Wherein, the air brake device 9 meets the requirements of 600kPa and 500kPa of main pipe pressure, and adopts a 160km/h quick truck brake system; the coupler buffer device 10 meets the national railway industry standard; the truck 11 employs a truck bogie 11 having a maximum operating speed of not less than 160 km/h.
2. Chassis portion of vehicle body:
as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the underframe 1 is located at the bottom of the vehicle body, the underframe 1 comprises a hollow frame, the hollow frame is in a shape with small two ends and large middle along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, a plurality of cross beams 1.2 are arranged in the hollow frame, passing holes are formed in each cross beam 1.2, the passing holes are formed in a cross beam web 1.2.1 of the cross beam 1.2 and can be round holes or square holes, the shape of the passing holes is not limited, the passing holes are used for passing people, and the people can conveniently enter the lower part of the underframe 1 to install and maintain vehicle bottom equipment. The periphery of the opening of the passing hole is provided with a reinforcing cylinder 1.2.2, and the reinforcing cylinder 1.2.2 is used for reinforcing so as to ensure that the strength of the cross beam 1.2 is not affected.
The lower sliding rails 1.9 matched with the pulley devices are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the hollow frame, the lower sliding rails 1.9 comprise U-shaped groove steel 1.9.2 and round pipes 1.9.1 arranged on the opening ends of the U-shaped groove steel 1.9.2, the round pipes 1.9.1 are matched with the pulley devices, and the round pipes 1.9.1 are arranged on the upper surface and the U-shaped groove steel 1.9.2 below.
The hollow frame comprises side beams 1.1 and a steel floor 1.5 which are symmetrically arranged and are arranged between the two side beams 1.1, the steel floor 1.5 is used as a flat ground at the bottom of a vehicle body, a middle beam 1.3 and a plurality of longitudinal beams 1.4 which are used for bearing the steel floor 1.5 are arranged in the hollow frame, the middle beam 1.3 is positioned at the middle position of the two side beams 1.1, two longitudinal beams 1.4 are arranged between the middle beam 1.3 and the side beam 1.1 at any side, and each longitudinal beam 1.4 is supported below the steel floor 1.5; both ends of the side beam 1.1 are welded with the end beam 1.6.

3. End wall portion of vehicle body:
As shown in fig. 1,2, 11 and 12, the end wall 2 is located at the end and both sides of the vehicle body, and is formed by welding steel plates and section steel into a plate column structure with flat inner and outer walls, and the upper profile of the end wall 2 is made into a folded line shape so as to be close to and substantially parallel to the profile of the upper limit 12 of the rolling stock.
The top of the end wall 2 is provided with a water outlet 2.1, and the water outlet 2.1 is correspondingly matched with the water outlet 5.1 of the roof 5 and is used for discharging accumulated water in the water outlet 5.1 of the roof 5.
The 3 first fastening plates 2.2 are horizontally arranged on the inner wall of the end wall 2, the size of the notch of the first fastening plate is consistent with that of a standard aircraft floor slide rail, and the quick-release type cargo fixing device is convenient to install.
4. Side door portion of vehicle body
As shown in fig. 1,2 and 6-12, the side door 3 is located between the end wall 2 and the door post 6, the side door 3 is higher than the roof 5, the body of the side door 3 is formed by welding aluminum alloy profiles and plates, the two pulley devices are divided into an upper pulley device 3.3 and a lower pulley device 3.4, the upper pulley device 3.3 and the lower pulley device 3.4 are respectively arranged at the top and the bottom of the side door, the upper pulley device 3.3 adopts a U-shaped pulley block and the U-shaped pulley block is provided with an upper sliding rail 4.1, the U-shaped pulley block is composed of two groups of vertically arranged upper pulleys 3.3.1, the two groups of upper pulleys 3.3.1 are abutted against two sides of the upper sliding rail 4.1, the lateral displacement of the upper end of the side door 3 is restrained, and the side door 3 is supported to slide along the upper sliding rail 4.1; the lower pulley device 3.4 adopts a bearing pulley block, the bearing pulley block consists of a plurality of pulleys distributed along the longitudinal direction, each pulley bears the gravity of the side door 3, the side door 3 can longitudinally slide along the vehicle body, the bearing pulley block is provided with a supporting sliding rail, the supporting sliding rail mainly supports the lower pulley device 3.4 in a short period, and the lower pulley device 3.4 can be sent to the lower sliding rail 1.9 under the movement of the supporting sliding rail, and the following description is detailed.
