Abstract
The application provides a fan equipment includes: a housing; indoor air inlet, indoor air outlet and outdoor opening arranged in the shell. Description
Technical Field
The present application relates generally to a fan apparatus for a fresh air system and a method of air exchange therewith, and more particularly, to a fan apparatus having a rotatable volute and a method of air exchange therewith.
Background
With the increasing improvement of living standard and the gradual deterioration of air quality, the demand of people on the air quality of living environment is higher, and the demand of air purification equipment such as an air purifier, a fresh air system and the like is gradually increased. The fresh air system is generally applied to families gradually due to the advantages of high purification efficiency, good purification effect and the like.
The current fresh air system can mainly work in the following modes:
1) the fresh air mode is used for introducing outdoor fresh air into the room through the filtering device so as to purify the indoor air;
2) an air exhaust mode for exhausting the dirty air in the room to the outside to realize the purification of the air in the room;
3) and the internal circulation mode is used for returning the indoor dirty air to the filtering device, and discharging the filtered air to the indoor space, thereby realizing the purification of the indoor air.
The new trend system in the current market adopts the structure of two spiral case fans usually. The fresh air mode, the air exhaust mode and the internal circulation mode are realized through the cooperation of the two volute fans. In at least one embodiment, the fan apparatus further comprises a first air guiding device and a second air guiding device, wherein,
the first air guiding device is positioned between the first position and the indoor air inlet and is used for guiding air blown out from the air blowing port to the indoor air inlet;
the second air guiding device is located between the second position and the outdoor opening, and is used for guiding the air blown out from the air blowing opening to the outdoor opening.
In at least one embodiment, the fan apparatus further comprises an air filtration device located within the first air ducting device.
In at least one embodiment, the fan apparatus further comprises an air filter device located between the first position and the indoor intake.
In at least one embodiment, the blower is configured to direct air to form an airflow through the indoor air intake via the air outlet when the air outlet is in the first position.
In at least one embodiment, the fan is configured to direct air to form an airflow through the outdoor opening via the air blowing opening when the air blowing opening is in the second position.
In at least one embodiment, the fan apparatus further comprises drive means for driving the volute to rotate about the axis.
In at least one embodiment, the fan apparatus further comprises a mode selection unit and a control unit, wherein the mode selection unit is configured to select an operation mode of the fan apparatus as one of a fresh air mode, an internal circulation mode, and an exhaust mode, and the control unit is configured to:
in response to the mode selection unit selecting the fresh air mode, controlling the first air valve and the third air valve to open the indoor air inlet and the outdoor opening respectively, controlling the second air valve to close the indoor air outlet, controlling the rotation of the volute of the fan to enable the air blowing opening to be located at the first position, and starting the fan to guide air to enter the cavity through the outdoor opening and then to be discharged to the outside of the shell through the indoor air inlet;
in response to the mode selection unit selecting the air discharge mode, controlling the second air valve and the third air valve to open the indoor air outlet and the outdoor opening respectively, controlling the first air valve to close the indoor air inlet, controlling the rotation of the volute of the fan to enable the air blowing opening to be located at the second position, and turning on the fan to guide air to enter the cavity through the indoor air outlet and then to be discharged to the outside of the shell through the outdoor opening;
and in response to the mode selection unit selecting the internal circulation mode, controlling the first air valve and the second air valve to respectively open the indoor air inlet and the indoor air outlet, controlling the third air valve to close the outdoor opening, controlling the rotation of the volute of the fan to enable the air blowing port to be located at the first position, and starting the fan to guide air to enter the cavity through the indoor air outlet and then to be discharged to the outside of the shell through the indoor air inlet.
