Abstract

and performing character recognition on each image slice to obtain the working content of each switching operation step and the corresponding operation time sequence.

The method for managing switching operation of a substation based on image processing according to claim 1, wherein the specific method for identifying the image of the operator operating the power equipment and acquiring the operation content and the operation time sequence of the operator comprises:
pre-establishing an image training set, inputting correct operation videos of work contents of all operation steps to a deep learning network corresponding to all the operation steps, and extracting image characteristics of all the correct operation steps;
inputting images of the operating personnel operating the electric power equipment to a deep learning network, and extracting image features of the operating personnel operating the electric power equipment;
matching the image characteristics of the electric power equipment operated by the operator with the image characteristics of each correct operation step, and comparing the similarity of the image characteristics to obtain the correctness of the operation content of the operator;
intercepting the image time of operating each electric power device by an operator, and comparing the time to obtain the operation time sequence of operating each circuit device by the operator;
and marking results on the operation ticket according to the correctness of the operation content of the operator and the operation time sequence of the operator for operating each circuit device.
4. An image processing-based substation switching operation management system is characterized by comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores instructions, and the instructions are suitable for being loaded by the processor and executing the following steps:
scanning and identifying the operation order, and acquiring an image of the operation order and switching operation contents recorded by the operation order, wherein the switching operation contents comprise working contents and operation time sequences of all switching operation steps;
arranging monitoring equipment near each electric power equipment to acquire video images of operating personnel operating each electric power equipment;
identifying images of each power device operated by an operator, and acquiring operation contents and operation time sequences of the operator;
and comparing the operation content and the operation time sequence of the operator with the switching operation content recorded by the operation ticket, confirming whether the operation content and the operation time sequence of the operator are the same as the switching operation content on the operation ticket, marking a comparison result on the operation ticket, and returning the operation ticket after marking is finished.
5. The image processing-based substation switching operation management system according to claim 4, wherein:
acquiring an image of the operation ticket through an OCR technology, matching the image of the operation ticket with a preset operation ticket template, and then performing an image segmentation step;
the bill segmentation steps are as follows: mapping the operation order image to a preset operation order template, presetting a cutting area of switching operation content on the operation order template, wherein each cutting area corresponds to each operation step causing content and operation time sequence on the operation order image, and cutting the operation order image according to the cutting area to obtain an image slice;
and performing character recognition on each image slice to obtain the working content of each switching operation step and the corresponding operation time sequence.

The transformer substation switching operation management system based on image processing according to claim 4, wherein the specific method for identifying the image of the operator operating the power equipment and acquiring the operation content and the operation time sequence of the operator comprises:
pre-establishing an image training set, inputting correct operation videos of work contents of all operation steps to a deep learning network corresponding to all the operation steps, and extracting image characteristics of all the correct operation steps;
inputting images of the operating personnel operating the electric power equipment to a deep learning network, and extracting image features of the operating personnel operating the electric power equipment;
matching the image characteristics of the electric power equipment operated by the operator with the image characteristics of each correct operation step, and comparing the similarity of the image characteristics to obtain the correctness of the operation content of the operator;
intercepting the image time of operating each electric power device by an operator, and comparing the time to obtain the operation time sequence of operating each circuit device by the operator;
and marking results on the operation ticket according to the correctness of the operation content of the operator and the operation time sequence of the operator for operating each circuit device.
