The remote control rotary push type constipation releasing device related to the embodiment further comprises a remote controller, the remote controller is used for controlling the opening, the advancing and the retreating of the propeller and performing the submerged type work to release the excrement, and the remote controller and the control module 4 correspondingly form a control system to realize the work control of the propeller with the submerged type structure.
The propeller related to the embodiment is designed to have the overall dimension of 36mm in length and 13mm in cross section diameter or 28mm in length and 10mm in cross section diameter; the outer shell 1 of the propeller, the scraper 7 and the propeller 5 are all made of hard, transparent, nontoxic and tasteless plastics.
The propeller of the submersible structure according to the present embodiment is assembled by aseptic processing of each of the structural components.
Example 2:
the embodiment relates to a technical process for loosening caked excrement by a remote control rotary push type constipation loosening device, which comprises the following steps:
(1) manually removing the soft seal head 8 of the propeller, inserting the polished rod 12 of the propeller into the sleeve 28 of the push rod 27 in the three-way infusion tube, wherein the propeller can freely rotate, and the push rod retreats into the three-way infusion tube;
(2) the anus of the patient is expanded by using the anus expander, the insertion tube 22 of the three-way infusion tube is inserted into the anus of the patient by 10-15mm, and then lubricating liquid with a lubricating effect is continuously injected into the patient from the liquid injection tube 20, wherein the lubricating liquid comprises glycerine enema or soap water, so that the three-way infusion tube is filled with the lubricating liquid;
(3) the propeller is started through the remote controller, the LED lamps 15 of the first control module 41 and the second control module 42 are lightened, the camera 16 starts to shoot a picture, the motor 2 of the propeller starts to operate, and the motor shaft 10 drives the scraper 7 and the propeller 5 to rotate through the first screw rod 61 and the second screw rod; the two propellers 5 rotate simultaneously to push the propeller to move forwards; the image emitter 17 sends out an image signal, and medical personnel can monitor the working state of the propeller on a display screen;
(4) the propeller is controlled to continue to advance by a remote controller, the hand-held propeller rod 27 moves forwards along with the propeller and controls the direction and the speed of the propeller, after the scraper 7 contacts hard excrement, the excrement is cut into pieces to be melted into liquid, the front propeller 5 further throws the pieces to the periphery, the rear propeller 5 discharges the pieces outwards, a switch 19 on the excrement discharge pipe 21 is opened, and slurry mixed with the excrement pieces is discharged out of the body through a lower-layer cavity 24 and the excrement discharge pipe 21 of the three-way infusion tube; the propeller is controlled by a remote controller and a propeller rod 27 to move back and forth repeatedly in the liquid, the remaining hard excrement blocks are broken, and at the moment, the liquid is continuously injected into the intestinal tract through a three-way infusion tube until the blockage in the intestinal tract is converted into slurry and automatically flows out;
(5) after the hard excrement blocks in the intestinal tract are broken and discharged out of the body, the propeller is controlled to retreat into the three-way infusion tube through the remote controller and the propeller rod 27, the liquid injection into the intestinal tract is stopped, and the three-way infusion tube is taken out, so that the rapid treatment of the constipation of the patient is completed.
After the propeller related to the embodiment is used, the propeller can be repeatedly used after being cleaned, disinfected and sterilized.
The whole treatment process of the embodiment can be completed in only 10 minutes, and the preparation method is obvious in curative effect, safe, reliable, painless for patients, suitable for wide popularization and wide in market application prospect.
Claims (6)
1. A remote control rotary push type constipation relieving device is characterized in that a main body structure of the device comprises a propeller with a submerged structure and a three-way type infusion tube, the main body structure of the propeller with the submerged structure comprises an outer shell, a motor, an annular battery, a first control module, a second control module, a propeller, a first screw rod, a second screw rod, a scraper, a soft seal head and a polished rod, the outer shell is cylindrical, and the two ends of the outer shell are provided with the soft seal heads with a buckle cover sleeve structure; the soft seal head is in a hemispherical curved surface shape and is connected with the outer shell in a buckling manner, and the soft seal head is used for protecting the propeller in a non-working state; the motor is positioned at the central symmetrical position in the outer shell; the annular battery is sleeved on the stator of the motor and is in electrical information connection with the motor; the first control module and the second control module are both hollow annular structures and are respectively fixedly sleeved on motor shafts at two ends of the motor; the first control module comprises an LED illuminating lamp, a camera and an image emitter; the second control module comprises an LED illuminating lamp, a signal receiver and a signal transmitter, and the LED illuminating lamp, the signal receiver, the camera, the image transmitter and the signal transmitter are respectively and electrically connected with the annular battery; the first screw rod is fixedly connected with the end face of the motor shaft on one side provided with the first control module, the second screw rod is fixedly connected with the end face of the motor shaft on one side provided with the second control module, and the first screw rod and the second screw rod are both provided with scrapers and propellers and are fixed by nuts; the scrapers are in a four-claw shape with a concave middle part, extend out of the shell by 3mm and are used for scraping intestinal blockage or constipation blocks, and the concave openings of the