Abstract
The beverage support structure comprises: a box part having a receiving part; a holder portion holding a container of beverage; and a housing part which accommodates the case part and the holder part. The cassette part has a concave mechanism, and the holder part has a convex mechanism. The concave part mechanism and the convex part mechanism establish and release the engagement relation between the box part and the bracket part.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to a pull-out beverage holder configuration.
Background
As an example of a drink holder structure provided in a vehicle cabin or the like, there is a drawer-type drink holder structure used in such a manner that a cassette and a holder housed in a housing are slidably moved. In this structure, it is possible to use one device as a beverage holder, or to use only a cartridge, which can be flexibly used according to the purpose.
For example, a user who wishes to use the structure as a beverage holder first withdraws the cartridge from the housing, and then withdraws the holder and uses it. However, since it is necessary to separately draw out both the cassette and the holder, the convenience of use is deteriorated. Therefore, a structure is conceived in which the holder is made to follow when the cassette is drawn out, and this time, the convenience of use becomes poor for a user who wants to use only the cassette.
In view of the above problems, the following structure is proposed: the projection is also provided on the holder side so as to face the projection provided on the cartridge side, and when the projection on the holder side moves over the projection on the cartridge side when the cartridge and the holder are slid, the holder follows the movement of the cartridge, and when the projection is not moved over, the holder does not follow the movement of the cartridge (see, for example, patent document 1).

Problems to be solved by the invention
However, in the structure proposed above, the holder needs to go over the projection on the cassette side in order to follow the movement of the cassette, and a load is applied to the cassette at this time. Therefore, a cassette having excellent durability is required for the load.

An object of the present disclosure is to provide a beverage holder configuration advantageous in terms of durability, reliability, and cost with a simple structure.
Means for solving the problems
The beverage holder configuration of an aspect of the present disclosure includes: a box part having a storage space; a holder portion holding a container of beverage; and a housing portion that houses the case portion and the holder portion. The case portion and the holder portion are provided so as to be able to be drawn out from and accommodated in the case portion, and at least the holder portion is provided with an engagement mechanism that establishes and releases an engagement relationship between the case portion and the holder portion.
Preferably, the cartridge portion has a pair of side walls extending in the pull-out direction, the holder portion has a pair of side surfaces having opposing portions that face at least a part of the pair of side walls when pulled out, and the engaging mechanism has a protruding portion mechanism that protrudes from the opposing portions of the holder portion toward the side walls of the cartridge portion.
Preferably, the engagement mechanism has a concave mechanism on the side wall of the case portion at a position facing the convex mechanism.
Preferably, the convex portion means is a rib formed by bending a part of the side surface of the holder portion toward the side wall of the box portion, and the concave portion means is a groove provided in the side wall of the box portion.
Effects of the invention
According to the present disclosure, it is possible to provide a beverage holder configuration advantageous in terms of durability, reliability, and cost with a simple structure.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a beverage holder structure according to an embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. The same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and their names and functions are also the same. Therefore, detailed description thereof will not be repeated.
[ Structure of the present embodiment ]
(Overall Structure)
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a beverage holder structure of the present embodiment.
The beverage holder configuration 1 includes: a box part 10 having a housing space; a holder portion 20 for holding a container of beverage; and a housing part 30 which houses the cassette part 10 and the holder part 20. Fig. 1 shows a state in which the beverage holder is used, and the cartridge portion 10 and the holder portion 20 are pulled out from the housing portion 30. On the other hand, when the case portion 10 and the holder portion 20 are not used, they are housed in the case portion 30. In the present specification, the side from which the cassette unit 10 and the holder unit 20 are drawn out is referred to as the front side, and the side to be housed in the case unit 30 is referred to as the rear side.
Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the beverage holder structure of the present embodiment.
The details of the case portion 10, the holder portion 20, and the case portion 30 will be described in order according to the present drawing.
(Box part 10)
The box portion 10 has a front wall 11, a left side wall 12, a right side wall 13, a bottom 15, and a rear wall 18, and is formed in a box shape. Further, a middle wall 14 is provided between the front wall 11 and the rear wall 18, and a region defined by the front wall 11, the left side wall 12, the right side wall 13, and the middle wall 14 is a housing portion 16 as a housing space. Further, a guide projection 12a is provided in a lower portion of the left side wall 12 in a sliding direction to slide the box portion 10 from the housing portion 30. Further, a recess mechanism 17 is formed in the center of the left side wall 12. The structure of the recess mechanism 17 will be described in detail later. Further, although not shown, a guide convex portion is formed in the lower portion and a concave portion mechanism is formed in the central portion of the right side wall 13, similarly to the left side wall 12.
