Technical Field
The invention relates to a nail clipper, in particular to a nail clipper which has small force required when cutting nails, is easy to cut thick fingernails and toenails, can not slip in hands, and can not scatter the cut nails, so that disabled people with inconvenient hands or old and weak people with small strength can easily and safely use the nail clipper.
Background
Nail clippers are generally sanitary tools used by modern people to trim fingernails and toenails in proper lengths, and are one of the indispensable necessities.
The fingernails and toenails of a person continuously grow in life, and thus, in order not to cause inconvenience to daily life, the fingernails and toenails should be cut to an appropriate length.
Such nail clippers are generally manufactured as a metal frame having elasticity and are divided into upper and lower parts, and have the following structure: the rear part of the metal frame is combined, the front part is provided with a half-moon shaped blade like the tail end of the nail, a sharp cutting blade is formed at the tail end of the half-moon shaped blade, the nail is inserted between the half-moon shaped blade and the sharp cutting blade, and the nail is cut by the upper and lower occlusion.
The conventional nail clipper has a problem that the surface of a frame is not rough enough, sliding occurs when the frame is pressed by hands, and a disabled person with one hand inconvenience or an old and weak person with little strength have a problem that not only the nails are cut, but also the skin under the nails is cut to be damaged, or the nails are cut too long or too short.
Thus, the disabled or weak person having one hand inconvenience has many difficulties in using such conventional general nail clippers.
Further, since the rotation center axis of the nail clipper is located at a position penetrating the center, there are problems in that the manufacturing process is complicated and the manufacturing cost is increased as the upper and lower parts of the metal frame are manufactured uniformly and the protector of the nail clipper is manufactured separately.
In addition, when such a conventional nail clipper is used, as the front portions of the upper and lower frames come into contact with the cutting edges formed on the front surfaces of the upper and lower frames, respectively, when cutting nails, not only are the noises loud, but also the nerves of surrounding occupants are affected, and the scattered or cut nails are not smooth in place, and are partially broken, resulting in the necessity of separately trimming the edge portions of the cut nails, which is very troublesome.
Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a nail clipper that is convenient and safe to use.

Best mode for carrying out the invention
Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a nail clipper according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view illustrating the nail clipper according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 is a side view illustrating the nail clipper according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4 is an operation state diagram illustrating the nail clipper according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the nail clipper according to the embodiment of the present invention is composed of a supporter 100 combined with a plate 200, a pressing piece 300, a pressing piece 400, and a flying prevention piece 500, and further includes a antiskid plate 600.
The blade 100 has a plate shape, has a cutting edge 110 formed upward at one end thereof, and has a pair of hinge pieces 120 provided with through holes 121 formed upright at the side portions thereof.
The plate 200 includes: a plate-shaped plate body 210; a cutting blade 220 formed downward at one end of the plate body 210 to be engaged with the cutting blade 110 correspondingly; the supporting plate 230 is connected and fixed to the upper portion of the supporting plate 100 at the other end.
The pressing pieces 300 have a plate shape, and have cylindrical hinge pins 310 protruding from one end side thereof, respectively, to be inserted into the through holes 121 formed in the hinge pieces 120 and coupled thereto.
The pressing member 400 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and has a through hole 410 formed to penetrate the left and right sides thereof to be inserted into the pressing piece 300 and slid, and a cylindrical pressing rod 420 is coupled to a lower surface side thereof.
The pressing piece 400 is slid over the pressing piece 300, and the closer to the cutting edge 220 constituting the plate member 200, the smaller the force required to press the piece 300.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 2, the length of the pressing bar 420 coupled to the pressing member 400 may be formed to be the same as that of the pressing member 400, but may be formed to be smaller than that of the pressing bar 420 to reduce consumption of raw materials.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4, since the angle between the pressing piece 300 and the plate 200 is small, the rotation interval of the pressing piece 300 is small and the force required to cut nails is small, and thus, there is an advantage in that the disabled or the elderly, who have one hand inconvenience, can use it easily.
On the other hand, since the blade 100 forming the cutting edges 110, 220 and the plate member 200 are separately constructed from the pressing piece 300, a gap between the cutting edges 110, 220 is sufficiently wide, so that it is easy to insert a fingernail or toenail between the cutting edges 110, 220, and thus there is an advantage in that it is easy to cut a thick fingernail and toenail.
The anti-scattering member 500 has a wing 510 formed on an upper surface of one side to be inserted into the tab 100 to slide left and right, and has anti-blocking plates 520 formed on both side surfaces, respectively.
The anti-scattering member 500 is a means for preventing the cut fingernails or toenails from bouncing out of the nail clipper and scattering, and may be removed from the nail and toenail collected in the inner space of the plate 200 after being separated from the blade 100 or slid with respect to the blade 100 after the entire fingernails and toenails are trimmed.
In particular, the upper surface of the pressing piece 300 and the lower surface of the blade 100 are respectively mounted with the anti-slip plate 600, so that it is not easy to slip in the hand when the nail clipper is used, and is formed so that it can be conveniently used by anyone. The anti-slip sheet 600 may be used to clean and repair cut surfaces of the cut fingernails and toenails after cutting off the fingernails and toenails.
In addition, one surface of the anti-scatter member 500 is in contact with the lower surface of the tab 100, the wing 510 is in contact with the upper surface of the tab 100, and the tab 100 is inserted in a space formed between one surface of the anti-scatter member 500 and the wing 510.
In addition, the supporting sheet 230 extends in a direction perpendicular to the supporting sheet 100, the plate 210 extends obliquely from one end of the supporting sheet 230, and the anti-scattering member 500 is formed to cover a space formed between the supporting sheet 100 and the plate 200 in a state where the supporting sheet 100 and the pressing sheet 300 are not pressed. At this time, the cross section of the receiving space is formed in a trapezoid shape with the hinge plate 120 as a boundary.
In addition, the sliding movement of the anti-scatter member 500 is restricted by the hinge plate 120.
Therefore, the nail clipper constructed according to the present invention as described above has a simple structure and thus no malfunction, and uses less raw materials than the conventional nail clipper, has less constituent elements, and thus has economical efficiency and convenient and safe use, and thus is a very useful invention.