The middle part of roof 5 is equipped with water drainage tank 5.1, roof 3.1.1 both sides of side door 3 buckle downwards and stretch into in water drainage tank 5.1, and make "factory" font (corresponding upper portion 3.1.2 in the door body) with the door body top section of side door 3, because roof 3.1.1 of side door 3 all buckle downwards and cover the drainage to the side of side door 3, play good rain-proof effect.
The door body 3.1 of the side door 3 is of a hollow structure so as to lighten the weight of the door body 3.1, and is not easy to deform, and the outline of the middle upper part 3.1.2 of the door body of the side door 3 is basically parallel to the outline of the upper limit 12 of the rolling stock; the lower part 3.1.3 of the door body of the side door 3 is protruded to the outside of the vehicle body to increase the transverse loading width of the underframe 1 and the transverse loading space of the vehicle body. The hollow structure comprises a side door inner side plate and a side door outer side plate, a plurality of reinforcing rib plates are arranged between the side door inner side plate and the side door outer side plate, the top of the side door inner side plate is provided with a top plate 3.1.1, and two sides of the top plate 3.1.1 are respectively bent into the hollow space and the drainage groove 5.1 so as to drain rainwater through the bent parts; the bottom 3.1.1 of the side door 3 is thickened and reinforced.
The limiting device comprises a plurality of supporting devices 3.2 arranged on the side door 3 and a supporting plate 1.7 arranged on the underframe 1, each supporting device 3.2 is arranged in a side-placed Z shape, the end part of each supporting device 3.2 is provided with a circular shaft 3.2.1, and each supporting device 3.2 is uniformly distributed at the bottom of the side door 3; the supporting plate 1.7 is provided with grooves which are correspondingly matched with the circular shafts 3.2.1. When the side door 3 closes the door opening and closes, the respective circular shaft 3.2.1 drops exactly into the respective recess of the pallet 1.7 of the chassis 1, to assist in supporting the side door 3 and constraining its lateral displacement.
The limiting device further comprises a limiting plate 3.5 arranged on the side door 3 and a limiting pin 1.8 arranged on the underframe 1, wherein a limiting notch is formed in the limiting plate 3.5 and matched with the limiting pin 1.8. When the side door 3 closes the door hole and is closed, the limiting notch just clamps the limiting pin 1.8 of the underframe 1, and the longitudinal displacement of the side door 3 is restrained.
The limiting device further comprises a lock seat plate 3.6 and a hasp type lock device 3.7, the lock seat plate 3.6 made of aluminum alloy is welded at the position where two ends of a door body 3.1 of the side door 3 are deviated, a lock seat 3.7.1 of the hasp type lock device 3.7 is arranged on the lock seat plate 3.6, and the other parts such as a hasp and a handle of the hasp type lock device are arranged on the outer sides of the door post 6 and the end wall 2.
In the above, the lower pulley device 3.4, the supporting device 3.2 and the limiting device are all arranged in the groove at the bottom of the door body 3.1 by bolts or rivets, so that the outer wall of the door body 3.1 is smooth and has good aesthetic property; the supporting plate 1.7 and the limiting pin are welded on the outer side of the side beam 1.1 and respectively correspond to the supporting device 3.2 and the limiting plate 3.5 of the side door 3.
In order to further improve the rainproof degree of the side door 3 when being closed, the following mode is adopted: as shown in fig. 1,2, 11 and 12, the door post 6 supports the roof 5 in the middle of the vehicle body, the outline of the door post 6 is also in a fold line shape, and both ends of the door post 6 are provided with third E-shaped grooves 6.1 which are matched with the second E-shaped grooves 3.1.5 of the side door 3 to prevent rainwater from entering the vehicle.
The door post 6 and the end wall 2 are respectively provided with a first E-shaped groove 2.3 and a third E-shaped groove 6.1, two sides of the side door 3 are respectively provided with a second E-shaped groove 3.1.5 which is correspondingly matched with the first E-shaped groove 2.3 and the third E-shaped groove 6.1, so that when the side door 3 is folded, the second E-shaped groove 3.1.5 is embedded into the first E-shaped groove 2.3 and the third E-shaped groove 6.1, and a mutually buckled state is maintained to form a 2-channel labyrinth type rainproof structure, so that rainwater is prevented from entering a vehicle.
