The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3a, the embodiment discloses a full-automatic intelligent cooking machine, which includes a rack 200, a furnace body device 100, a blanking mechanism 300, an oil smoke processing device (not shown), a furnace body control device (not shown), an auxiliary material device 10 and a control system (not shown) which are arranged in the rack, wherein the furnace body device 100 includes a pot body (including a furnace core 102, a furnace body 103) and a pot cover 101, the blanking mechanism 300 is arranged above a pot opening of the furnace core 102, the oil smoke processing device is communicated with the pot cover 101, the furnace core 102 is arranged in the furnace body 103, the furnace body 103 is arranged in the rack 200, and the furnace body control device is connected with the furnace body 103 to drive the furnace body 103 to move, so as to control the pot opening of the furnace core 102 to be covered or opened with the pot cover 101; the auxiliary material device 10 is arranged below the wok 100, and an auxiliary material outlet of an auxiliary material pump of the auxiliary material device 10 is communicated with the wok cover 101 through an auxiliary material pipe 1001 (the wok cover is provided with a through hole communicated with the auxiliary material pipe). The control system controls the furnace body device 100, the blanking mechanism 300, the oil fume treatment device, the furnace body control device and the auxiliary material device 10 to work cooperatively.

Referring to fig. 3b, fig. 3b is a schematic structural diagram of a fully automatic intelligent cooker according to another embodiment of the present invention. The structure of the fully-automatic intelligent cooker shown in fig. 3b is the same as that of the fully-automatic intelligent cooker of the previous embodiment, except that the auxiliary material device 10 of the fully-automatic intelligent cooker shown in fig. 3b is integrally in a drawer type structure to be pushed into the rack 200 or pulled out of the rack 200. Specifically, a sliding fit component is arranged between the outer surface of the liquid container frame 11 of the auxiliary material device 10 and the inner surface of the frame 200, so as to facilitate the pushing of the liquid container frame 11 into the frame 200 or the pulling of the liquid container frame 11 out of the frame 200. The full-automatic intelligent cooker provided by the embodiment is particularly suitable for being used for buckling a liquid container 12 of an auxiliary material device onto a liquid container rack 11 from top to bottom in a buckling mode.
The full-automatic intelligent cooking machine that above-mentioned two embodiments provided passes through the auxiliary material pump (liquid pump) work of the auxiliary material device 10 of the structure that control system control adopted liquid container quick replacement device to realize that auxiliary material device 10 adds liquid auxiliary material to frying pan 100 in, and then make the cooking machine possess the function of automatic interpolation auxiliary material, use the convenience of cooking machine with the improvement user.
The liquid container base is provided with a liquid containing cavity, a raised pin column arranged in the liquid containing cavity and a liquid outlet communicated with the inside and the outside of the liquid containing cavity, the pin column is used for acting on the valve type bottle cap of the liquid container, and the liquid outlet is used for being connected with a liquid pump; when the liquid container is connected with the liquid container base, a valve of a valve type bottle cap of the liquid container opens a valve port under the action of the pin, and liquid in the liquid container flows out of the valve port and enters the liquid accommodating cavity; when the liquid container is detached from the liquid container base, the valve of the valve type bottle cap leaves the pin column to close the valve port; when the liquid container is connected with the liquid container base, the liquid containing cavity is in a sealed state.
The following will describe in detail specific configurations of embodiments that can be adopted by the liquid container quick change apparatus provided by the present invention, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 4, 5a and 5b, there is shown a schematic structural view of a quick change device 10 for liquid containers according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The liquid container quick change device 10 provided by the embodiment comprises a liquid container frame 11 and a liquid container 12, wherein the liquid container frame 11 is provided with at least one liquid container accommodating cavity, and the cavity of the liquid container base forms the liquid accommodating cavity. Each liquid container receiving cavity is used for correspondingly receiving one liquid container 12, and each liquid container 12 is used for containing different liquid. It is understood that the liquid mentioned in the present and the following embodiments includes liquid in a water shape or a viscous liquid.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6a to 6d, the liquid container rack 11 provided in this embodiment includes at least one liquid container base 111, a cavity of the liquid container base 111 forms the liquid container accommodating cavity 110, a liquid outlet 112 is disposed at a bottom of the cavity of the liquid container base 111 and communicates with the inside and the outside of the cavity of the liquid container base, and the liquid outlet 112 is used for connecting a liquid pump 116. The liquid container (provided with a valve type bottle cap including a valve port and a cap valve for closing or opening the valve port) accommodated in the liquid container base 111 is also provided with a raised pin 113, when the liquid container 12 provided with the valve type bottle cap is accommodated in the corresponding liquid container accommodating cavity 110, the pin 113 arranged in the liquid container accommodating cavity 110 is opposite to the valve type bottle cap of the liquid container and acts on the cap valve of the valve type bottle cap to open the valve port, and the liquid in the liquid container flows out through the valve port and enters the cavity of the liquid container base when the valve port is opened, and then flows out to the liquid pump through the liquid outlet; when the liquid container is separated from the liquid container receiving cavity 110 of the liquid container base, the cover valve of the valve type cover automatically resets to close the valve port while leaving the pin column, so as to close the liquid container 12. When the liquid container is received in the liquid container base, the liquid container receiving chamber 110 is in a sealed state.