The application also provides a method for exchanging air by using the fan device, which comprises the following steps:
the working mode of the fan device is selected to be one of a fresh air mode, an internal circulation mode and an exhaust mode,

when the selected working mode is the air exhaust mode: controlling the second air valve and the third air valve to open the indoor air outlet and the outdoor opening respectively, controlling the first air valve to close the indoor air inlet, controlling the rotation of the volute of the fan to enable the air blowing opening to be located at the second position, and starting the fan to guide air to enter the cavity through the indoor air outlet and then to be discharged to the outside of the shell through the outdoor opening;
when the selected operating mode is the inner loop mode: the first air valve and the second air valve are controlled to be respectively opened, the indoor air inlet and the indoor air outlet are controlled, the third air valve is controlled to be closed, the fan is controlled to rotate to enable the air blowing port to be located at the first position, and the fan is started to guide air to enter the cavity through the indoor air outlet and then be discharged to the outside of the shell through the indoor air inlet.
In the new trend system that this application provided, only be provided with single spiral case fan. The volute of the volute fan can rotate according to the operation mode of the fresh air system. Detailed Description
In order to more clearly understand the technical features, objects, and effects of the present application, embodiments of the present application will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the fan equipment for the fresh air system provided by the application, only one volute fan is arranged. The volute of the volute fan can rotate according to the operation mode of the fresh air system. When the volute rotates to face different directions, air will be blown to different directions, and therefore the operation mode of the fresh air system is switched. The structure of the fan apparatus according to the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a fan arrangement for a fresh air system according to the application, comprising: a housing 1 and a fan 2 inside the housing 1.
Wherein the housing 1 has an indoor air inlet a, an indoor air outlet B and an outdoor opening C. The indoor air inlet a, the indoor air outlet B, and the outdoor opening C may provide an air passage between the inside of the casing 1 and the outside of the casing 1. The indoor air inlet A, the indoor air outlet B and the outdoor opening C are respectively provided with a first air valve a, a second air valve B and a third air valve C. The first air valve a is used for controlling the opening and closing of the indoor air inlet A, the second air valve B is used for controlling the opening and closing of the indoor air outlet B, and the third air valve C is used for controlling the opening and closing of the outdoor opening C.
The fan 2 comprises a main body portion 20 and a volute 21. The scroll casing 21 has an air blowing port D. The scroll casing 21 is rotatable about an axis by the drive device 4, thereby switching the air blowing port D between the first position and the second position. When the air blowing port D is located at the first position, the air blowing port D faces the indoor air inlet A. When the air blowing port D is located at the second position, the air blowing port D faces the outdoor opening C. Fig. 1 shows the structure in which the air blowing port D is located at the first position. When the air blowing opening D is located at the first position, air is guided to form air flow passing through the indoor air inlet A. When the air blowing port D is located at the second position, air is guided to form an air flow through the outdoor opening C.
In one embodiment according to the present application, as shown in fig. 1-2, drive device 4 includes a drive gear 41 and a drive bar 42. The driving strip 42 has saw teeth matching with the driving gear 41. The drive bar 42 is disposed around the scroll casing 21 of the fan 2 and extends in the direction in which the scroll casing 21 rotates. The drive gear 41 engages with the teeth of the drive bar 42. The driving bar 42 is movable along its extension direction by the driving gear 41. One end E of the driver blade 42 abuts against the volute 21. When the driving gear 41 drives the driving bar 42 to move along the extending direction thereof, the end E of the driving bar 42 pushes the scroll casing 21, thereby rotating the scroll casing 21. As shown in fig. 1, the air blowing port D of the scroll casing 21 is located at the first position at this time. When it is necessary to rotate the scroll casing 21 to switch the operation mode of the fan apparatus, the drive bar 42 is driven by the drive gear 41, so that the scroll casing 21 is rotated to position the air blowing port D at the second position shown in fig. 2.
In other embodiments, other forms of drive means may be employed to rotate the volute 21.
The fan apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application further includes a first air guiding device 31 and a second air guiding device 32. The first air guiding device 31 is located between the first position and the indoor air inlet a, and is configured to guide air blown out from the air blowing opening D to the indoor air inlet a when the air blowing opening D is located at the first position. The second air guide device 32 is located between the second position and the outdoor opening C, and guides air blown out from the air blowing port D to the outdoor opening C when the air blowing port D is located at the second position.
According to the fan equipment of an embodiment of this application, still include air filter equipment. For the sake of simplicity, the air filter device is not shown in the drawings. The air filter device can be positioned between the first position and the indoor air inlet A. For example, the air filtering device may be located within the first air guiding device 31.