5. Opening and closing mechanism part of side door
As shown in fig. 1, 2,3, and 9 to 12, each side door 3 employs 1 set of opening and closing mechanism 4 to achieve the separation or closing movement of the side door 3 with respect to the vehicle body. The opening and closing mechanism 4 comprises a hand wheel device 4.6, and an upper connecting rod mechanism and a lower connecting rod mechanism which are respectively connected to the hand wheel device 4.6, wherein the upper connecting rod mechanism is connected with the upper sliding rail 4.1, the lower connecting rod mechanism is connected with the supporting sliding rail, the hand wheel device 4.6 drives the upper sliding rail 4.1 and the supporting sliding rail to move in a linkage way through the upper connecting rod mechanism and the lower connecting rod mechanism, and the upper connecting rod mechanism and the lower connecting rod mechanism are four connecting rod mechanisms which are in 2 linkages.
The upper connecting rod mechanisms are arranged on two sides of the vehicle roof 5 through supports and comprise a first upper rotating arm 4.2, an upper rotating shaft 4.4, a second upper rotating arm 4.3 and an upper connecting rod 4.5, one end of the first upper rotating arm 4.2 is connected with an upper sliding rail 4.1, the other end of the first upper rotating arm is connected with the upper rotating shaft 4.4, and the upper rotating shaft 4.4 is rotatably connected to the vehicle body; one end of the second upper rotating arm 4.3 is connected with the upper rotating shaft 4.4, the other end of the second upper rotating arm is hinged with the upper connecting rod 4.5, and the other end of the upper connecting rod 4.5 is assembled and connected with the hand wheel device 4.6. Thus forming a four-bar linkage. Wherein, the upper slide rail 4.1 is a strip-shaped round shaft 3.2.1.
The lower link mechanism comprises a lower link 4.7, a first lower rotating arm 4.8, a second lower rotating arm 4.11 and a lower rotating shaft 4.9, one end of the lower link 4.7 is assembled and connected with the hand wheel device 4.6, the other end of the lower link 4.7 is hinged and connected with the first lower rotating arm 4.8, and the first lower rotating arm 4.8 is connected with the lower rotating shaft 4.9; one end of the second lower rotating arm 4.11 is connected with the lower rotating shaft 4.9, and the other end of the second lower rotating arm is provided with the support sliding rail and drives the support sliding rail to move to be flush with the lower sliding rail 1.9.
When the hand wheel device 4.6 is operated to rotate, the first upper rotating arm 4.2 and the first lower rotating arm 4.8 can synchronously rotate towards the same direction, and the side door 3 is driven to separate or close relative to a door hole of a vehicle body, so that the side door 3 is opened or closed.
The lower link mechanism further comprises a third lower rotating arm 4.10, a first spring device 4.12 and a second spring device 4.13 which provide elastic energy for the second lower rotating arm 4.11 and the third lower rotating arm 4.10 are respectively arranged on the second lower rotating arm 4.11 and the third lower rotating arm 4.10, the first spring device 4.12 adopts a compression spring structure, and two ends of the first spring device 4.12 are respectively hinged with the second lower rotating arm 4.11 and the underframe 1; the second spring device 4.13 adopts an extension spring structure, two ends of the extension spring structure are respectively hinged with the third lower rotating arm 4.10 and the underframe 1, the second lower rotating arm 4.11 can compress the first spring device 4.12 under the gravity action of the side door 3 in the closing process of the opening and closing mechanism 4, the third lower rotating arm 4.10 can lengthen the second spring device 4.13, a large amount of elastic energy is stored, when the opening and closing mechanism 4 needs to be opened, the stored elastic energy is converted into elastic force, the lower rotating shaft 4.9 is driven to rotate towards the opening direction, and the operation load of the side door 3 of the switch is greatly reduced.
When the door is opened, the hand wheel device 4.6 is rotated, under the combined action of the upper connecting mechanism and the lower connecting mechanism, the side door 3 is lifted from the locking position to the upper side outside the vehicle body, the side door 3 transversely moves to the position, which is just equal to the lower sliding rail 1.9, of the pulley bottom surface of the lower pulley device 3.4 along the vehicle body, so that the side door 3 can smoothly move to the lower sliding rail 1.9 from the second lower rotating arm 4.11, and longitudinally slides along the vehicle body, and when the door is closed, the hand wheel device 4.6 is reversely rotated, so that the side door 3 falls down towards the lower side inside the vehicle body and returns to the closing position, at the moment, a limiting notch in a limiting device of the side door 3 just clamps a limiting pin 1.8 of the chassis 1, the longitudinal sliding of the side door 3 is avoided, the hasp-type locking device 3.7 is locked, and the vertical jumping of the side door 3 is avoided.
