be triggered by a purchaser through an online shopping platform or triggered by an interactive device (e.g., a touch screen provided on the dispensing cabinet), the dispensing cabinet may instruct a mechanical arm provided in the dispensing cabinet to take the articles of the quantity and type indicated by the selling instruction from the box, and place the taken articles in a carrier, so as to wait for a dispensing robot to load the carrier and dispense the articles in the carrier. In this embodiment, it is necessary to record the types and the number of the articles stored in the respective cases in advance, and update the record information in real time according to the selling operation. The embodiment can realize the functions of online ordering and automatic distribution which cannot be realized by the conventional automatic sales counter.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (16)

1. A method of alerting a dispensing cabinet, wherein the dispensing cabinet is provided with at least two boxes, each of the at least two boxes corresponding to a dispensing address, each of the at least two boxes including at least one vehicle, the method comprising:
determining a target attribute of a first article as a first attribute value at a first moment, wherein the first article is an article to be put into a target carrier in a target box in the distribution cabinet, the target box is a box corresponding to a distribution address of the first article, and the target attribute of a second article carried in the target carrier is a second attribute value;
controlling the target box to unlock to allow the first item to be placed into the target carrier;
acquiring a third attribute value of the target attribute of the articles carried in the target carrier at a second moment after the first moment;
and sending an alarm when the difference value between the third attribute value and a first target attribute value is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, wherein the first target attribute value is the sum of the first attribute value and the second attribute value.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to issuing the alert, the method further comprises:
in a case that the target attribute includes a weight, detecting that a difference between a third weight value and a target weight value is greater than or equal to a preset weight threshold, wherein the third attribute value includes the third weight value, the first attribute value includes a first weight value, the second attribute value includes a second weight value, the first target attribute value includes the target weight value, and the target weight value is a sum of the first weight value and the second weight value.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein obtaining the third attribute value as the target attribute of the articles carried in the target carrier at the second time after the first time comprises:
and weighing the articles borne in the target carrier through a weighing device arranged at the bottom of the target box body at the second moment, and acquiring the weight of the articles borne in the target carrier as the third weight value.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to issuing the alert, the method further comprises:
detecting that a difference between a third volume value and a target volume value is greater than or equal to a preset volume threshold value when the target attribute comprises a volume, wherein the third attribute value comprises the third volume value, the first attribute value comprises a first volume value, the second attribute value comprises a second volume value, the first target attribute value comprises the target volume value, and the target volume value is a sum of the first volume value and the second volume value.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein obtaining the third attribute value as the target attribute of the articles carried in the target carrier at the second time after the first time comprises:
and shooting the articles borne in the target carrier through an image acquisition part arranged on the first side surface of the target box body at the second moment to obtain the third volume value, wherein the second side surface of the target carrier corresponding to the first side surface is hollow, or the second side surface is made of a transparent material.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to issuing the alert, the method further comprises:
in a case that the target attribute includes a weight and a volume, it is detected that a difference between a third weight value and a target weight value is smaller than a preset weight threshold, and a difference between a third volume value and a target volume value is greater than or equal to a preset volume threshold, wherein the third attribute value includes the third weight value and the third volume value, the first attribute value includes a first weight value and a first volume value, the second attribute value includes a second weight value and a second volume value, the first target attribute value includes the target weight value and the target volume value, the target weight value is a sum of the first weight value and the second weight value, and the target volume value is a sum of the first volume value and the second volume value.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after acquiring the third attribute value as the target attribute of the item carried in the target carrier at the second time after the first time, the method further comprises:
determining that the target attribute of a third article is a fourth attribute value at a third moment under the condition that the difference value between the third attribute value and the first target attribute value is smaller than the preset threshold value, wherein the third article is an article to be placed in the target carrier, and the delivery address of the third article is the same as the delivery address of the first article;
acquiring a fifth attribute value of the target attribute of the articles carried in the target carrier at a fourth time after the third time;
and sending an alarm when the difference value between the fifth attribute value and a second target attribute value is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, wherein the second target attribute value is the sum of the third attribute value and the fourth attribute value.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein issuing an alert comprises at least one of:
sending out an alarm sound through the distribution cabinet body;
and sending an alarm message to a server through the distribution cabinet body, wherein the alarm message is used for indicating that the target box body has abnormal article storage.
9. A warning device for a dispensing cabinet, wherein the dispensing cabinet is provided with at least two boxes, each of the at least two boxes corresponding to a dispensing address, each of the at least two boxes including at least one carrier, the device comprising:
the first determining module is used for determining that a target attribute of a first article is a first attribute value at a first moment, wherein the first article is an article to be put into a target carrier in a target box body in the distribution cabinet body, the target box body is a box body corresponding to a distribution address of the first article, and the target attribute of a second article carried in the target carrier is a second attribute value;
the control module is used for controlling the target box body to be unlocked so as to allow the first object to be placed into the target carrier;
a first obtaining module, configured to obtain, at a second time after the first time, that the target attribute of an article carried in the target carrier is a third attribute value;
and the first alarm module is used for sending an alarm under the condition that the difference value between the third attribute value and a first target attribute value is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, wherein the first target attribute value is the sum of the first attribute value and the second attribute value.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
the device comprises a first detection module and a second detection module, wherein the first detection module is used for detecting that a difference value between a third weight value and a target weight value is greater than or equal to a preset weight threshold value under the condition that the target attribute comprises weight before an alarm is given out, the third attribute value comprises the third weight value, the first attribute value comprises a first weight value, the second attribute value comprises a second weight value, the first target attribute value comprises the target weight value, and the target weight value is the sum of the first weight value and the second weight value.
11. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
a second detecting module, configured to detect that a difference between a third volume value and a target volume value is greater than or equal to a preset volume threshold under the condition that the target attribute includes a volume before an alarm is issued, where the third attribute includes the third volume value, the first attribute includes a first volume value, the second attribute includes a second volume value, the first target attribute includes the target volume value, and the target volume value is a sum of the first volume value and the second volume value.
12. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
a third detecting module, configured to detect that a difference between a third weight value and a target weight value is smaller than a preset weight threshold and a difference between the third volume value and a target volume value is greater than or equal to a preset volume threshold before an alarm is issued, where the third attribute value includes the third weight value and the third volume value, the first attribute value includes a first weight value and a first volume value, the second attribute value includes a second weight value and a second volume value, the first target attribute value includes the target weight value and the target volume value, the target weight value is a sum of the first weight value and the second weight value, and the target volume value is a sum of the first volume value and the second volume value.
13. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
a second determining module, configured to, after obtaining that the target attribute of an article that is already carried in the target carrier is the third attribute value at the second time after the first time, determine that the target attribute of a third article is a fourth attribute value at a third time when a difference between the third attribute value and the first target attribute value is smaller than the preset threshold, where the third article is an article to be placed in the target carrier, and a delivery address of the third article is the same as a delivery address of the first article;
a second obtaining module, configured to obtain, at a fourth time after the third time, that the target attribute of the article carried in the target carrier is a fifth attribute value;
and the second warning module is configured to issue a warning when a difference between the fifth attribute value and a second target attribute value is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, where the second target attribute value is a sum of the third attribute value and the fourth attribute value.
14. The apparatus of any one of claims 9 to 13, wherein the first alert module comprises at least one of:
the alarm unit is used for sending out alarm sound through the distribution cabinet body;
and the sending unit is used for sending an alarm message to a server through the distribution cabinet body, wherein the alarm message is used for indicating that the target box body has abnormal article storage.
15. A storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 8 when executed.
