In the embodiment of the invention, the normally closed washing hole 6 is arranged on the side wall 103 of the inner barrel; preferably, the normally closed washing hole 6 is formed in the side wall 103 of the inner cylinder close to the opening 101 of the inner cylinder. The water guide channel 10 extends along the parallel direction of the axis of the inner cylinder 1, one end of the water guide channel 10 close to the cylinder opening 101 side of the inner cylinder is arranged in a sealing way, and one end of the water guide channel 10 close to the cylinder bottom 102 side of the inner cylinder is arranged in an opening way. And one end of the water guide channel 10 close to the inner cylinder bottom 102 side is vertically overlapped with at least part of the annular folded edge 14 of the water collecting tray 7, so that the water outlet end of the water guide channel 10 extends into the water collecting tray 7, and the drainage flowing out of the water guide channel 10 can completely flow into the water collecting tray 7.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the axis of the water outlet end of the water guiding channel 10 is parallel to the axis of the inner cylinder 1, so that the water flow flowing out of the water guiding channel 10 can be sprayed in the horizontal direction, and further the water flow flowing into the water collecting tray 7 is guided by the disc-shaped structure 14 to flow downwards until flowing into the drain pipe 11 at the lowest end of the water collecting tray 7.
As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the water guide channel 10 may be disposed on an outer wall of the inner cylinder sidewall 103, and the water guide channel 10 is disposed to protrude from the outer wall of the inner cylinder sidewall 103, so that the water guide channel 10 is located outside the inner cylinder. The water guide channel 10 extends along the structural line of the inner cylinder side wall 103, and the water guide channel 10 is hermetically arranged close to the inner cylinder opening 101 side and is arranged close to the inner cylinder bottom 102 side opening. The side wall 103 of the inner cylinder is provided with a washing normally closed hole 6 communicated with the water guide channel 10, and the washing normally closed hole 6 is positioned in the middle of the inner cylinder 1 or close to the side of the cylinder opening 101 of the inner cylinder. The side of the water guide channel 10 far away from the inner cylinder 1 is spaced from the annular folded edge 14 of the water collecting tray 7 by a certain gap, so that the water guide channel 10 cannot interfere with the water collecting tray 7 in the rotation process of the inner cylinder 1.
As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the water guide channel 10 may also be disposed on the inner wall of the inner cylinder sidewall 103, and the water guide channel 10 is disposed to protrude from the inner wall of the inner cylinder sidewall 103, so that the water guide channel 10 is located inside the inner cylinder 1. The water guide channel 10 extends along a structural line of the side wall 103 of the inner cylinder, the side of the water guide channel 10 close to the cylinder opening 101 of the inner cylinder is hermetically arranged, and a water outlet penetrating through the bottom 102 of the inner cylinder is arranged on the side close to the bottom 102 of the inner cylinder. The side wall 103 of the inner cylinder is provided with a washing normally closed hole 6 communicated with the water guide channel 10, and the washing normally closed hole 6 is positioned in the middle of the inner cylinder 1 or close to the side of the cylinder opening 101 of the inner cylinder. The water outlet of the water guide channel 10 is positioned at the periphery of the inner cylinder bottom 102 and is arranged opposite to the disc-shaped structure of the water collecting disc 7, so as to ensure that the washing drainage water flow sprayed from the water outlet flows downwards after being blocked by the disc-shaped structure.
In the embodiment of the invention, the wall thickness of the inner cylinder side wall 103 can be utilized to arrange the water guide channel 10 in the inner cylinder side wall 103, and the purpose that the drainage water flow at the inner cylinder washing normally closed hole 6 flows into the water collecting tray 7 along the water guide channel 10 can also be realized.