6. Roof portion of vehicle body:
As shown in fig. 1,2,3, and 9 to 12, the roof 5 is formed of a plate material by press forming and assembly welding. The inner wall of roof 5 is equipped with U-shaped groove 5.5 and U-shaped groove 5.5's opening down along its longitudinal direction, and U-shaped groove 5.5 has been arranged two and is symmetrical setting with the central line of roof 5, and the inside of U-shaped groove 5.5 inlays and is equipped with electric lighting device 8, makes the bottom of roof 5 flat, pleasing to the eye, and is equipped with in the bottom of U-shaped groove 5.5 and is used for bearing supporting seat 5.4 of side door 3, and supporting seat 5.4 is used for bearing side door 3.
The upper part of the roof 5 is provided with an inverted splayed drainage groove 5.1, the lower part of the roof 5 is in a shape of a Chinese character 'ji', and a middle cavity is welded with 1 inverted T-shaped guide rail 5.3 along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body for hanging a cargo blocking device 7.
7. Cargo blocking device part inside vehicle body
As shown in fig. 1, 13 to 16, the vehicle further comprises a cargo blocking device 7 movably arranged between the underframe 1 and the roof 5, namely, at least 1 movable cargo blocking device 7 is arranged right below the roof 5 in the carriage, the cargo blocking device 7 comprises a cargo blocking frame 7.4, the cargo blocking frame 7.4 is of a polygonal frame structure formed by connecting profile steel, a hanging mechanism is arranged at the top of the cargo blocking frame 7.4 and drives the cargo blocking frame 7.4 to longitudinally move and/or rotationally move relative to the roof 5 through the hanging mechanism, a plurality of fastening plates are arranged on the cargo blocking frame 7.4, preferably, 2 rows of second fastening plates 7.8 are arranged on two sides of the cargo blocking frame 7.4 respectively, and the slot sizes of the second fastening plates are consistent with those of standard aircraft floor sliding rails for installing a universal quick-release cargo fixing device so as to ensure the safety of cargos in the vehicle.
The suspension mechanism comprises a first bearing piece and a second bearing piece, the goods blocking frame 7.4 is arranged on the first bearing piece through a suspension shaft 7.3, the first bearing piece is suspended on the roof 5 through the second bearing piece, and the rotating shaft lines of the first bearing piece and the second bearing piece are mutually perpendicular. Wherein the first bearing member is a thrust bearing 7.2, and the second bearing member is a roller device 7.1. The roller device 7.1 is sleeved on the guide rail 5.3 of the car roof 5, the thrust bearing 7.2 is horizontally arranged at the bottom of the roller device 7.1, the upper end of the hanging shaft 7.3 is arranged on the upper end and the lower end of the thrust bearing 7.2 and is connected with the goods blocking frame 7.4, so that the goods blocking device 7 can longitudinally move along the car body and can horizontally rotate around the hanging shaft 7.3.
The cargo blocking device 7 further comprises a limiting assembly, the limiting assembly comprises 2 symmetrical upper bolts 7.5 and 2 symmetrical lower bolts 7.11 which are slidably arranged on the cargo blocking frame 7.4, the upper bolts 7.5 and the lower bolts 7.11 are driven to synchronously move through the pedal assembly, a plurality of upper limiting holes which are correspondingly matched with the upper bolts 7.5 are arranged at the bottom of the roof 5, and a plurality of lower limiting holes which are correspondingly matched with the lower bolts 7.11 are arranged at the top of the underframe 1. The top of the side beam 1.1 is provided with 1 row of first oblong holes 1.10 with long sides perpendicular to the longitudinal center line of the vehicle body and arranged at equal intervals, and the top of the middle beam 1.3 is provided with at least 2 second oblong holes 1.11 with long sides parallel to the longitudinal center line of the vehicle body, which are used as lower limiting holes for fixing the goods blocking device 7.
The arrangement of the upper limit holes is as follows: if the goods blocking device 7 is longitudinally placed, a plurality of third oblong holes 5.6 with long sides parallel to the longitudinal center line of the vehicle body are processed at the bottom of the guide rail 5.3, the third oblong holes 5.6 and the second oblong holes 1.11 correspond to the second oblong holes 1.11 on the longitudinal center line of the underframe 1, and the third oblong holes 5.6 and the second oblong holes 1.11 correspond to the upper plug pins 7.5 and the lower plug pins 7.11 respectively, so that the goods blocking device 7 longitudinally placed along the vehicle body is fixed; if the goods blocking device 7 is transversely placed, four oblong holes 5.7 with 1 row of long sides perpendicular to the longitudinal center line of the vehicle body and arranged at equal intervals are respectively processed on two sides of a cavity of the bottom of the vehicle roof 5 in a shape like a Chinese character 'ji', and are matched with the first oblong holes on two sides of the underframe 1, the fourth oblong holes 5.7 and the first oblong holes 1.10 respectively correspond to the upper plug pin 7.5 and the lower plug pin 7.11, and then the goods blocking device 7 transversely placed along the vehicle body is fixed.