two scrapers face the soft seal heads on one side where the scrapers are located respectively; the propellers are 3-blade propellers, the two propellers are symmetrically and fixedly arranged at the tail ends of the first screw rod and the second screw rod respectively by taking the motor as a central line and are positioned at a middle sunken opening of the scraper, and the two propellers rotate together to push the propeller with a submerged structure to move forwards; the polished rod is fixedly connected with the second screw rod, the polished rod is a cylinder with a smooth outer surface, the outer diameter of the polished rod is smaller than that of the second screw rod, and the polished rod is also provided with a sealing ring; the main structure of the three-way infusion tube comprises an infusion tube, a defecation tube, an insertion tube and a push rod, wherein the insertion tube is internally divided into an upper layer of cavity and a lower layer of cavity, and the upper layer of cavity is communicated with the infusion tube and used for inputting liquid; the lower cavity is communicated with the excrement discharge pipe and is used for discharging excrement; the liquid injection pipe and the defecation pipe can be straightened and can be bent; the tail end of the defecation pipe is provided with a switch, and after the switch is turned on, liquid in the intestinal tract of the patient can be discharged out of the body from the defecation pipe; the propelling rod is a round rod with a handle and a smooth outer surface, and the front end of the propelling rod is a hollow sleeve; the inner wall of the sleeve is smooth, and the inner diameter of the sleeve is matched with the outer diameter of a polished rod of the propeller, so that only the polished rod with the sealing ring can be inserted into the sleeve and can rotate freely; one end of a sleeve of the push rod is positioned in the upper-layer cavity, one end of a handle of the push rod is positioned outside the upper-layer cavity, a sealing ring is arranged at the joint between the push rod and the upper-layer cavity, and the push rod can move forwards or backwards in the upper-layer cavity; the diameter of the upper cavity is larger than the outer diameter of the propeller.
2. The remote rotary push type constipation release apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the left and right ends of the motor are positioned by circlips for a shaft.
3. The remote rotary push type constipation releaser according to claim 1, wherein the outer end faces of the four claws of the scraper are of a flat configuration.

The remote control rotary push type constipation releasing device according to claim 1, wherein a protrusion is provided at the center of the inner cavity of the outer housing, the outer surfaces of the ring-shaped battery, the first control module and the second control module are provided with a groove, the size of the groove is matched with the protrusion of the outer housing, and the protrusion is embedded in the groove of the ring-shaped battery, the first control module and the second control module, so as to fix the ring-shaped battery, the first control module and the second control module against rotation.
5. The remote control rotary push type constipation releasing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first control module, the second control module, the outer housing and the motor shaft are sealed with plastic sealing rings to prevent liquid from penetrating.
6. The remote control rotary push type constipation releasing device according to claim 1, wherein the process of releasing the caked stool by the remote control rotary push type constipation releasing device comprises the steps of:
(1) manually removing the soft seal head of the propeller, inserting the polish rod of the propeller into the sleeve of the pushing rod in the three-way infusion tube, wherein the propeller must freely rotate, and the pushing rod retreats into the three-way infusion tube;
(2) the anus of the patient is expanded by using the anus expander, the insertion tube of the three-way infusion tube is inserted into the anus of the patient for 10-15mm, and then lubricating liquid with a lubricating effect is continuously injected into the patient from the liquid injection tube, wherein the lubricating liquid comprises glycerine enema or soap water, so that the three-way infusion tube is filled with the lubricating liquid;
(3) the propeller is started through the remote controller, the LED lamps of the first control module and the second control module are lightened, the camera starts to shoot a camera, the motor of the propeller starts to operate, and the motor shaft drives the scraper and the propeller to rotate through the first screw rod and the second screw rod; the two propellers rotate simultaneously to push the propeller to move forwards; the image emitter sends an image signal, and medical personnel can monitor the working state of the propeller on the display screen;
(4) the propeller is controlled to continue to advance through the remote controller, the propeller moves forwards along with the propeller by hand and controls the direction and the speed of the propeller, after the scraper contacts hard excrement, the excrement is cut into pieces and is melted into liquid, the screw propeller in the front throws the pieces to the periphery, the screw propeller in the rear discharges the pieces outwards, the switch on the excrement discharge pipe is turned on, and slurry mixed with the excrement pieces is discharged out of the body through the lower-layer cavity of the three-way type infusion pipe and the excrement discharge pipe; the propeller is controlled by a remote controller and a propeller rod to move back and forth repeatedly in the liquid, the residual hard excrement blocks are broken, and at the moment, the liquid is continuously injected into the intestinal tract through a three-way infusion tube until the blockage in the intestinal tract is converted into slurry and automatically flows out;
(5) after the hard excrement blocks in the intestinal tract are broken and discharged out of the body, the propeller is controlled to retreat into the three-way infusion tube through the remote controller and the propeller rod, liquid is stopped from being injected into the intestinal tract, the three-way infusion tube is taken out, and the rapid treatment of the constipation of the patient is completed.