As a new point of the present embodiment, the liquid container quick replacement device 10 disclosed in the present embodiment uses the liquid container 12 with a valve type cap, and the pin 113 is provided on the liquid container receiving cavity 110 provided on the liquid container frame 11 for receiving the liquid container 12, and the pin 113 can act on the valve type cap of the liquid container 12 received in the liquid container receiving cavity 110, so that the valve port is opened when the liquid container is received in the liquid container receiving cavity and automatically closed when the liquid container is separated from the liquid container receiving cavity, thereby realizing quick installation or removal of the liquid container from the liquid container frame 11, and realizing addition of liquid or replacement of the liquid container.
Hereinafter, the detailed structure of a liquid container that can be employed by the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail through a plurality of embodiments.
Referring to fig. 7a to 7g, a specific structure of a first embodiment of a liquid container according to the present invention is shown. The liquid container 12 provided in this embodiment includes a liquid container body 121, and a valve-type bottle cap 122, where the liquid container body 121 is provided with an inlet/outlet port (not shown) at the bottom, and the valve-type bottle cap 122 is used for closing or opening the inlet/outlet port. The valve type bottle cap 122 is a valve type bottle cap, and specifically includes a cap 1221 and a pressing mechanism 1222, where the cap 1221 is provided with a valve port 1220 communicating the inside and the outside of the cap, and a base 12211 for connecting the pressing mechanism 1222. The base 12211 is provided with a through hole 12210, the pressing mechanism 1222 includes a push rod 12221 passing through the through hole 12210, a pressing portion 12220 is provided at an end of the push rod 12221 exposed outside the cover, a bottle cap valve 12222 for closing or opening the valve port 1220 is provided at an end of the push rod 12221 passing through the through hole 12210 to enter inside the cover, an elastic element 12223 is sleeved on the push rod 12221, and the elastic element 12223 is disposed between the pressing portion 12220 and the base 12211. When the valve-type bottle cap 122 closes the inlet/outlet, the pressing portion 12220 compresses the elastic element 12223 and pushes the cap valve 12222 to open the valve port 1220 under an external force, so that the liquid in the liquid container 12 can flow out of the valve port 1220; when the external force disappears, the pressing portion 12220 is reset by the elastic element 12223, so as to drive the bottle cap valve 12222 to close the valve port 1220.
It can be seen that, the liquid container 12 provided in this embodiment can be quickly connected and disconnected by using the above-mentioned valve cap structure, when the liquid container 12 needs to be connected for using liquid, the valve cap closes the inlet/outlet, so that the inlet/outlet of the liquid container 12 faces an action component of an external device (e.g. a pin of a base of the liquid container), and the pressing portion 12220 of the valve cap 122 compresses the elastic element 12223 under the pin action and pushes the cap valve 12222 to open the valve port 1220, so that the liquid in the liquid container 12 can flow out from the valve port 1220, thereby realizing quick connection and use of the liquid container. When the liquid in the liquid container 12 is used up and the liquid needs to be added or replaced, the liquid container 12 can be quickly disassembled only by pulling the liquid container 12 outward to separate the pressing portion 12220 of the valve type bottle cap 122 from the action part of the external device, and the pressing portion 12220 is reset under the action of the elastic element 12223 while being separated from the action part of the external device, so that the bottle cap valve 12222 is driven to close the valve port 1220, the leakage phenomenon of the residual liquid in the liquid container in the process of replacing the liquid container 12 is effectively prevented, and quick replacement is realized. Therefore, the liquid container that this embodiment provided can realize that liquid container's but bare-handed quick disconnect and high-speed joint in order to change or add liquid, realizes the leak protection of liquid container change in-process, improves convenience and the security of using.
Specifically, the liquid container body 121 provided in this embodiment mainly includes a top wall 1211, a bottom wall 1212, and four sidewalls (including a front sidewall 1213a, a rear sidewall 1213b, a left sidewall 1213c, and a right sidewall 1213d, which form a cubic structure.
A handle 12130 is provided on the front side wall 1213a of the liquid container body 121, and the handle 12130 is preferably integrally formed with the material bottle body 121. In this embodiment, the handle 12130 is provided on the front side wall 1213a of the liquid container body 121, so that the handle 12130 can be held by hand to facilitate the replacement of the liquid container. Wherein the pull handle 12130 is an in-line groove design (see fig. 11) or a raised handle design.