(holder part 20)
The holder portion 20 has: a support surface 21 for supporting a container for beverage; and a base surface 22 formed with a step from the support surface 21, and the support surface 21 and the base surface 22 are connected by a left side surface 24 and a right side surface 25 (see fig. 4). In addition, a holding hole 26 for holding a container for beverage is formed in the support surface 21. The holding hole 26 has a hole shape in which 2 circles are connected to each other in order to hold 2 containers of beverage, but may have a single circular shape or another shape depending on the form and number of articles to be held.
Further, the left side surface 24 is provided with a lower projection 24a at a lower portion on the rear side thereof, and an upper projection 24b at an upper portion at a position further apart from the lower projection 24a toward the rear side by a predetermined distance. Further, a convex portion mechanism 27 that engages with the concave portion mechanism 17 is provided at the center portion of the left side surface 24. The structure of the projection mechanism 27 will be described in detail later. Further, although not shown, a lower projection, an upper projection, and a convex portion mechanism are also formed on the right side surface 25 in the same manner as the left side surface 24.
(outer case section 30)
The housing portion 30 has a bottom surface 31, an upper surface 32, a left side surface 33, and a right side surface 34, and an area defined by these surfaces is defined as a box/rack storage portion 35. The front and rear ends of the housing portion 30 are open. The upper surface 32 is formed in a step shape, and has a front high surface 32a and a rear low surface 32b.
On the left side surface 33, substantially the entire region from the front side to the rear side is provided with 2 guide grooves 33a, 33b. The lower guide groove 33a is fitted to a lower projection 24a provided on the left side surface 24 of the holder 20, and the upper guide groove 33b is fitted to an upper projection 24b on the other side. The lower guide groove 33a and the upper guide groove 33b each restrict vertical movement when the holder 20 slides. Further, a guide recess 33c is formed inside the left side surface 33 along the sliding movement direction. The guide concave portion 33c is fitted to a guide convex portion 12a provided on the left side wall 12 of the box portion 10, and regulates the vertical movement of the box portion 10 when sliding.
Although not shown in the drawings, the right side surface 34 also has a lower guide groove, an upper guide groove, and a guide recess, as in the case of the left side surface 33.
(concave part mechanism 17)
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the cartridge portion of the beverage holder structure according to the present embodiment.
The left side wall 12 of the box portion 10 includes: a base surface 12b constituting a main surface of the left side wall; the attachment surface 12c, which is a surface different from the base surface 12b, is formed inward of the base surface 12 b. A vertical groove 12d extending in the vertical direction is formed at a boundary portion (i.e., a stepped portion) between the base surface 12b and the attachment surface 12 c. The vertical groove 12d constitutes a concave portion mechanism 17, and is configured to engage with a convex portion mechanism 27 of the holder portion 20, which will be described later. In addition, although not shown in the drawings, the right side wall 13 also has a base surface and an attachment surface formed on the inner side of the base surface, and a vertical groove is formed at the boundary portion between the base surface and the attachment surface, and the vertical groove is a concave portion mechanism, as in the case of the left side wall 12.
In the present embodiment, the structure of the vertical groove 12d is shown as a specific example of the concave portion mechanism 17, but the structure is not limited to this, and a groove, a through hole, or the like having a predetermined shape such as an L-shape may be used.
(convex part mechanism 27)
Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the holder portion of the beverage holder structure of the present embodiment as viewed from the back side.
A rib 24c is formed at a central portion of the left side surface 24 of the bracket portion 20 by bending a part thereof inward. The rib 24c constitutes a protrusion mechanism 27, and engages with the vertical groove 12d of the recess mechanism 17 formed in the left side wall 12 of the box portion 10. Similarly, a rib 25c is formed in a central portion of the right side surface 25 of the holder portion 20 by bending a part thereof inward. The rib 25c also constitutes a convex portion mechanism 27, and engages with a vertical groove (not shown) of a concave portion mechanism formed on the right side wall 13 of the box portion 10.
In the present embodiment, the structure of the ribs 24c and 25c is shown as a specific example of the convex portion mechanism 27, but the present invention is not limited to this, and may be a protrusion formed integrally with the left side surface 24 (or the right side surface 25) or a protrusion provided on the inner surface of the left side surface 24 (or the right side surface 25).
As shown in fig. 4, a stopper 28 extending in the vertical direction is formed on the back surface side of the base surface 22 of the bracket portion 20. The stopper 28 functions as a stopper as follows. That is, when the holder 20 is pulled out from the case 30 and slides, if the stopper 28 of the holder 20 abuts against the intermediate wall 14 of the box 10, the movement of the holder 20 is suppressed.
