4. the puncture needle is clamped in the clamping groove 18, the tray 15 is placed in the placing groove 14 through the second rotating shaft 16, and the position of the tray 15 is fixed through the buckle 19, so that the puncture needle is convenient for medical personnel to take.

the fixing mechanism (9) comprises a clamping seat (9-1), a backing plate (9-2), a screw (9-3), a hand screw (9-4), an adjusting block (9-5), a screw rod (9-6), a first bevel gear (9-7), a first rotating shaft (9-8), a second bevel gear (9-9) and a crank (9-10); an adjusting groove (9-11) is formed in the inner side wall of the supporting plate (5) on the left side, a screw rod (9-6) is vertically and rotatably arranged in the adjusting groove (9-11) through a bearing, a clamping seat (9-1) is arranged on the right side of the supporting plate (5), the clamping seat (9-1) is arranged in a C shape, an adjusting block (9-5) is fixedly arranged on the left side wall of the clamping seat (9-1), the adjusting block (9-5) is vertically and slidably arranged in the adjusting groove (9-11), and the inner end of the adjusting block (9-5) is rotatably sleeved on the screw rod (9-6) through threads; a first bevel gear (9-7) is fixedly sleeved on the bottom end of the screw rod (9-6), a second bevel gear (9-9) is arranged on the lower side of the first bevel gear (9-7) in a meshed mode, a first rotating shaft (9-8) is fixedly connected to the middle of the second bevel gear (9-9), and the left end of the first rotating shaft (9-8) is fixedly connected with a crank (9-10) after rotating to penetrate through the left side wall of the supporting plate (5) through a bearing; a backing plate (9-2) is arranged in the middle of the clamping seat (9-1), a screw rod (9-3) is rotatably arranged on the bottom surface of the backing plate (9-2) through a bearing, and the lower end of the screw rod (9-3) is fixedly connected with a hand screw (9-4) after rotating to penetrate through the bottom surface of the clamping seat (9-1) through threads.