The middle portion of the cover 1221 of the valve cap 122 is a hollow cavity 12210, and the hollow cavity 12210 communicates with the cover inside 1223 and the cover outside 1224. The base 12211 is fixed in the hollow cavity 12210 by a connecting member 12213, and the valve port 1220 is formed by a slot between the base 12211 and the inner wall 12214 of the cover constituting the hollow cavity 12210. One end of the hollow cavity 12210 connected to the cover inner side 1223 forms an inner side opening 12230, the base 12211 is close to the inner side opening 12230, and a space between the base 12211 and the inner side opening 12230 forms a valve accommodating chamber for accommodating the bottle cap valve 12222. When the cap valve 12222 is restored to be received in the valve receiving cavity by the elastic member 12223, the cap valve 12222 completely closes the inner opening 12230, thereby closing the valve port 1220. By adopting the valve type door cover structure, the bottle cover valve 12222 can be ensured to be completely closed on the valve port 1220 when being reset, and the overflow or leakage phenomenon can be effectively prevented. The hollow cavity 12210 is cylindrical, and the base is in the shape of a circular ring with a central hole. The bottle cap valve is made of disc-shaped plastic/silica gel materials, and the center of the bottle cap valve 12222 is connected with the push rod 12221. The elastic element 12223 is a spring, one end of the spring 12223 abuts against or is connected to the base 12211, and the other end of the spring 12223 abuts against or is connected to the pressing portion 12220.
As a preferred design of this embodiment, the connecting member 12213 is provided with a plurality of connecting members 12213, and each of the connecting members 12213 is used as a guiding arm, one end of each of the connecting members 12213 starts at the connection position with the base 12211, and the other end extends along the inner wall 12214 of the cover constituting the hollow cavity 12210 to be connected with the outer side 1224 of the cover. This embodiment is preferably designed to facilitate the rapid outflow of the liquid in the liquid container by using each of the connection members 12213 as a guide arm for guiding the outflow of the liquid in the liquid container, one end of which starts at the connection with the base 12211 and the other end of which extends along the inner wall 12214 of the cover constituting the hollow cavity 12210 to be connected with the outer side 1224 of the cover.
As a preferred design of this embodiment, the valve type bottle cap 122 is detachably connected to the liquid container body 121; the liquid container body 121 is provided with an external thread on an outer wall of a discharge chamber constituting the inlet/outlet port, and an internal thread matching and connecting with the external thread is provided on an inner side surface of the lid body 1221 of the valve type lid 122. It can be seen that the inlet/outlet ports of the liquid container 12 of the embodiment of the present invention are both inlet ports and outlet ports. When the valve cap 122 is used as a feed port, the valve cap is detached from the liquid container body 121, so that liquid can be added into the cavity of the liquid container body 121 through the liquid container feed port/discharge port (the feed port/discharge port is directed upward when liquid is added into the cavity of the liquid container body). When used as a spout, the valve-type cap 122 is closed on the liquid container body 121, the cap valve 12222 is pushed by external force and the elastic member 12223 is compressed to open the valve port 1220, thereby enabling the liquid to flow out (when used as a spout, the liquid container is turned upside down so that the spout is located downward or downward). The valve type bottle cap is convenient to rapidly detach and connect with the liquid container body through the arrangement of threaded connection.
Referring to fig. 8a to 8e, a second embodiment of a liquid container according to the present invention is shown. The liquid container 12 provided in this embodiment includes a liquid container body 121 and a valve type bottle cap 122, and is different from the liquid container structure provided in the first embodiment in that an outer opening 12240 is formed at an end of a hollow cavity 12210 of a cap body 1221 of the valve type bottle cap 122 connected to an outer side 1224 of the cap body, an annular protective housing 1228 extends outward (in a direction away from the inner opening 12230) from an edge of the outer opening 12240, and the pressing portion 12220 is disposed in a cavity formed by the protective housing 1228. In this improvement scheme, can effectively protect the outstanding splenium of pressing on the valve formula bottle lid through design protective housing 1228, avoid liquid container in the removal in-process bump lead to pressing the splenium to be acted on and promote the liquid that the door valve opened in the liquid container and spill.
Referring to fig. 9a to 9e, a third embodiment of a liquid container according to the present invention is shown. As with the liquid container structure provided in the second embodiment, the liquid container 12 provided in this embodiment includes a liquid container body 121 and a valve type bottle cap 122, and the valve type bottle cap 122 is provided with a protective shell 1228, except that the protective shell 1228 is provided with a notch 1228a on a rear wall of the liquid container body 121 in a length direction of the liquid container body 121 (i.e., a direction from a front side wall 1213a to a rear side wall 1213b of the liquid container body 121). In this improvement, can effectively protect the outstanding splenium of pressing on the valve formula bottle lid through the design protective housing, avoid liquid container to bump in the removal process and lead to pressing the splenium to be acted on and promote the gate valve to open and make the liquid in the liquid container spill, and the design breach is for cooperating the effect part (for example the round pin post of liquid container base etc.) use of external device, when liquid container and external device (for example the liquid container base) for the level is pushed in/is pushed out and is realized connecting/separating, can avoid protective housing and round pin post to take place to interfere through design breach 1228 a.