(operation of engaging mechanism by concave mechanism 17 and convex mechanism 27)
Fig. 5A and 5B are side views for explaining the operation of the engaging mechanism of the beverage holder structure according to the present embodiment, and fig. 5A shows a state when not engaged and fig. 5B shows a state when engaged.
In fig. 5A, the lower projection 24a is located at the foremost end of the lower guide groove 33a, the lower projection 24a is formed on the left side surface 24 of the holder portion 20, and the lower guide groove 33a is formed on the left side surface 33 of the outer case portion 30. That is, the state shown in fig. 5A is a state in which the holder portion 20 is pulled out from the case portion 30 to the maximum extent. In this state, the rib 24c (see fig. 4) of the convex mechanism 27 constituting the holder portion 20 is positioned on the rear side of the vertical groove 12d of the concave mechanism 17 constituting the cassette portion 10, and the rib 24c is not engaged with the vertical groove 12d. When the cassette part 10 is moved rearward from this state, the position of the vertical groove 12d moves rearward to overlap the position of the rib 24c, and as a result, the rib 24c moves downward in the vertical groove 12d as shown by an arrow in fig. 5A and is locked, and the engaged state shown in fig. 5B is achieved.
[ Effect of the present embodiment ]
Fig. 6A to 6D are side views for explaining the operation of the beverage holder structure of the present embodiment.
First, when the beverage holder structure is not used, as shown in fig. 6A, the cartridge portion 10 and the holder portion 20 are housed in the case portion 30.
In using the beverage holder configuration, as shown in fig. 6B, the cartridge portion 10 is initially pulled out from the housing portion 30 and slidably moved.
When only the storage unit 16 (see fig. 2 and 3) of the cassette unit 10 is used, the cassette unit 10 may be pushed in to return to the storage state of fig. 6A if the use is completed in the state of fig. 6B. In fig. 6A and 6B, the holder portion 20 is housed in the case portion 30, and the lower projection 24a and the upper projection 24B formed on the left side surface 24 of the holder portion 20 are located at the rearmost ends of the lower guide groove 33a and the upper guide groove 33B formed on the left side surface 33 of the case portion 30, respectively.
When the holder portion 20 is used, the holder portion 20 is further pulled out from the state shown in fig. 6B and is slid (see fig. 6C).
In this state, the lower projection 24a and the upper projection 24b formed on the left side surface 24 of the holder portion 20 are positioned at the forefront ends of the lower guide groove 33a and the upper guide groove 33b formed on the left side surface 33 of the housing portion 30, respectively. That is, the holder portion 20 is pulled out from the housing portion 30 to the maximum extent, and in this state, can be used as a cup holder.
In this state, the rib 24c (see fig. 4) constituting the convex mechanism 27 of the holder portion 20 is positioned behind the vertical groove 12d constituting the concave mechanism 17 of the cassette portion 10, and the rib 24c is not engaged with the vertical groove 12d. Therefore, in this state, if the holder 20 is pushed backward, the cassette 10 does not follow, and the cassette 10 remains at the position of fig. 6B (non-following state). In this state, the claw portion 23 formed on the front side of the holder portion 20 is located above the box portion 10 and does not contact the front wall 11 of the box portion 10. Further, the upper end of the vertical groove 12d constituting the concave mechanism 17 of the case portion 10 is located below the height of the lower end of the claw portion 23 of the holder portion 20.
If only the case portion 10 is pushed in from the state shown in fig. 6C to the rear side, the position of the vertical groove 12D moves to the rear side and overlaps the position of the rib 24C, and as a result, the rib 24C moves downward in the vertical groove 12D as shown by the arrow in fig. 5A and is locked, and the engaged state shown in fig. 6D is achieved. The claw portion 23 formed on the front side of the holder portion 20 is in contact with the inner surface of the front wall 11 of the box portion 10. Further, the upper end of the vertical groove 12d constituting the concave mechanism 17 of the case portion 10 is set to a position substantially equal to the height of the lower end of the claw portion 23 of the holder portion 20.
Therefore, if the cassette part 10 is further pushed in to the rear side from the state shown in fig. 6D, the holder part 20 follows it and is pushed in to the rear side together (following state). Therefore, both the box portion 10 and the holder portion 20 can be housed in the case portion 30 by one operation. When the cup holder is used again, if only the box portion 10 is pulled out from the housing portion 30, the engagement state is maintained, and therefore the holder portion 20 is pulled out together with following (following state). Therefore, both the box portion 10 and the holder portion 20 can be taken out from the case portion 30 by one operation, and the holder portion 20 does not need to be pulled out again.
