The embodiment of the application provides a hinge mechanism and terminal thereof, wherein, terminal 500 includes center 1, flexible screen 2, hou gai 3 and hinge mechanism 4, flexible screen 2 is fixed in the front of center 1, back lid 3 is fixed in the back of center 1, hinge mechanism 4 is fixed in center 1 with between the flexible screen 2, center 1 includes center and lower center, when folding, go up the center with the center is all rotatable down, flexible screen 2 is buckled.

the avoidance plate can slide along the shape track of the sliding hole.

a circular clamping protrusion extends outwards from the longitudinal side surface of the rotating shaft part;
a circular assembling hole is formed in the rotating arm;
the circular clamping protrusion and the circular assembling hole are assembled, the circular clamping protrusion can rotate in the circular assembling hole, and therefore the rotating arm can rotate relative to the rotating shaft component.

a rectangular clamping protrusion extends outwards from the same side of the fixing part as the circular clamping protrusion;
the rotating arm is also provided with a rectangular assembly hole, and the circular assembly hole and the rectangular assembly hole are respectively positioned at two ends of the rotating arm;
the rectangular clamping protrusion is assembled with the rectangular assembling hole, and the rotating arm cannot rotate relative to the sliding plate.

A terminal, comprising the hinge mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 6, and further comprising a middle frame, a flexible screen, and a rear cover, wherein the flexible screen and the rear cover are respectively fixed to both sides of the middle frame, and the hinge mechanism is fixed between the middle frame and the flexible screen.
