the working end and the non-working end fixed connection of grab bucket of excavator, crushing mechanism install inside the working end of grab bucket, and the input of suction mechanism communicates to the inside of grab bucket, and the suction mechanism output communicates to the inside of agitated vessel, and pitch conveyor's output communicates to agitated vessel's input, and agitated vessel's output communicates with the input of brickmaking equipment.

Preferably, the brick making equipment comprises a rack, a feeding mechanism, a second linear driver, an upper die, a lower die and a discharging mechanism, wherein the second linear driver, the upper die and the lower die are installed on the rack from top to bottom;
the lower die comprises a forming plate, a bottom plate and a third linear driver, wherein the output end of the third linear driver is vertically arranged upwards, the forming plate is fixedly connected with the output end of the third linear driver, the bottom plate is arranged right below the forming plate, a plurality of forming holes distributed at equal intervals are formed in the forming plate, and bosses which correspond to the forming holes one to one are arranged on the upper die;
the discharging mechanism comprises a third baffle, a fourth linear driver, a fifth linear driver, a conveyor, wherein the output ends of the fourth linear driver and the fifth linear driver are vertically and upwards arranged, the working surface of the conveyor is horizontally arranged, the working surface of the conveyor is positioned under the bottom plate, the output end of the fourth linear driver penetrates through the conveyor and abuts against the bottom surface of the bottom plate, the output end of the fifth linear driver is fixedly connected with the third baffle, and a photoelectric switch is arranged on the third baffle, wherein the working end of the photoelectric switch penetrates through the third baffle and is arranged towards the bottom plate;
in the brick making state, the top surface of the bottom plate is attached to the bottom surface of the forming plate; and under the discharging state, the bottom plate is separated from the forming plate and is positioned on the working surface of the conveyor.
Preferably, the feeding mechanism comprises a storage hopper, a vibrator and a first linear pusher; the non-working end of the first linear pusher is fixedly connected with the rack, the working end of the first linear pusher penetrates through the rack and is fixedly connected with the non-working end of the hopper, sliding grooves are formed in the two sides of the side portion of the hopper in the length direction, the hopper is connected with the rack in a sliding mode to horizontally slide, blanking openings which correspond to the forming holes of the forming plates one to one and are the same in shape are formed in the bottom of the hopper, the input end of the hopper is vertically upward, and the vibration motor is fixedly installed at the upper end of the hopper.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the grab bucket 1 includes a frame 1a, an upper bucket 1b, a lower bucket 1c, a first swing driver 1d, a second swing driver 1e, and a first striker plate 1 f; the non-working end of the frame 1a is fixedly connected with the working end of the excavator, the non-working end of the upper bucket 1b is rotatably connected with the working end of the frame 1a, the working end of the upper bucket 1b is arranged downwards, the non-working end of the lower bucket 1c is rotatably connected with the working end of the frame 1a, the working end of the lower bucket 1c is arranged upwards, the non-working end of the first swing driver 1d is rotatably connected with the working end of the frame 1a, the working end of the first swing driver 1d is rotatably connected with the non-working end of the upper bucket 1b, the working end of the second swing driver 1e is rotatably connected with the non-working end of the upper bucket 1b, the non-working end of the second swing driver 1e is rotatably connected with the working end of the frame 1a, and the first material baffle plate 1f is fixedly installed at the periphery of the working end of the lower bucket 1 c.

The hydraulic push rod 1d1 stretches out and draws back and drives the upper hopper 1b and the lower hopper 1c to form an occlusion motion, and the hydraulic push rod 1d1 has stronger driving force, and more effectively grabs construction waste.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the crushing mechanism 2 includes an upper crushing tooth group 2a and a lower crushing tooth group 2 b; last crushing teeth group 2a installs admittedly in the opening part of last fill 1b, the prong orientation of last crushing teeth group 2a extends to the direction of keeping away from last fill 1b, and the prong of last crushing teeth group 2a extends to the outside of the face of fighting 1b, lower crushing teeth group 2b fixed mounting is in the opening part of fighting 1c down, the prong orientation of lower crushing teeth group 2b extends down the direction of keeping away from fighting 1c down, and the prong of lower crushing teeth group 2b and the face parallel and level of fighting 1c down, lower crushing teeth group 2b is including the crushing tooth that a plurality of equidistant set up side by side, be provided with the feed opening who communicates the inside and outside both sides of fighting 1c down between the adjacent crushing tooth.