Referring to fig. 10a to 10e, a detailed structure of a fourth embodiment of a liquid container according to the present invention is shown. As with the liquid container structure provided in the second embodiment, the liquid container 12 provided in this embodiment includes a liquid container body 121 and a valve type bottle cap 122, and the valve type bottle cap 122 is provided with a protective shell 1228, except that the protective shell 1228 is provided with two notches 1228b opposite to each other in a length direction of the liquid container body 121 (i.e., a direction from a front side wall 1213a to a rear side wall 1213b of the liquid container body 121). As a further preferable configuration, in addition to the liquid container shown in the four embodiments, as shown in fig. 20, an inclined guide portion 12100 inclined in the direction of the inlet/outlet port is provided on the inner surface of the bottom wall of the liquid container body 121. Referring back to fig. 6a to 6d, the base 111 of the liquid container provided in this embodiment is mainly formed by connecting a bottom plate 1111, a back plate 1112, a left side plate 1113, a right side plate 1114 and a front plate 1115. The pin 113 is provided on the inner surface of the base plate. Preferably, when the liquid container 11 is attached to the liquid container base 111, the level A1-A1 of the outside opening 12240 of the valve-type cover 122 is lower than the top edge B1-B1 (see FIG. 17c) within the cavity of the liquid container base 111. With this preferred solution, when the liquid container 12 is connected to the liquid container base 111 and the valve port 1220 is pushed open, the liquid in the liquid container flows out from the valve port and enters the cavity of the liquid container base 111, when the liquid level entering the liquid container base 111 reaches the height (level) a1-a1 of the liquid container cover (specifically, the outer opening of the valve-type bottle cap), no air enters the liquid container, at this time, the liquid in the liquid container stops flowing out, the liquid level reaches an equilibrium state, and the level a1-a1 of the outer opening of the valve-type bottle cap is set to be lower than the top edge B1-B1 in the cavity of the liquid container base, it can be ensured that the liquid level in the cavity of the liquid container base 111 does not exceed the top edge in the cavity of the liquid container base 111, thereby effectively preventing liquid from overflowing from the cavity of the liquid container base 111.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the top edge 111b of the liquid container base 111 is engaged with the corresponding connecting edge 111a of the liquid container body connected to the top edge 111b of the liquid container base 111 to realize a sealed connection. Through setting up the liquid container base 111 and the liquid container's of liquid container body 121 and closing mutually, form relative airtight space between the two, prevent that the mosquito from getting into to effectively reduce bacterial growing, make liquid flow in the liquid container 12 in the liquid container base 111, in liquid container base 111 below design liquid pump and liquid outlet, connect liquid outlet extraction liquid with the liquid pump, thereby realize the high-speed joint of liquid container and pipeline.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, on the basis that the top edge of the liquid container base 111 is engaged with the connecting edges provided on the two side walls of the liquid container body 121, or separately provided, the bottom wall or/and the two opposite side walls of the liquid container body 121 are provided with liquid container grooves/beads 1110a, the top edge of the liquid container base 111 is further provided with matching beads/grooves 1110b, and the liquid container body 121 is connected to the liquid container base 111 in a sealing and fixing manner by the matching of the liquid container grooves/beads 1110a and the beads/grooves 1110b provided on the top edge of the liquid container base. By adopting the preferred scheme provided by the embodiment, when the liquid container 12 is connected to the liquid container base 111, the liquid container base 111 is matched with the liquid container 12, and a relatively closed space is formed between the liquid container base 111 and the liquid container 12, so that mosquitoes are prevented from entering, and the growth of bacteria is effectively reduced. Further, the top edge of the liquid container base 111 may be provided with a flange/groove 1110b for matching and connecting with the liquid container groove/flange 1110a of the liquid container body 121, so as to further realize the sealing and fixing connection between the liquid container base 111 and the liquid container 12.
Specifically, in the two embodiments, the surface of the top edge 111b of the liquid container base 111 is planar, and the top edge 111b of the liquid container base 111 includes the top edges of the back plate 1112, the left side plate 1113, and the right side plate 1114. The top edges of the left side plate 1113 and the right side plate 1114 each include a top rear edge (1113a, 1114a), a top middle edge (1113b, 1114b), and a top front edge (1113c, 1114c), and the top rear edges (1113a, 1114a) of the left side plate 1113 and the right side plate 1114 are connected to the top edge 1112a of the rear plate 1112 and are on the same horizontal plane. The horizontal plane of the top front section edges (1113c, 1114c) of the left side plate 1113 and the right side plate 1114 is higher than the horizontal plane of the top rear section edges (1113a, 1114a) of the left side plate 1113 and the right side plate 1114, and the top middle section edges (1113b, 1114b) are obliquely arranged to respectively transitionally connect the top rear section edges (1113a, 1114a) and the top front section edges (1113c, 1114 c).
