Description

Filling gun capable of automatically identifying liquid level
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of special equipment for filling distilled water into an automobile storage battery, in particular to a filling gun capable of automatically identifying liquid level.
Background
The electrolyte of the storage battery is prepared by mixing sulfuric acid and distilled water in proportion. In the use process of the storage battery, the temperature rises, and the storage battery is frequently charged and discharged, so that the proportion of the electrolyte is disordered, the concentration of sulfuric acid in the electrolyte is increased, and corrosion is formed. Therefore, a proper amount of distilled water is periodically added to the storage battery to compensate for water consumption. Only in this way, the normal charging and discharging functions of the electrolyte can be maintained, and the service life of the battery is prolonged.
At present, the automobile industry still uses traditional filling equipment to fill distilled water into the automobile storage battery, namely, a filling person fills distilled water into the automobile storage battery through a water gun or a manual self-sealing gun. Because different storage batteries need to be filled with different amounts of distilled water, when the storage batteries are filled with the distilled water, an operator is required to judge whether the filling is finished or not by observing, the requirement on the operator is higher, and meanwhile, the filling efficiency is lower, and if the experience of the operator is insufficient or the operation is improper, the situation that the actual filling liquid level is higher than or lower than the required liquid level height often occurs.
In view of this, it is a technical problem to be solved urgently in the field to provide a filling gun with high filling efficiency, high precision and strong practicability.