The pedal assembly comprises a lever 7.10 hinged on the goods stop frame 7.4, two ends of the lever 7.10 are respectively hinged with an upper bolt 7.5 and a lower bolt 7.11, the upper bolt 7.5 is provided with a pedal 7.9 for driving the pedal to move, and the pedal 7.9 is welded between 2 upper bolts 7.5 to form a linkage mechanism, so that 2 upper bolts 7.5 and 2 lower bolts 7.11 can synchronously extend or retract. The upper bolt 7.5, the lever 7.10 and the lower bolt 7.11 are arranged on the goods stop frame 7.4 through round pins so as to ensure that the upper bolt 7.5 and the lower bolt 7.11 can perform up-and-down lifting movement and the lever 7.10 can perform rotating movement.
An elastic piece for providing restoring force for the upper bolt 7.5 or the lower bolt 7.11 is arranged in the movement direction of the upper bolt 7.5 or the lower bolt 7.11, and a limiting piece for limiting the upper bolt 7.5 or the lower bolt 7.11 is arranged in the movement direction of the upper bolt. The elastic piece comprises a spring sleeved on the lower plug pin 7.11 and a spring baffle 7.13 arranged on the lower plug pin 7.11, wherein two ends of the spring are respectively abutted against the spring baffle 7.13 and the goods stop frame 7.4 so as to compress the spring when the lower plug pin 7.11 is retracted, and when the pedal 7.9 is released, the lower plug pin 7.11 is ejected under the action of the spring, and then the upper plug pin 7.5 is linked to be synchronously ejected; the limiting piece comprises a hook 7.7 arranged on the upper plug pin 7.5 and a hook seat 7.6 arranged on the goods stop frame 7.4, wherein the hook seat 7.6 comprises a base and a hook piece hinged on the base, and the hook piece is matched with the hook 7.7.
The shed assembly process in this embodiment is: the steel structures of the underframe 1, the end wall 2, the roof 5 and the door post 6 are welded into a vehicle body basic structure, and then other parts such as an electric lighting device 8, an opening and closing mechanism 4, a side door 3, a cargo blocking device 7, a coupler buffer device 10, a braking device 9, a bogie 11 and the like are installed.
When the side door 3 is opened, the hand wheel device 4.64 is rotated to the outer side of the vehicle body, the upper sliding rail 4.1 and the second lower rotating arm 4.11 of the opening and closing mechanism 4 are driven by the connecting rod mechanism to rotate to the upper side outside the vehicle body at the same time, the side door 3 is driven to move transversely along the vehicle body until the lower pulley device 3.4 falls on the lower sliding rail 1.9 and is staggered with the side door 3 which is not opened at the same side, and the opened side door 3 is pushed to one end of the vehicle which is not opened with the side door 3 along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, so that a door hole between the end wall 2 and the door column 6 is exposed, and loading and unloading operations are carried out.
When the side door 3 is closed, the hand wheel device 4.6 is rotated towards the inner side of the vehicle body, the upper sliding rail 4.1 and the second lower rotating arm 4.11 of the opening and closing mechanism 4 are driven by the connecting rod mechanism to simultaneously rotate towards the inner lower side of the vehicle body, the side door 3 is driven to transversely move to a closed position along the vehicle body, and then the vehicle door is locked.
When the goods blocking device 7 is used, the goods blocking device 7 is placed longitudinally or transversely along a vehicle body, the upper plug pin 7.5 and the lower plug pin 7.11 are respectively aligned with an upper limit hole of the vehicle roof 5 and a lower limit hole of the underframe 1, the pedal 7.9 is stepped on, the hook 7.7 at the hook seat 7.6 is released, then the pedal 7.9 is released, the restraint at the upper end of the third spring device 7.12 is released, the third spring device 7.12 stretches downwards, the lower plug pin 7.11 is pushed to move downwards and is inserted into the lower limit hole of the underframe 1 through the spring baffle 7.13, and meanwhile, the upper plug pin 7.5 is driven to stretch out and be inserted into the upper limit hole of the vehicle roof 5 through the connecting rod mechanism, so that the displacement of the goods blocking device 7 is limited. When the goods blocking device 7 is required to be loosened, the pedal 7.9 is stepped on, the third spring device 7.12 is compressed, the upper plug pin 7.5 and the lower plug pin 7.11 are led out of the upper limit hole of the roof 5 and the lower limit hole of the underframe 1, and the hook 7.7 is rotated to clamp the hook seat 7.6.