According to an embodiment of the present application, a fan apparatus is provided that is operable in the following operating modes after installation:
1) fresh air mode: in the fresh air mode, the first and third air valves a and C are opened to open the indoor air intake opening a and the outdoor opening C. The fan 2 is turned on to guide air into the cavity of the housing 1 through the outdoor opening C, and after being filtered by the filtering device, is discharged to the outside of the housing 1 through the indoor air inlet a, thereby reaching the indoor space to provide fresh, filtered air to the indoor space. The path in which the air flows is shown by the arrows in fig. 1.
2) When the mode of airing exhaust: the second and third air valves b and C are opened to open the indoor air outlet a and the outdoor opening C. The first air valve a is closed, thereby closing the indoor air inlet a. The scroll casing 21 of the blower 2 is rotated so that the air blowing port D thereof is located at the second position. The blower 2 is turned on to guide air into the cavity of the case 1 through the indoor air outlet B and then discharged to the outside of the case 1 through the outdoor opening C to discharge the indoor air to the outside. The path in which the air flows is shown by the arrows in fig. 2.
3) An internal circulation mode: the first and second air valves a and B are opened to open the indoor air inlet a and the indoor air outlet B. The third damper C is closed, thereby closing the outdoor opening C. The scroll casing 21 of the blower 2 is rotated so that the air blowing port D thereof is located at the first position. The blower 2 is turned on to guide air into the cavity of the housing 1 through the indoor air outlet B, and after being filtered by the filter device, the air is discharged to the outside of the housing 1 through the indoor air inlet a to provide filtered air to the indoor space. The path in which the air flows is shown by the arrows in fig. 3.
As can be seen from the above description, the blower device for a fresh air system provided by the present application can simultaneously realize a fresh air mode, an exhaust mode, and an internal circulation mode by a single volute blower. The volute of the volute fan can rotate according to the operation mode of the fresh air system. According to the fan equipment of an embodiment of this application, still include mode selection unit and control unit. in response to the mode selection unit selecting the air exhaust mode, the second air valve B and the third air valve C are controlled to respectively open the indoor air outlet B and the outdoor opening C, the first air valve a is controlled to close the indoor air inlet A, the rotation of the volute 21 of the fan is controlled to enable the air blowing port D to be located at the second position, and the fan is started to guide air to enter the cavity through the indoor air outlet B and then to be exhausted to the outside of the shell 1 through the outdoor opening C;
and responding to the mode selection unit to select the internal circulation mode, controlling the first air valve a and the second air valve B to respectively open the indoor air inlet A and the indoor air outlet B, controlling the third air valve C to close the outdoor opening C, controlling the rotation of the volute 21 of the fan to enable the air blowing port D to be located at the first position, and starting the fan to guide air to enter the cavity through the indoor air outlet B and then to be discharged to the outside of the shell through the indoor air inlet A.
According to an embodiment of the present application, there is also provided a method for air exchange using the above fan apparatus, as shown in fig. 4, the method including the steps of:

s23) when the selected operation mode is the inner circulation mode: the first air valve a and the second air valve B are controlled to open the indoor air inlet A and the indoor air outlet B respectively, the third air valve C is controlled to close the outdoor opening C, the rotation of the volute 21 of the fan is controlled to enable the air blowing opening D to be located at the first position, and the fan is started to guide air to enter the cavity through the indoor air outlet B and then to be discharged to the outside of the shell through the indoor air inlet A.

1. A fan apparatus, comprising:
the shell surrounds a cavity;
the air conditioner comprises an indoor air inlet, an indoor air outlet and an outdoor opening which are arranged in a shell and are used for providing an air passage between a cavity and a space outside the shell, wherein a first air valve, a second air valve and a third air valve are respectively arranged in the indoor air inlet, the indoor air outlet and the outdoor opening, the first air valve is used for controlling the indoor air inlet to be opened and closed, the second air valve is used for controlling the indoor air outlet to be opened and closed, and the third air valve is used for controlling the outdoor opening to be opened and closed;
a blower located in the cavity within the housing, wherein the blower includes a body portion and a volute having a blower opening,
wherein the scroll casing is rotatable about an axis so as to switch the air blowing port between a first position, in which the air blowing port is oriented toward the indoor air intake, and a second position, in which the air blowing port is oriented toward the outdoor opening.
