The punching male die 9 is provided with a spring and an ejection pin, so that the automatic indexing is prevented from being influenced by the fact that waste materials are brought upwards from the punching female die 5. The punched section of the spoke to be processed after punching may have burrs, and if the spoke to be processed does not depart from the punching female die 5, the burrs may prevent a workpiece from rotating, therefore, a material supporting rubber 18 is designed below the triangular seat 17, so that the spoke to be processed is supported after punching, and is separated from the surface of the punching female die 5, and the spoke to be processed can normally rotate.
Second, hole extruding process
When the hole extruding process is carried out, only the punching male die 9 and the punching female die 5 on the punching process equipment need to be replaced by the hole extruding male die 22 and the hole extruding female die 23. The hole extruding male die 22 and the hole extruding female die 23 act together to extrude burrs generated in punching.
In this embodiment, the cylinder 31 is used to provide rotation power for the ratchet indexing disc 15, and the indexing disc is positioned by the balls and the ball positioning grooves, so that the automation degree and the positioning accuracy of the equipment are greatly improved.
For the above embodiment, it should be further explained that the above scheme is to set two sets of devices on the same working platform, that is, the punching unit a and the hole extruding unit B (shown in fig. 4), where the punching unit performs punching operation of the heat dissipation holes, and the hole extruding unit performs hole extruding operation of burrs of the heat dissipation holes, most of the structures of the two units are the same, and the main difference is that the male dies and the female dies of the two units are different.
By adopting the automatic punching and extruding wheel spoke heat dissipation hole die, only one operator is needed to carry out feeding and material taking operation, other operations are not needed, the punching process and the hole extruding and deburring process of the wheel spoke heat dissipation hole can be realized, the automation degree of the machining process is improved, the labor cost is effectively reduced, the operation intensity is reduced, and the operation efficiency is improved.