In the embodiment of the invention, the water guide channel 10 extends along the structural line of the side wall of the inner cylinder, the inner wall of one side of the water guide channel 10, which is far away from the axis of the inner cylinder 1, is an inclined surface, and the inclined surface is obliquely arranged towards the side far away from the inner cylinder 1 along the water flow direction of the water guide channel 10, so that the valve core 91 moves towards the water outlet end of the water guide channel 10 along the inclined surface under the action of the centrifugal force of the rotating inner cylinder 1.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the radial width of the water guide channel 10 is gradually increased along the water flow direction, so that after the valve core 91 moves towards the water outlet end under the action of centrifugal force, a gap for water to pass through is formed between the outer periphery of the valve core 91 and the inner wall of the water guide channel 10, thereby achieving the purpose of opening the water guide channel 10 for water drainage. Preferably, when the valve body 91 is held at the initial position by the elastic member 92, at least one cross section of the valve body 91 comes into contact with the inner wall of the water passage 10 to close the water passage 10.
In the embodiment of the invention, one side of the water guide channel 10, which is far away from the axis of the inner barrel 1, is an inclined plane which is gradually and outwards far away from the axis of the inner barrel from the washing normally closed hole 6 to the direction of the water collecting tray 7, so that the drainage flowing into the water guide channel 10 is ensured to flow into the water collecting tray 7 along the inclined plane.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the water guide channel 10 is disposed at the outer wall of the inner cylinder sidewall 103. The outer wall of the inner cylinder side wall 103 extends outwards to form extension ribs, the extension ribs extend along the parallel direction of the axis of the inner cylinder 1, the left side and the right side of each extension rib are respectively in sealing connection with the inner cylinder side wall 103, one end of each extension rib close to the inner cylinder opening 101 is in sealing connection with the inner cylinder side wall 103, one end of each extension rib close to the inner cylinder bottom 102 is arranged at intervals with the inner cylinder side wall 103, and therefore the extension ribs and the inner cylinder side wall 103 jointly form a water guide channel 10.
In the embodiment of the invention, the inner wall surface of the water guide channel 10 on the side far away from the axis of the inner cylinder 1 is an inclined surface which is gradually inclined downwards from the cylinder opening 101 of the inner cylinder to the cylinder bottom 102, so as to guide the washing water flowing into the water guide channel 10 to flow to the water outlet end of the water guide channel 10 along the inclined surface under the action of centrifugal force.
Similarly, when the water guide channel 10 is located on the inner wall surface of the inner cylinder sidewall 103, an extension rib extends inwards from the inner wall of the inner cylinder sidewall 103, the extension rib extends along the axis of the inner cylinder 1 in a parallel direction, the left side and the right side of the extension rib are respectively connected with the inner cylinder sidewall 103 in a sealing manner, one end of the extension rib close to the inner cylinder opening 101 is connected with the inner cylinder sidewall 103 in a sealing manner, and one end of the extension rib close to the inner cylinder bottom 102 is arranged at an interval with the inner cylinder sidewall 103, so that the extension rib and the inner cylinder sidewall 103 jointly enclose the water guide channel 10. And through holes are formed at the inner bottom 102 to ensure the washing water in the water guide passage 10 to be smoothly discharged.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the valve core 91 is installed in the water conduit 10, the downstream side of the valve core 91 is connected with the elastic member 92 extending along the water flow direction, and the other end of the elastic member 92 is fixedly connected with the water conduit 10 and/or the inner cylinder 1. Preferably, the elastic member 92 is a spring, and the spring extends along the axial direction of the water guide channel 10; one end of the spring is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the water guide channel 10 directly or indirectly through a bracket, and the other end of the spring is fixedly connected with the valve core 91 so that the valve core 91 is acted by centrifugal force
In the embodiment of the present invention, a gap for ensuring water flow to pass through is formed between the elastic member 92 and the inner wall of the water guide channel 10, so as to ensure that after the valve core moves by centrifugal force to open the water guide channel 10, the water flow flows along the water guide channel, passes through the gap on the periphery of the elastic member, and flows out from the water outlet end.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first side of the valve core 91 is correspondingly contacted with the outer wall surface of the side wall 101 of the inner cylinder in an attaching manner, and the second side of the valve core 91 is correspondingly contacted with the side of the water guide channel 10 far away from the inner cylinder in an attaching manner. Therefore, one side of the valve core, which faces the axis of the inner cylinder, is arranged in parallel with the side wall of the inner cylinder correspondingly, after the valve core correspondingly blocks the water guide channel, the first side is correspondingly attached and contacted with the outer wall surface of the side wall of the inner cylinder, and surface contact with better sealing performance is formed, so that the sealing performance of the centrifugal valve when the water guide channel is blocked is improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to improve the smoothness of the movement of the valve core 91, the following arrangement may be made: the first side of the valve core 91 and the side wall 101 of the inner cylinder are parallel planes, and the second side of the valve core 91 and the side of the water channel 10 far away from the inner cylinder are inclined planes with the same slope and parallel. Therefore, when the valve core of the centrifugal valve is acted by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the inner cylinder, the valve core slides smoothly along the joint of the second side and the inner wall of the water guide channel; meanwhile, because the second side of the valve core and the inner wall surface of the water guide channel form a parallel surface, the friction is reduced in the sliding process of the valve core, and a guide effect is provided for the movement of the valve core.