Further, in the embodiment shown in fig. 11, the widths of the top middle edges (1113b, 1114b) and the top front edges (1113c, 1114c) of the left and right side plates 1113 and 1114 are the same, and the widths of the top middle edges (1113b, 1114b) and the top front edges (1113c, 1114c) of the left and right side plates 1113 and 1114 are smaller than the widths of the top rear edges (1113a, 1114a) of the left and right side plates 1113 and 1114, so that the top middle edges (1113b, 1114b) and the top front edges (1113c, 1114c) of the left and right side plates 1113 and 1114 constitute a liquid container base guide rail 11101, and the liquid container grooves provided on the opposite side walls (left and right side walls 1213c and 1213d) of the liquid container body 121 serve as liquid container guide grooves 11102 matched with the liquid container base guide rail, the liquid container 12 is attached to the liquid container base 111 by the mutual matching of the liquid container base guide rails 11101 and the liquid container guide grooves 11102.
In a preferred embodiment (refer to fig. 16b), when the liquid container 12 is buckled on the liquid container base 111 from top to bottom in a snap-in manner, the liquid container 12 is tightly and fixedly connected with the liquid container base 111 by the mutual matching of the liquid container base guide rails 11101 and the liquid container guide grooves 11102.
In another preferred embodiment (refer to fig. 17c), when the liquid container 12 is pushed onto the liquid container base 111 from front to back in a push-in type, the liquid container 12 is guided to be pushed onto the liquid container base 111 by the mutual matching of the liquid container base guide rails 11101 and the liquid container guide grooves 11102.
Further, the top edge of the liquid container base 111 further comprises a top edge 1115a of the front plate 1115, the top edge 1115a of the front plate 1115 is located at a level lower than the level of the top front edges (1113c, 1114c) of the left side plate 1113 and the right side plate 1114, such that a gap 11103 is defined between the left side plate 1113, the right side plate 1114 and the front plate. The notch 11103 serves as a liquid container inlet/outlet when the liquid container 12 is pushed onto the liquid container base 111 from front to back in a push-in type.
As a further design, as shown in fig. 11, the top surface edge 1115a of the front plate 1115 constitutes a liquid container base fixing flange 11104, the liquid container groove 11105 formed at the position of the bottom wall of the liquid container 12 near the front side wall matches with the liquid container base fixing flange 11104, when the liquid container 12 is snapped into the liquid container base 111 under the matching action of the liquid container base guide rail 11101 and the liquid container guide groove 11102, the liquid container groove 11105 on the bottom wall of the liquid container is snapped into the liquid container base fixing flange 11104 to fix the liquid container 12 on the liquid container base 111 and achieve a more sealed connection state.
Further, the liquid pump 116 for connecting the liquid outlet 112 inside and outside the cavity of the liquid container base has a liquid input port 1161 connected to the liquid outlet 112 through an internal connecting pipe 1162, and a liquid output port 1163 connected to an external connecting pipe (corresponding to the liquid pipe 1001 in fig. 2) for outputting liquid to the outside. The liquid pump 116 is fixed on the outer surface of the bottom plate of the liquid pump base 111, and is specifically fixed on the outer surface 11112 of the bottom plate of the liquid pump base 111 through a liquid pump buckle 117.
Specifically, the bottom inner surface 11111 of the liquid container base 111 comprises a bottom first inner surface 11111a adjacent to the back plate 1112, a bottom second inner surface 11111b adjacent to the front plate 1115, and a bottom third inner surface 11111c connecting the bottom first inner surface 11111a and the bottom second inner surface 11111b, wherein the bottom second inner surface 11111b is located at a lower level than the bottom first inner surface 11111 a. The pin 113 is disposed on the first inner surface 11111a of the bottom plate, and the liquid outlet 112 is disposed on the second inner surface 11111b of the bottom plate and communicates with the inner and outer surfaces of the bottom plate of the liquid container base 111. This embodiment facilitates the pumping of the liquid from the liquid container base 111 by providing the pins 113 on the first inner surface 11111a of the base plate and by providing the liquid outlet 112 on the second inner surface 11111b of the base plate at a level lower than the first inner surface 11111a of the base plate, such that the liquid exiting through the valve ports and into the cavity of the liquid container base 111 under the action of the pins 113 flows from the first inner surface 11111a of the base plate into the second inner surface 11111b of the base plate and finally out through the liquid outlet 112.
Further, the bottom plate outer surface 11112 of the liquid container base 111 includes a bottom plate first outer surface 11112a opposite to the bottom plate first inner surface 11111a, a bottom plate second outer surface 11112b opposite to the bottom plate second inner surface 11111b, and a bottom plate third outer surface 11112c connecting the bottom plate first outer surface 11112a and the bottom plate second outer surface 11112b, and the bottom plate second outer surface 11112b is located at a lower level than the bottom plate first outer surface 11112a, and the liquid pump 113 is fixed on the bottom plate first outer surface 11112a of the liquid pump base 111 by a liquid pump buckle 117. In the present embodiment, a space (a space formed by a height difference between the first outer surface 11112a and the second outer surface 11112b of the bottom plate) for accommodating the liquid pump is formed outside the bottom plate of the liquid container base 111, so that the space can be effectively utilized and the space cost can be saved.