On the other hand, if only the holder 20 is pushed rearward from the state of fig. 6D, the engagement between the holder 20 and the cassette 10 is released by this action. Therefore, only the holder portion 20 is accommodated in the case portion 30, and the cassette portion 10 remains at the position of fig. 6D (non-following state) without following. Therefore, only the housing 16 of the cassette unit 10 can be used again (see fig. 2 and 3).
[ Effect of the present embodiment ]
In the beverage holder structure 1 of the present embodiment, the holder portion 20 is provided with the rib 24c constituting the convex portion mechanism 27, and the box portion 10 is provided with the vertical groove 12d constituting the concave portion mechanism 17. Therefore, the holder portion 20 follows the movement of the cassette portion 10 when the rib 24c and the vertical groove 12d are engaged, and does not follow the movement when the rib is not engaged, and these states can be distinguished by a simple operation.
Specifically, in the case of using the holder as a beverage holder, if the holder portion 20 is pulled out once after the cartridge portion 10 is pulled out first, the engagement relationship is established by an operation of pushing only the cartridge portion 10 into the housing portion 30 after use. Therefore, the holder 20 always follows the movement of the cassette unit 10 when used from the next time. Therefore, the case portion 10 and the holder portion 20 can be pulled out from the case portion 30 and used by one operation, and it is not necessary to pull out only the holder portion 20 again.
Even after the beverage holder is used, when only the storage portion 16 of the cartridge portion 10 is to be used, the engagement is released by only pushing the holder portion 20 into the housing portion 30. Therefore, only the holder portion 20 is accommodated in the case portion 30, and the box portion 10 does not follow. Therefore, the holder portion 20 of the cassette portion 10 does not follow the next drawing of the cassette portion 10 from the case portion 30, and only the storage portion 16 of the cassette portion 10 can be used at all times.
In other words, the beverage holder structure 1 of the present embodiment has a simple structure, and thus can memorize the previous action of the user. This frees the user from troublesome operations without paying special attention.
Further, the structure is simple, and therefore, the present invention is advantageous in terms of reliability and cost of the product.
Further, it is not necessary to provide another member or another device for establishing and releasing the engagement relationship, and therefore the number of parts is reduced. Further, as in the conventional example, the operation of spanning the protrusion portion for establishing and releasing the engagement relationship is not required, and the durability is improved without applying a load to the component member.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, the rib 24c constituting the convex portion mechanism 27 is provided on the holder portion 20 and the vertical groove 12d constituting the concave portion mechanism 17 is provided on the box portion 10 as the engaging mechanism, but the concave portion mechanism may be provided on the holder portion 20 and the convex portion mechanism may be provided on the box portion 10. The recess means may be not only a straight groove such as a vertical groove but also a groove having a predetermined shape such as an L-shape or may be a through hole having a predetermined shape. On the other hand, the convex portion means may be not only a rib structure as shown in the drawing but also a projection formed integrally with the wall surface of the box portion 10 or a projection provided on the inner surface of the wall surface.
The engaging mechanism may be a structure having only a convex portion mechanism and no concave portion mechanism. In this case, for example, as the convex portion mechanism, if a member such as a push button in which a projection/non-projection state alternately occurs can be used and the facing surface can be fixed in the projected state, the facing surface may be a flat surface without the concave portion mechanism.
The drink holder structure according to the present embodiment is not only used for applications installed in a vehicle cabin of a vehicle, but also used for eating houses other than a vehicle, tables in a rest place, and the like.

Claims (4)
1. A beverage holder configuration, comprising:
a box portion having a receiving space,
a holder part, a container holding a beverage, and
a case portion that houses the box portion and the holder portion;
the case portion and the holder portion are configured to be able to be drawn out from the case portion and to be able to be stored in the case portion,
at least the support part is provided with a clamping mechanism which makes a clamping relation between the box part and the support part be established and makes the clamping relation be released,
the box portion has a pair of side walls extending in the pull-out direction;
the holder portion has a pair of side surfaces having opposing portions opposing a portion of the pair of side walls at least when pulled out;
the engaging mechanism has a protrusion mechanism protruding from the opposing portion of the holder portion toward the side wall side of the box portion.
2. The beverage holder configuration of claim 1,
the engagement mechanism has a concave mechanism at a position facing the convex mechanism on the side wall of the box portion.
3. The beverage holder configuration according to claim 1 or 2,
the protrusion mechanism is a rib formed by bending a part of the side surface of the holder portion toward the side wall of the box portion.