In the embodiment of the invention, one side far away from the axis of the inner cylinder 1 can be partially, or a plurality of parts, or all of the parts are inclined planes which are gradually far away from the axis of the inner cylinder outwards from the washing normally closed hole 6 to the water collecting disc 7, and the aim of smoothly discharging water flow flowing into the water guide channel outwards can also be realized.
In the embodiment of the invention, the centrifugal valves 9 are correspondingly arranged in the water guide channels 10 of the inner cylinder 1 one by one, so that after the rotating speed of the inner cylinder 1 reaches a set value, the valves 91 of the centrifugal valves 9 are controlled to open the water guide channels 10 under the action of the rotating centrifugal force of the inner cylinder 1.
In the embodiment of the invention, a water collecting tray 7 is arranged outside the inner barrel 1 of the washing machine, and the water collecting tray 7 is arranged at one end of the inner barrel 1; preferably, the water collection tray 7 is provided at the inner cylinder bottom 102.
In the embodiment of the invention, the water collecting tray 7 comprises a disc-shaped structure 13 covering the end of the inner cylinder, and the periphery of the disc-shaped structure 13 exceeds the periphery of the bottom 102 of the inner cylinder; the outer periphery of the disc-shaped structure 13 is provided with an annular flange 14 extending towards the other end of the inner cylinder, at least part of the annular flange 14 is overlapped with the side wall 103 of the inner cylinder, and a gap is formed between the inner periphery of the annular flange 14 and the outer wall surface of the side wall 103 of the inner cylinder. Thus, the disc-shaped structure 13 and the annular flange 14 of the water collection tray 7 form a chamber which is arranged towards the opening of the inner drum 1 and is used for accommodating the water flowing out of the normally closed washing hole 6 of the inner drum 1.
In the embodiment of the invention, the water collecting tray 7 directly forms the inner barrel supporting piece 3, the upper part and the lower part of the water collecting tray 7 are respectively connected with the washing machine shell 2 through the damping suspension spring and the damping supporting piece, so that the water collecting tray 7 can be arranged in the washing machine shell 2 in a vibration displacement mode. In this embodiment, the water collecting tray 7 is coaxially installed on the inner cylinder bottom 102, the driving motor 5 is installed on the side of the water collecting tray 7 away from the inner cylinder, the inner cylinder shaft 21 penetrates through the water collecting tray 7, one end of the inner cylinder shaft is coaxially connected with the inner cylinder bottom 102, and the other end of the inner cylinder shaft is directly connected with the driving motor 5 or is connected with the driving motor 5 through a speed reduction clutch.
Preferably, in order to improve the washing efficiency of the washing machine, an auxiliary stirring device, such as a pulsator, a stirring column, etc., may be additionally installed in the inner tub 1; the driving shaft of the auxiliary stirring device passes through the inner cylinder bottom 102 and then the water collecting tray 7 and then is directly connected with the motor or is connected with the driving motor 5 through a speed reduction clutch.