The worker conveys the crushed construction waste and the asphalt to a working area of the stirring device 5 through the suction device and the asphalt conveying device 4, the stirring device 5 drives the first gear 5f through the rotary driver 5b, the first gear 5f is meshed with the second gear 5g, the first gear 5f drives the second gear 5g to rotate, the second gear drives the rotating shaft to rotate, the rotating shaft drives the stirring blade 5c to rotate, the stirring blade rotates to uniformly stir the construction waste and the asphalt, after the construction waste and the asphalt are uniformly stirred, the second material baffle 5e of agitator 5a output rotates and opens, and the material that stirs falls into the input of second material conveyer through agitator 5 a's output, and the conveyer is carried the material to brickmaking equipment 6, makes better the mixing of material be in the same place through the even stirring of agitated vessel 5.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10-12, the brick making device 6 includes a frame 6a, a feeding mechanism 6b, a second linear actuator 6c, an upper die 6d, a lower die 6e, and a discharging mechanism 6f, where the second linear actuator 6c, the upper die 6d, and the lower die 6e are installed on the frame 6a from top to bottom, the frame 6a is installed with a vertically arranged guide mechanism 6a1, the upper die 6d and the lower die 6e are both connected with the frame 6a through the guide mechanism 6a1 in a sliding manner, an output end of the second linear actuator 6c is vertically arranged downward and fixedly connected with the upper die 6d, an output end of the feeding mechanism 6b is located at a feeding end of the lower die 6e, and an input end of the discharging mechanism 6f is located at a discharging end of the lower die 6 e;
the lower die 6e comprises a forming plate 6e1, a bottom plate 6e3 and a third linear driver 6e4, the output end of the third linear driver 6e4 is vertically arranged upwards, the forming plate 6e1 is fixedly connected with the output end of the third linear driver 6e4, the bottom plate 6e3 is arranged right below the forming plate 6e1, a plurality of forming holes 6e2 which are distributed at equal intervals are formed in the forming plate 6e1, and bosses 6d1 which correspond to the forming holes 6e2 one by one are arranged on the upper die 6 d;
the discharging mechanism 6f comprises a third baffle 6f1, a fourth linear driver 6f3, a fifth linear driver 6f2 and a conveyor 6f4, the output ends of the fourth linear driver 6f3 and the fifth linear driver 6f2 are both arranged vertically upwards, the working surface of the conveyor 6f4 is horizontally arranged, the working surface of the conveyor 6f4 is positioned right below the bottom plate 6e3, the output end of the fourth linear driver 6f3 passes through the conveyor 6f4 to abut against the bottom surface of the bottom plate 6e3, the output end of the fifth linear driver 6f2 is fixedly connected with the third baffle 6f1, and a photoelectric switch 6f5 is arranged on the third baffle 6f1, the working end of the photoelectric switch penetrates through the third baffle 6f1 and faces the bottom plate 6e 3;
in the brick making state, the top surface of the bottom plate 6e3 is attached to the bottom surface of the forming plate 6e 1; in the discharging state, the bottom plate 6e3 is separated from the forming plate 6e1, and the bottom plate 6e3 is positioned on the working surface of the conveyor 6f 4.
