4. The device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the locking assembly further comprises a first elastic member and a pressing member, the pressing member movably penetrates the hanging member and is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft, and the first elastic member is connected to the wedge;
the wedge is capable of engaging the rack when the first resilient member is in a natural state; pressing the pressing piece can drive the rotating shaft to rotate so as to drive the wedge piece to be away from the rack, and the first elastic piece is in a compressed state.

The device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the bracket comprises a first rod, an adapter and a second rod, the first rod and the second rod are respectively connected to two ends of the adapter and extend along different directions, the first rod is movably connected to the housing, and the rack is disposed on the second rod.

The device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the hanging member comprises a first hanging portion and a second hanging portion connected with each other, the second rod portion is inserted into the first hanging portion and is substantially perpendicular to the first hanging portion, and the second hanging portion is hung on the guide member.
7. The device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the second hanging part comprises a first cantilever and a second cantilever, and the first cantilever and the second cantilever are connected with each other at an included angle.
8. The curtain opening and closing device as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a rolling member, wherein at least one rolling member is disposed in the first suspension arm and the second suspension arm, and when the hanging member is hung on the guide member, the rolling member is in rolling contact with the guide member.
9. The curtain opening and closing device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the housing comprises a base and a connecting seat, the connecting seat is detachably connected to the base, the connecting seat is provided with a slot, and the first rod portion is inserted into the slot.
10. The window covering opening and closing device of claim 1, wherein the hanger comprises a first housing, a second housing, a third housing, and a fourth housing, the second housing, the third housing, and the fourth housing each being removably attachable to a different side of the first housing.