In the embodiment of the invention, the bottom of the water collecting tray 7 is communicated with a drain pipe 11, and a control device 12 for controlling the on-off of water flow in a pipeline is arranged on the drain pipe 11; the control device 12 may be a drain pump for draining the upper drain washing machine or a drain valve for draining the lower drain washing machine. Preferably, the lowest position of the annular flange 14 of the water collection tray 7 is in communication with the drain pipe 11 to ensure that all of the drain water flowing into the water collection tray 7 can flow out of the drain pipe 11.
Meanwhile, a certain gap is formed between the inner cylinder bottom 102 and the disc-shaped structure 13 of the water collecting tray 7, so that the drainage water flow flowing into the water collecting tray 7 from the inner cylinder 1 can flow downwards along the gap, and the drainage smoothness is further ensured.
In the embodiment of the invention, the end part of the annular folded edge 14 of the water collecting tray 7 is provided with a circle of inward flanged edge 15 extending towards the axial direction of the inner cylinder 1, and the inward flanged edge 15 is contacted with or arranged close to the outer wall surface of the side wall 103 of the inner cylinder, so that the sealing performance of a cavity surrounded by the water collecting tray 7 is ensured, and the problem that water flowing into the water collecting tray 7 flows out from an opening is further avoided.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the water guiding channel 10 may be disposed on the outer wall surface of the inner cylinder sidewall 103, and at least a portion of the water guiding channel 10 is overlapped with the annular folded edge 14 of the water collecting tray 7 in the vertical direction, so that the water outlet of the water guiding channel 10 extends into the water collecting tray 7. The annular flanging 14 of the water collecting tray 7 is provided with an inner flanging which extends along the radial direction of the inner cylinder 1 and towards the axial direction of the inner cylinder 1 at the side close to the opening 101 of the inner cylinder, and the extending end of the inner flanging 15 and one side of the water guide channel 10 far away from the inner cylinder 1 are close to each other or are in contact with each other, so that the water flow flowing into the water collecting tray 7 cannot flow out from the side of the water collecting tray 7 close to the opening 101 of the inner cylinder.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the water guiding channel 10 may also be disposed at the inner side of the inner cylinder sidewall 103 or inside the inner cylinder sidewall 103, the end portion of the annular folded edge 14 of the water collecting tray 7 near the inner cylinder opening 101 is disposed with an inward folded edge 15, and the extending end of the inward folded edge 15 is disposed near or in contact with the outer wall of the inner cylinder sidewall 103, which can also ensure that the water flowing into the water collecting tray 7 does not flow out from the inner cylinder opening side of the water collecting tray 7.
In order to further improve the sealing performance of the water collecting tray 7, a circle of dynamic seal 17 is arranged between the inward flanging 15 and the inner cylinder side wall 103 to seal the joint of the inward flanging 15 and the inner cylinder side wall 103, so as to realize the sealing treatment of a cavity enclosed in the water collecting tray 7 and further ensure that the water flowing into the water collecting tray 7 cannot leak.
In the embodiment of the invention, the inner cylinder shaft 21 penetrates through the water collecting tray 7, and the penetrating end of the inner cylinder shaft 21 is connected with the driving motor directly or through a transmission device. The inner cylinder shaft 2 is composed of a sleeve with a hollow inner part, and the hollow inner part forms a channel communicated with the inner part of the inner cylinder 1; the inner cylinder shaft 21 penetrates through one end of the water collecting tray 7 to be communicated with a water inlet structure of the washing machine, so that the inlet water of the washing machine enters the inner cylinder 1 through a flow passage formed by the hollow part of the inner cylinder shaft 21.
In the embodiment of the invention, a driving motor 5 formed by direct drive motors is arranged on a water collecting tray 7; the direct drive motor and the inner cylinder 1 are coaxially arranged. The direct drive motor comprises a rotor and a stator which are coaxially arranged, and the rotor and the stator are coaxially arranged with the inner barrel 1 so as to ensure that the gravity center of the direct drive motor is positioned on the axis of the inner barrel 1 and further ensure the stability of the washing machine in the operation process. Or, a motor connected with a transmission device is installed on the water collecting tray 7, and the transmission device can be: a pulley, a gear set, etc. of any conventional transmission structure.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A washing machine characterized by: the inner barrel of the washing machine is a container with an opening which is closed by a door cover and is closed when washing, at least one hole is arranged on the inner barrel, a water guide channel for guiding the drainage flowing out of the hole to flow into a water collecting tray is arranged on the inner barrel, and a centrifugal valve for controlling the on-off of the channel is arranged on the water guide channel.