Furthermore, a liquid level sensor 118 is further disposed in the cavity of the liquid container base 111, the liquid level sensor 118 is a non-contact liquid level sensor, and the liquid level sensor 118 is close to the front plate 1115. Specifically, the liquid level sensor 118 includes a float positioning post and a float with a magnet that can be detected by a hall proximity switch disposed outside the front plate. The lower end of the floating block positioning column is connected with the bottom of the cavity of the liquid container base, the upper end of the floating block positioning column is suspended, and the floating block with the magnet moves between the two ends of the floating block positioning column under the action of liquid in the liquid container base. A specific position between two ends of the floating block positioning column and the lower end of the floating block positioning column form a low liquid level detection area, when the floating block with the magnet is positioned in the low liquid level detection area, the floating block can be arranged outside the front plate 1115 to be detected by the Hall proximity switch 119, wherein the Hall proximity switch 119 is connected with the liquid level indicator lamp 120 to prompt a user to add liquid or replace a liquid container. This embodiment is through setting up low liquid level detection region on non-contact level sensor 118 in liquid container base 111, when liquid runs out and the liquid in the liquid container base is also drawn the completion soon in the liquid container, take the liquid level of magnet floating block in the liquid container at any time to drop to low liquid level detection region (reach or be less than low liquid level and remind the position), thereby can be detected by the low liquid level hall proximity switch outside the liquid container base cavity, and send out the signal to the controller through low liquid level hall proximity switch (through corresponding liquid level pilot lamp 120) with the suggestion user adds liquid or changes the liquid container.
Referring to fig. 11 to 13, as a further improvement of the liquid container quick change device provided in this embodiment, the liquid container rack 11 further includes at least one liquid container base support 114 for supporting each liquid container base 111, and each liquid container base support 114 is provided with a liquid container base receiving cavity 1140 for receiving the liquid container base 111. Preferably, the liquid container rack 11 provided in this embodiment includes a plurality of the liquid container base brackets 114, and the plurality of the liquid container base brackets 114 are integrally formed. The width of each liquid container base accommodating cavity 1140 is the same; alternatively, at least two of the liquid container base receiving cavities 1140 may have different widths.
Specifically, referring to fig. 14 to 15, the top edge of each liquid container base 111 extends outward and bends to form a liquid container base groove 11106, and each liquid container base support 114 is provided with a liquid container base support flange 11107 at the top edge of the liquid container base receiving cavity 1140 to be clamped into the liquid container base groove 11106, so as to receive and fix the liquid container base 111 in the liquid container base receiving cavity 1140 of the liquid container base support 114.
It can be seen that, in the present embodiment, by further providing the liquid container base support 114 capable of accommodating the liquid container bases 111, and integrally forming the plurality of liquid container base supports and designing the plurality of liquid container base accommodating cavities 1140 for respectively accommodating the liquid container bases, it is possible to protect each liquid container base 111 from being accommodated (it is possible to effectively prevent parts such as a liquid pump from being exposed), and it is also possible to realize the overall movement and placement of the liquid container quick replacement device for accommodating a plurality of liquid containers. In addition, by designing the convex edge 11107 on the top edge of each liquid container base support 114 corresponding to each liquid container base receiving cavity and designing the concave groove 11106 on the liquid container base 111 correspondingly, when the liquid container base 111 is embedded in the liquid container base support 114, the convex edge 11107 is snapped into the concave groove 11106 to form an automatic locking state, so that the liquid container base 111 can be fixed on the liquid container base support 114.
It can be seen that the liquid container quick change device provided by the present embodiment comprises a liquid container 12, a liquid container base 111 and a liquid container base bracket 114, wherein the liquid container base 111 and the liquid container base bracket 114 are coupled by mating connection between the liquid container 12 and the liquid container base 111, and mating connection between the liquid container base 111 and the liquid container base bracket 114, so as to form a relatively sealed liquid container quick change device whole. When in installation, after the liquid container base 111 is embedded into the liquid container base support 114, the liquid container base support convex edge 11107 is clamped into the liquid container base groove 11106, then after the liquid container is embedded into the liquid container base 111, the liquid container base convex edge 11104 is embedded into the liquid container groove 11105, and the liquid container inclined guide groove 11105 has a guiding and positioning function, so that the liquid container base support 114, the liquid container base 111 and the liquid container 12 form a relative sealing structure.
As an improved design of this embodiment, a hall proximity switch 119 is disposed on the outer surface of the front plate of the liquid container base frame 114 corresponding to each liquid container base receiving cavity, and each hall proximity switch 119 is used for detecting a liquid level sensor 118 received in the liquid container base 111 corresponding to the liquid container base receiving cavity. The quick liquid container replacing device further comprises a controller (not shown) and a liquid level indicator 120, wherein the controller is respectively connected with each hall proximity switch 119 and the liquid level indicator 120, and the liquid level indicator is arranged on the outer surface of the front plate of the liquid container base frame 114; the liquid level indicator 120 is a light display component, an audio device or a display. In the embodiment, the low liquid level hall proximity switch is arranged on the outer surface of the front plate of the liquid container base frame 114 to detect, and the low liquid level hall proximity switch 119 detects the liquid level sensor 118 accommodated in the liquid container base 111 corresponding to the liquid container base accommodating cavity, when the liquid level in the liquid container base 111 is lower than the preset value, a signal is sent to the controller (through the corresponding liquid level indicator 120) through the low liquid level hall proximity switch 119 to prompt a user to add liquid or replace the liquid container.