2. The fan apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a first air deflection device and a second air deflection device, wherein,
the first air guiding device is positioned between the first position and the indoor air inlet and is used for guiding air blown out from the air blowing port to the indoor air inlet;
the second air guiding device is located between the second position and the outdoor opening, and is used for guiding the air blown out from the air blowing opening to the outdoor opening.
3. The fan apparatus of claim 2, further comprising an air filtration device positioned within the first air deflection device.
4. The fan apparatus of claim 1, further comprising an air filtration device positioned between the first location and the indoor intake.
5. The blower apparatus of claim 1, the blower configured to direct air to form an airflow through the indoor air intake via the air outlet when the air outlet is in the first position.
6. The blower device of claim 1, the blower being configured to direct air to form an airflow through the outdoor opening via the air blowing port when the air blowing port is in the second position.
7. The fan apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a drive arrangement for driving the volute to rotate about the axis.

The fan apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a mode selection unit and a control unit, wherein the mode selection unit is configured to select an operating mode of the fan apparatus as one of a fresh air mode, an internal circulation mode, and an exhaust mode, the control unit being configured to:
in response to the mode selection unit selecting the fresh air mode, controlling the first air valve and the third air valve to open the indoor air inlet and the outdoor opening respectively, controlling the second air valve to close the indoor air outlet, controlling the rotation of the volute of the fan to enable the air blowing opening to be located at the first position, and starting the fan to guide air to enter the cavity through the outdoor opening and then to be discharged to the outside of the shell through the indoor air inlet;
in response to the mode selection unit selecting the air discharge mode, controlling the second air valve and the third air valve to open the indoor air outlet and the outdoor opening respectively, controlling the first air valve to close the indoor air inlet, controlling the rotation of the volute of the fan to enable the air blowing opening to be located at the second position, and turning on the fan to guide air to enter the cavity through the indoor air outlet and then to be discharged to the outside of the shell through the outdoor opening;
and in response to the mode selection unit selecting the internal circulation mode, controlling the first air valve and the second air valve to respectively open the indoor air inlet and the indoor air outlet, controlling the third air valve to close the outdoor opening, controlling the rotation of the volute of the fan to enable the air blowing port to be located at the first position, and starting the fan to guide air to enter the cavity through the indoor air outlet and then to be discharged to the outside of the shell through the indoor air inlet.
9. A method of air exchange using a fan arrangement according to any of claims 1-8, comprising the steps of:
the working mode of the fan device is selected to be one of a fresh air mode, an internal circulation mode and an exhaust mode,
when the selected working mode is a fresh air mode: controlling the first air valve and the third air valve to open the indoor air inlet and the outdoor opening respectively, controlling the second air valve to close the indoor air outlet, controlling the rotation of the volute of the fan to enable the air blowing opening to be located at the first position, and starting the fan to guide air to enter the cavity through the outdoor opening and then be discharged to the outside of the shell through the indoor air inlet;
when the selected working mode is the air exhaust mode: controlling the second air valve and the third air valve to open the indoor air outlet and the outdoor opening respectively, controlling the first air valve to close the indoor air inlet, controlling the rotation of the volute of the fan to enable the air blowing opening to be located at the second position, and starting the fan to guide air to enter the cavity through the indoor air outlet and then to be discharged to the outside of the shell through the outdoor opening;
when the selected operating mode is the inner loop mode: the first air valve and the second air valve are controlled to be respectively opened, the indoor air inlet and the indoor air outlet are controlled, the third air valve is controlled to be closed, the fan is controlled to rotate to enable the air blowing port to be located at the first position, and the fan is started to guide air to enter the cavity through the indoor air outlet and then be discharged to the outside of the shell through the indoor air inlet.