2. A washing machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the centrifugal valve comprises,
the valve core is movably arranged in the water guide channel and correspondingly blocks the corresponding section of the water guide channel at the initial position;
and the elastic piece is clamped between the valve core and the water guide channel so as to limit the movement of the valve core and provide acting force for resetting the valve core to the initial position.
3. The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the water guide passage extends at least partially in a direction deviating from the axis of the inner tub, and the centrifugal valve is correspondingly installed at the inclined portion of the water guide passage; after the inner cylinder reaches the set rotating speed, the valve core of the centrifugal valve is driven by centrifugal force to move along the inner wall surface of the inclined part of the water guide channel, and the water guide channel is correspondingly opened.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the water guide passage extends along a structural line of a side wall of the inner tub, an inner wall of the water guide passage on a side away from an axis of the inner tub is inclined, and the inclined surface is inclined toward a side away from the inner tub in a water flow direction of the water guide passage, so that the valve element is moved in a water outlet direction of the water guide passage along the inclined surface by a centrifugal force of the rotating inner tub.
5. The washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the radial width of the water guide channel is gradually increased along the water flow direction, so that a gap for water to pass through is formed between the outer periphery of the valve core and the inner wall member of the water guide channel after the valve core moves towards the water outlet under the action of centrifugal force, thereby opening the water guide channel;
preferably, when the valve core is held at the initial position under the action of the elastic element, at least one section of the valve core is correspondingly attached and contacted with the inner wall of the water guide flow passage to block the water guide passage.
6. The washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the valve core is installed in the water guide passage, an elastic member extending in the water flow direction is connected to a downstream side of the valve core, and the other end of the elastic member is fixedly connected to the water guide passage and/or the inner tub;
preferably, the elastic element is a spring;
further preferably, a gap for ensuring water flow is formed between the elastic member and the inner wall of the water guide channel.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first side of the valve core is in corresponding contact with the outer wall surface of the side wall of the inner cylinder, and the second side of the valve core is in corresponding contact with the side of the water channel far away from the inner cylinder;
preferably, the first side of the valve core and the side wall of the inner cylinder are parallel planes, and the second side of the valve core and the side of the water guide channel far away from the inner cylinder are inclined planes with the same slope and parallel.
8. A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the water collection tray is provided outside one end of the inner tub; the water collecting tray comprises a disc-shaped structure covering the end of the inner cylinder, and an annular folded edge extending towards the other end of the inner cylinder is arranged on the periphery of the disc-shaped structure; a gap is formed between the inner periphery of the annular folded edge and the outer wall of the inner cylinder; the water outlet end of the water guide channel extends into a gap between the annular folded edge and the outer wall of the inner cylinder;
preferably, the water outlet end of the water guide channel extends to the disc-shaped structure of the water collecting disc, and a gap for water flow to pass through is formed between the water outlet end and the disc-shaped structure.
9. The washing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the annular flange of the water collecting tray is provided with an inward flange extending in a bending manner towards the axial direction of the inner cylinder, and the end part of the inward flange is arranged close to or in contact with the outer wall of the inner cylinder in an attaching manner; preferably, a circle of dynamic seal is arranged between the inner flanging and the outer wall of the inner cylinder so as to seal the joint of the water collecting tray and the inner cylinder.
10. A washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein the lowermost part of the water collecting tray communicates with a drain pipe of the washing machine; preferably, the lowest part of the annular folded edge of the water collecting disc is communicated with the water drainage pipe, and the inner folded edge on the annular folded edge is arranged close to the opening of the inner barrel relative to the communication part of the water drainage pipe.