Referring to fig. 16a to 16c, as a preferable solution of this embodiment, the liquid container 12 provided in this embodiment is buckled to the liquid container base 111 from top to bottom by a snap-in type. The liquid container adopts a design of buckling from top to bottom to the liquid container base, the liquid container and the liquid container base are vertically opposite (a valve type bottle cap 122 of the liquid container is over against a pin 113 on the liquid container base), and a liquid container convex groove of the liquid container is utilized, the liquid container base convex edge is designed correspondingly to the liquid container base convex edge of the liquid container base, the design of the liquid container base convex edge has positioning and guiding functions to realize the sealing connection of the liquid container and the liquid container base, and at the same time of the sealing connection between the liquid container and the liquid container base, the pin 113 disposed in the liquid container base 111 faces the valve type bottle cap 122 of the liquid container 12 and acts on the bottle cap valve of the valve type bottle cap 122 to open the valve port, liquid in the liquid container flows out through the valve port and enters the cavity of the liquid container base when the valve port is opened. When the liquid container needs to be pulled out, the liquid container is pulled out and separated from the bottom to the top by reverse force, the liquid container cover is pulled out and separated from the liquid container base pin column along with the liquid container, the valve of the valve type bottle cover is automatically closed under the action of the elastic element, and in the process of pulling out the liquid container, because the valve type bottle cover is always positioned on the pin column 113 in the cavity 110 of the liquid container base, liquid dropping out at the moment of closing the valve type bottle cover still falls into the liquid container base, and the liquid leakage phenomenon is effectively prevented.
It is understood that, in the liquid container quick change device provided in this embodiment, the liquid container may adopt any one of the structures of the liquid containers provided in the above-mentioned four embodiments, and preferably adopts the structure of the liquid container provided in the second embodiment.
Referring to fig. 17a to 17c, as a preferable solution of this embodiment, the liquid container 12 provided in this embodiment is pushed into the liquid container base 111 from front to back by a push-in type. The design that the liquid container is pushed into the liquid container base from front to back in a push-in type is adopted for the liquid container, the liquid container guide grooves with certain inclination are designed on two sides of the liquid container, the design is corresponding to the liquid container base guide rails of the liquid container base, the design of the liquid container base guide rails 11101 has a positioning guide effect, in the process of replacing the liquid container, the opening of the liquid container is downward, the liquid container is pushed into the liquid container base 111 from the middle liquid container inlet and outlet 11103 of the liquid container base 111, the liquid container 12 slides down to the position along the liquid container base guide rails under the matching action of the liquid container guide grooves 11102 and the liquid container base guide rails 11101, at the moment, the push-assisting effect is achieved, in the process of pulling out the liquid container 12, under the matching action of the liquid container base guide rails 11101 and the liquid container base guide grooves 11102, the liquid container cover 122 is pulled up along with the liquid container and separated from the, the valve type bottle cap valve 12222 automatically closes the valve port 1220 under the action of the elastic element 12223, and simultaneously, the movement track of the liquid container is unchanged under the up-and-down matching action of the liquid container guide groove 11102 and the liquid container base guide rail 11101, so that the valve type bottle cap 122 is always positioned in the liquid container base 111 before the liquid container is completely drawn out, and therefore liquid dripping at the moment when the valve type bottle cap 122 closes the valve port 1220 still falls into the liquid container base 111, and the liquid leakage phenomenon is effectively prevented.
It is understood that, in the liquid container quick change device provided in this embodiment, the liquid container 12 may adopt the structures of the first embodiment, the third embodiment and the fourth embodiment of the liquid containers provided in the above four embodiments.
As a modified solution of this embodiment, an inclined arm 1130 transitionally connected with the pin 113 is further disposed in the cavity of the liquid container base, and the inclined arm 1130 gradually inclines upward toward the pin 113 along a connection end of the first inner surface of the bottom plate and the third inner surface of the bottom plate. It is understood that, in the liquid container quick-change apparatus according to this modification, the liquid container 12 may adopt the structures of the first and fourth embodiments of the liquid container provided in the above-described four embodiments, so as to avoid interference of the bottle cap 122 of the liquid container with the pin 113 and the tilting arm 1130.
Referring back to fig. 4, fig. 5a to 5b, as a further improvement of the above-mentioned solution that the liquid container 12 is pushed into the liquid container base 111 from front to back by a push-in type, the liquid container base bracket 114 includes an upper bracket 1141 and a lower bracket 1142, the upper bracket 1141 is fixed on the lower bracket 1142 by a bracket fixing plate 1144, and the upper bracket 1141 and the lower bracket 1142 are both provided with a plurality of liquid container base receiving cavities 1140. The upper end of the bracket fixing plate 1144 is provided with an upper layer screw locking port 11441 to realize the fixed connection with the upper layer bracket 1141, and the lower end of the bracket fixing plate 1144 is provided with a lower layer screw locking port 11442 to realize the fixed connection with the lower layer bracket 1142.
