The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a cab weather shield for a construction elevator includes an upper plate 11, side plates 1, front weather shields 2 and a limiting plate 6, wherein the upper plate 11 is horizontally disposed, the side plates 1 are fixed to lower ends of both sides of the upper plate 11, the front weather shields 2 are fixed to a front end of the upper plate 11 and are inclined downward, and the limiting plate 6 is fixed to an upper end of a rear end of the upper plate 11.
The side plate 1 is in a triangular structure.
The lower end of the upper plate 11 is fixed with a plurality of plug-in posts 10 which are plugged with the top of the cab.
The lower extreme of upper plate 11 is connected with the jar pole of cylinder 3, and in the driver's cabin was located to the cylinder body of cylinder 3, the vertical direction's of upper plate 11 removal was controlled to cylinder 3.
And a stress plate 4 is fixedly connected between the cylinder rod and the upper plate 11.
Rectangular notches are respectively formed in the two sides of one side, connected with the limiting plate 6, of the upper plate 11, and the rectangular notches are used for penetrating through the limiting rods 9.
The tail end of each side plate 1 is fixed with a connecting plate 8, one side of each connecting plate 8, which is back to the side plate, is fixed with a sliding plate 7, a sliding groove corresponding to the sliding plate 7 is arranged on the limiting rod 9, the sliding plate 7 is inserted into the sliding groove and slides in the sliding groove, and the connecting plate 8 is perpendicular to the side plates 1.
Limiting groove 5 is arranged above the rear side of the cab, and the air cylinder 3 can indirectly drive the limiting plate 6 to move up and down in the limiting groove, so that the whole rain shielding device is not deviated in the vertical direction.
The device is arranged at the upper end of the outer side of the cab, the cylinder 3 is arranged at the top end of the inner part of the cab, the cylinder 3 in the figure is only schematic, and the size, the installation position and the angle of the device can be adjusted according to actual conditions during actual use.
The top end of the cab can be provided with a skylight, so that ventilation and heat dissipation in the cab can be facilitated in hot weather, and when the skylight needs to be opened, the cylinder 3 can be driven to jack the rain shielding device upwards, so that a gap is reserved between the rain shielding device and the cab, and a ventilation effect can be achieved. When rain shielding is needed, the driving cylinder 3 pulls the rain shielding device downwards, so that the insertion column 10 is inserted into the insertion groove reserved at the upper end of the cab, and installation is finished. The front baffle 2, the side plates 1, the upper plate 11 and the limiting plate 6 are integrally formed, so that the whole tightness can be kept.