The stirring device 5 conveys stirred materials into a material pushing device, a conveyor 6f4 conveys a floor to a position right below a forming plate 6e1, a material baffle plate at the output end of a rack 6a blocks a bottom plate 6e3, a fourth linear driver 6f3 pushes the bottom plate 6e3 upwards to be attached to the forming plate 6e1, the output end of a feeding mechanism 6b pushes the upper end of a forming plate 6e1 to convey the stirred materials into the forming plate 6e1, the feeding mechanism 6b returns to the original position after the materials are conveyed, a second linear driver 6c pushes a boss 6d1 downwards to extrude the materials, the second linear driver 6c stops pushing after the extrusion is finished, a third linear driver 6e4 pushes the forming plate 6e1 upwards to be separated from the extruded materials, the fourth linear driver contracts to drive the bottom plate 6e3 and the extruded materials to descend, and the bottom plate 6e3 descends to a working part of the conveyor 6f4 directly, the forming plate 6e1 and the boss 6d1 return to the original positions, photoelectric light-off senses the bottom plate 6e3, the fifth line driver lifts the third material blocking plate upwards, the conveyor 6f4 conveys the bottom plate 6e3 to the output end to wait for processing of workers, and the equipment is full-automatic brick making equipment 6, so that the cost is saved and the production efficiency is improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 12-13, the feeding mechanism 6b includes a storage hopper 6b1, a vibrator 6b2, and a first linear pusher 6b 3; the non-working end of the first linear pusher 6b3 is fixedly connected with the frame 6a, the working end of the first linear pusher 6b3 penetrates through the frame 6a and is fixedly connected with the non-working end of the hopper, sliding grooves are formed in the two sides of the length direction of the side portion of the hopper, the hopper is connected with the frame 6a in a sliding mode to slide horizontally, blanking openings which correspond to the forming holes 6e2 of the forming plates 6e1 in a one-to-one mode and are identical in shape are formed in the bottom of the hopper, the input end of the hopper faces upwards vertically, and the vibration motor is fixedly installed at the upper.
Stirring equipment 5 conveys stirred materials into a hopper, a first linear pusher 6b3 conveys a storage hopper 6b1 to the position above a forming plate 6e1, a vibrator 6b2 vibrates to enable the materials to fall into a brick making mold from the output end of the hopper, after the materials uniformly fall into the forming plate 6e1, the vibration motor stops vibrating, the first linear pusher 6b3 retracts to enable the storage hopper 6b1 to return to the original position, the materials can be uniformly conveyed into the brick making mold by the aid of the vibrator 6b2, and brick making quality is effectively improved.
The working principle of the invention;
a worker operates an excavator to drive the grab bucket 1 to clamp construction waste tightly, the excavator is matched with a crushing mechanism to crush the construction waste, the crushed material flows into the lower bucket 1c from a feeding opening of the lower crushing tooth group 2b, a vacuum pump 3c of a suction mechanism 3 sucks the crushed construction waste in the lower bucket 1c into a first storage box 3a through a suction pipeline 3b, a first material conveyer 3d conveys the crushed construction waste in the first storage box 3a to a stirring device 5, the worker puts asphalt into a second storage box 4a, an asphalt heater 4e heats asphalt in the second storage box 4a to enable the asphalt to flow, the air storage box inflates and pressurizes the second storage box 4a through an air pipeline, the air pressurizer conveys the asphalt in the second storage box 4a into the stirring device 5 through a discharge pipeline 4b, the stirring blade of the stirring device 5 rotates to uniformly stir the construction waste and the asphalt, after the construction waste and the asphalt are uniformly stirred, the second material baffle plate 5e at the output end of the stirring barrel 5a rotates to be opened, the stirred material falls into the input end of a second material conveyor through the output end of the stirring barrel 5a, the conveyor conveys the material to the brick making device 6, a conveyor 6f4 of the brick making device 6 conveys the floor to be right below a forming plate 6e1, the material baffle plate at the output end of the rack 6a blocks a bottom plate 6e3, a fourth linear driver 6f3 pushes the bottom plate 6e3 upwards to be attached to the forming plate 6e1, the output end of a feeding mechanism 6b is pushed to be above the end of the forming plate 6e1, the stirred material is conveyed to the inside of the forming plate 6e1, the feeding mechanism 6b returns to the original position after the material is conveyed, a second linear driver 6c pushes a boss 6d1 downwards to extrude the material, after extrusion is completed, the second linear driver 6c stops pushing, the third linear driver 6e4 pushes the forming plate 6e1 upwards to be separated from extruded materials, the fourth direct driver contracts to drive the bottom plate 6e3 and the extruded materials to descend, the bottom plate 6e3 descends to the working part of the conveyor 6f4, the forming plate 6e1 and the boss 6d1 return to the original positions, the photoelectric switch senses the bottom plate 6e3, the fifth linear driver lifts the third material baffle plate upwards, and the conveyor 6f4 conveys the bottom plate 6e3 to the output end to wait for processing of workers.