Preferably, the upper bracket 1141 is fixed to one side of the lower bracket 1142 by a bracket fixing plate 1144, a liquid container base receiving cavity provided in the upper bracket 1141 and a liquid container base receiving cavity of the lower bracket 1142 opposite to the upper bracket 1141 correspondingly receive a liquid container base for fixing a first type of liquid container, and the remaining liquid container base receiving cavities of the lower bracket 1142 correspondingly receive liquid container bases for fixing a second type of liquid container; wherein the height of the first type liquid container is H1, the height of the second type liquid container is H2, and 2H1 < H2.
In another alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 18, the lower bracket 1142 is provided with a liquid container base receiving cavity for receiving a liquid container base for holding a first type of liquid container, and the upper bracket 1141 is provided with a liquid container base receiving cavity for receiving a liquid container base for holding a second type of liquid container; wherein the height of the first type of liquid container is H1, the height of the second type of liquid container is H2, and H1 is not equal to H2.
In yet another alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 19, the upper bracket 1141 is fixed to one side of the lower bracket 1142 by a bracket fixing plate 1144, a liquid container base receiving cavity of the upper bracket 1141 correspondingly receives a liquid container base for fixing a first type of liquid container, a liquid container base receiving cavity of the lower bracket 1142 opposite to the upper bracket 1141 correspondingly receives a liquid container base for fixing a second type of liquid container, and the rest of the liquid container base receiving cavities of the lower bracket 1142 correspondingly receive a liquid container base for fixing a third type of liquid container; the height of the first type of liquid container is H1, the height of the second type of liquid container is H2, the height of the third type of liquid container is H3, and H1+ H2 < H3.
In any of the embodiments of fig. 5a, 18 and 19, the width of each of the liquid container base receiving cavities may be configured to be uniform.
It can be seen that, in any of the embodiments provided in fig. 5a, 18 and 19, the liquid container base support is designed into two layers (or multiple layers), and the liquid containers (corresponding to the liquid container bases) with different sizes or numbers are designed based on the two-layer structure, so that the space can be reasonably utilized, the space cost of the whole liquid container quick replacement device can be greatly saved, the design of small and large bottles with less use requirements for different liquids in the cooking process can be met, and the use experience of a user can be improved.
Therefore, the liquid container quick replacement device provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided with a liquid container with a valve type bottle cap, a liquid containing cavity, a raised pin column arranged in the liquid containing cavity and a liquid container base communicated with a liquid outlet inside and outside the liquid containing cavity, wherein the pin column is used for acting on the valve type bottle cap of the liquid container, and the liquid outlet is used for being connected with a liquid pump. When the liquid container is connected with the liquid container base, a valve of a valve type bottle cap of the liquid container opens a valve port under the action of the pin, liquid in the liquid container flows out of the valve port and enters the liquid accommodating cavity, and the liquid container is quickly connected and used; when the liquid in the liquid container is used up and the liquid container needs to be added or replaced, the valve of the liquid container bottle cap can be separated from the pin column only by forcibly pumping the liquid container outwards, so that the liquid container can be quickly disassembled, and the valve of the valve type bottle cap of the liquid container closes the valve port when the valve of the valve type bottle cap of the liquid container is separated from the pin column, thereby effectively preventing the phenomenon that residual auxiliary materials in the liquid container leak out in the process of replacing the liquid container and realizing quick replacement. In addition, before the liquid container is completely drawn out, the liquid container bottle cap is still positioned in the liquid containing cavity or is opposite to the liquid containing cavity, so that the liquid dripped at the moment of closing the liquid container bottle cap still falls in the liquid containing cavity, and the liquid leakage phenomenon is further prevented. Therefore, but the liquid container base that this embodiment provided can realize liquid container's bare-handed quick disconnect with quick connect in order to change or add liquid, realize the leak protection of liquid container change in-process, improve convenience and the security of using.

2. The quick change apparatus for liquid containers as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cavity of the base of the liquid container forms the liquid receiving cavity and the cavity of the base of the liquid container is further capable of receiving the liquid container.

The quick change device for liquid containers as claimed in claim 2, wherein the outer opening of the valve cap of the liquid container is located at a level lower than the top edge of the liquid container base within the cavity when the liquid container is received within the cavity of the liquid container base.
4. The liquid container quick change device of claim 2, wherein the top edge of the liquid container base is engaged with a connecting edge of a liquid container body of the liquid container corresponding to the top edge of the liquid container base to achieve a sealed connection; and/or

the liquid container base is mainly formed by connecting a bottom plate, a rear plate, a left side plate, a right side plate and a front plate; the pin is arranged on the inner surface of the bottom plate.
