本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中滑石粉填充母粒密度和重量增加的问题,提供了一种滑石粉填充发泡母粒及其制备方法,属于塑料材料改性技术领域。滑石粉填充发泡母粒,由以下原料组成:EVA类树脂、发泡剂A、发泡剂B、发泡剂C、成核剂、滑石粉、发泡促进剂、加工润滑剂、加工热稳定剂。本发明在普通的滑石粉母粒中加入经过煅烧得到的高硅含量滑石粉,利用这种滑石粉为成核剂,发泡剂采用复合发泡剂,该母粒填入塑料材料可得到泡孔均匀细密的发泡填充产品。由于采用复合发泡剂,使产品的发泡温度变宽,从而得到高性能的发泡填充产品。

技术领域
本发明属于塑料材料改性技术领域,特别涉及一种滑石粉填充发泡母粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
滑石粉母粒是一种塑料改性填料,指主要成分为滑石粉,通过与聚合物或其他载体混合造粒而形成的粒料。
滑石粉已经成为塑料改性中重要的无机矿物填料,在填充改性塑料的研究与应用中受到重视。滑石粉填充改性塑料与未填充滑石粉的材料相比,具有良好的表观质量、低的收缩率和较高的热变形温度。塑料改性材料以其质轻、价廉、易加工、改性产品成熟、可回收、综合性能优良等特性,其产品在汽车、电器等领域有巨大的市场前景。
但是,现在的滑石粉填充母粒一般只具有填充功能,在采用滑石粉填充母粒的过程中,由于滑石粉母粒的加入,材料的密度增加,导致改性材料制品的重量增加。虽然材料的成本下降了,但是产品的重量增加,销蚀了增加的利润,并不能达到通过添加滑石粉母粒降低成本的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中滑石粉填充母粒使改性材料制品密度和重量增加的问题,提供了一种滑石粉填充发泡母粒及其制备方法。本发明在普通的滑石粉母粒中加入经过煅烧得到的高硅含量滑石粉,利用这种滑石粉为成核剂,发泡剂采用复合发泡剂,该母粒填入塑料材料可得到泡孔均匀细密的发泡填充产品。由于采用复合发泡剂,使产品的发泡温度变宽,从而得到高性能的发泡填充产品。
本发明的技术之一为,一种滑石粉填充发泡母粒,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:
EVA类树脂:18~25%
发泡剂A:AC发泡剂0.8~2.5%
发泡剂B:OBSH发泡剂0.8~2.5%
发泡剂C:磺酰肼类0.8~2.5%
成核剂:煅烧滑石粉2~5%
滑石粉:普通滑石粉64~70%
发泡促进剂:硬脂酸盐0.5~2.0%
加工润滑剂:硬脂酸盐类0.5~2.0%
加工热稳定剂:硬脂酸0.5~2.0%;
其中,EVA类树脂中VA含量为10~40%;
AC发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺;
OBSH发泡剂为P,P-氧代双苯磺酰肼;
磺酰肼类发泡剂为对甲苯磺酰肼、苯基磺酰肼、双苯磺酰肼中的一种或多种;
煅烧滑石粉的规格为白度≥90,二氧化硅质量含量≥65%,氧化钙质量含量<2%,细度2500~3000目;
发泡促进剂硬脂酸盐为硬脂酸钾、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌中的一种或多种。
加工润滑剂硬脂酸盐类为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锌中的一种或几种。
本发明的技术之二为,上述滑石粉填充发泡母粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)按比例将滑石粉、发泡促进剂、加工润滑剂、加工热稳定剂加到混料机中混合均匀,再加热至75~85℃后使粉体充分活化,然后按比例加入发泡剂A、B、C和成核剂,再混合3~5分钟,最后按比例加入树脂混合8~12分钟;
2)将混合好的物料加入造粒机中造粒,既得产品。
进一步的,上述的滑石粉填充发泡母粒的制备方法,所述造粒机中的挤出温度为116~123℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优势在于:
1、本发明的填充发泡母粒中加了煅烧的滑石粉作为成核剂,这样可以保证成核剂的纯度,另外通过控制其的细度和气泡的数量,可以使气泡很容易的成长起来,形成均匀的气泡。
2、本发明采用的发泡剂是复合发泡剂。采用复合发泡剂的优点是可以通过控制相应的加工温度,从而得到不同密度的、泡孔均匀的产品。
3、本发明采用的聚合物载体是一种能低温造粒的乙烯类产品。其加工温度在120℃左右。在该温度下,可以很容易的加工成型母粒,而其中所含的复合发泡剂基本不分解或很少分解。
具体实施方式
以下实施例中采用的煅烧滑石粉的规格为:白度92,二氧化硅含量67%,细度3000目,氧化钙质量含量在2%以下。

1)将滑石粉660g、发泡促进剂硬脂酸锌20g、加工润滑剂硬脂酸钙20g、加工热稳定剂硬脂酸10g加到混料机中混合均匀,再加热至75~78℃后使粉体充分活化,然后加入AC发泡剂20g,OBSH发泡剂20g,苯基磺酰肼10g和成核剂煅烧滑石粉40g,再混合5分钟,最后加入树脂200g混合12分钟;
2)将混合好的物料加入单螺杆造粒机中造粒,挤出温度为120~123℃,既得产品。

3、将实施例2和对比例1~3制得的母粒应用于挤出类产品
对比例1制备的母粒与实施例2相比,气泡的数量少,气泡大小不均匀,气泡有薄弱环节易破裂。对比例2~4制备的母粒与实施例2相比,气泡大小不均匀,,气泡有薄弱环节易破裂。

Claims (8)

1.一种滑石粉填充发泡母粒,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:
EVA类树脂:18~25%
发泡剂A:AC发泡剂0.8~2.5%
发泡剂B:OBSH发泡剂0.8~2.5%
发泡剂C:磺酰肼类0.8~2.5%
成核剂:煅烧滑石粉2~5%
滑石粉:普通滑石粉64~70%
发泡促进剂:硬脂酸盐0.5~2.0%
加工润滑剂:硬脂酸类0.5~2.0%
加工热稳定剂:硬脂酸0.5~2.0%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滑石粉填充发泡母粒,其特征在于,EVA类树脂中VA含量为10~40%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滑石粉填充发泡母粒,其特征在于,磺酰肼类发泡剂为对甲苯磺酰肼、苯基磺酰肼、双苯磺酰肼中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的滑石粉填充发泡母粒,其特征在于,煅烧滑石粉的规格为白度≥90,二氧化硅质量含量≥65,氧化钙质量含量<2%,细度2500~3000目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的滑石粉填充发泡母粒,其特征在于,发泡促进剂硬脂酸盐为硬脂酸钾、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的滑石粉填充发泡母粒,其特征在于,加工润滑剂硬脂酸类为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锌中的一种或几种。
7.权利要求1所述滑石粉填充发泡母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)按比例将滑石粉、发泡促进剂、加工润滑剂、加工热稳定剂加到混料机中混合均匀,再加热至75~85℃后使粉体充分活化,然后按比例加入发泡剂A、B、C和成核剂,再混合3~5分钟,最后按比例加入树脂混合8~12分钟;
2)将混合好的物料加入造粒机中造粒,既得产品。
8.根据权利要求7所述滑石粉填充发泡母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,造粒机中的挤出温度为116~123℃。
