The traffic transportation safety production management system that this embodiment provided:
by adopting the PHP MVC architecture mode, the technologies of workflow, message notification reminding, system role configuration, data automatic generation, big data analysis, data visualization and the like are integrated, so that an enterprise can complete most of daily safety management and management flow work in the system, and an industry supervision department can complete most of enterprise safety production supervision work in the system, thereby saving the labor cost to the maximum extent, reducing the possible security holes in enterprise safety production and improving the work efficiency of the enterprise and the industry supervision department;
the database information storage is based on Mysql, is a relational database, and stores data in different tables, so that the data access speed is increased, and the flexibility is improved;
integrating the standards of traffic transportation safety production management: integrating and curing various requirements, laws and regulations and standard specifications of the safety production of the transportation enterprise into management contents and processes in a management platform for operation and use of enterprise managers, enterprise employees and industry supervision departments to form a standardized and normalized safety production management mode;
integrating various services of transportation safety production management: unifying various services of enterprise safety production management into a management platform, and making various types of working pages aiming at different industry categories of transportation to form a transportation safety production management system in the true sense;
managing and controlling various flows of traffic transportation safety production management: according to the practical situation of the transportation industry, the management work is carried out according to daily work, monthly work, annual work and occurrence time, and data interaction is carried out with a supervision platform, so that various flows of transportation safety production management are effectively controlled;
the method comprises the following steps of storing relevant information of traffic transportation safety production management in a centralized manner: the database mode is adopted to store the related information of the transportation safety production management, so as to effectively prevent the loss and the gear-breaking of the safety management information caused by the distributed and fragmented management modes.

A transportation safety production management system is characterized by comprising a transportation safety management platform used by transportation enterprises and a transportation safety supervision platform used by industry management departments; the system integrates and solidifies various requirements, laws and regulations and standard specifications of the safety production of the transportation enterprise into management contents and processes in a management platform for operation and use of enterprise managers, enterprise employees and industry supervision departments; various services of enterprise safety production management are unified into a management platform, and different types of working pages are formulated according to different industry categories of transportation; the management work is classified and subjected to data interaction with a supervision platform according to daily work, monthly work, annual work and occurrence time by combining the actual situation of the transportation industry; and the database mode is adopted to carry out centralized storage on the related information of the traffic transportation safety production management.

The transportation safety production management system according to claim 1, wherein the transportation safety management platform and the transportation safety supervision platform each comprise a model layer, a view layer, a control layer and an information storage database; the model layer is data which is packaged by using PHP language and is related to the service logic of the application program and a data processing method, and performs data transmission and interaction with the database; the view layer realizes purposeful display of data through instructions of the corresponding control layer; the control layer plays an organization role among different layers and is used for controlling the flow of an application program, processing events and responding, wherein the events comprise the behaviors of users and the changes of data model layers; and the information storage database performs data interaction with the model layer based on Mysql.
3. The transportation safety production management system according to claim 1, wherein the system specifically comprises a vehicle account module, a vehicle instance inspection module, a driving log module, a task-free vehicle reporting module, and a vehicle dynamic monitoring module;
the vehicle account standing module stores information such as vehicle types, vehicle comprehensive inspection and technical grade identification, carrier liability insurance, tank inspection, annual inspection and the like into a system according to different industry types and different vehicle types of transportation, provides a data basis for a vehicle instance inspection module, a driving log module, a task-free vehicle reporting module and a vehicle dynamic monitoring module, and reminds a corresponding enterprise manager of accurate vehicle and due date information when the vehicle technical conditions and insurance are close to due through the system;
the vehicle example inspection module is used for carrying out safety inspection on vehicles before and after the vehicles are taken out of an enterprise, carrying out different vehicle example inspection contents according to different industries, different vehicle types and different example inspection types respectively, carrying out filling and signature filing on vehicle example inspection electronic forms by vehicle-out personnel through a mobile terminal application program, and automatically reminding a system for a driver who does not carry out vehicle example inspection recording in time;
the driving log module records the relevant information of the current driving of the enterprise vehicle in the driving process, records different driving log records according to different industries, and a driver who drives the vehicle fills the driving log through a mobile terminal application program, signs and archives the driving log, and the system can automatically remind the driver who does not fill the driving log in time;
the task-free vehicle reporting module reports vehicles without departure tasks and the tank body in the system for an enterprise administrator, wherein the reported vehicles cannot leave the system, and the reported vehicles cannot report;
the dynamic vehicle monitoring module records the vehicle with illegal violation, the driver, the illegal violation information, whether the illegal violation information is controlled and the like in the dynamic vehicle monitoring platform for the dynamic enterprise monitor, and finally counts and summarizes the data according to the types of enterprises, dates, violation items and the like, and displays the data in the form of tables and charts.
4. The transportation safety production management system according to claim 3, further comprising a file module, an illegal driving and processing module, a driver task-free module and a reward and punishment assessment module;
the system comprises a file module, a data acquisition module and a data processing module, wherein the file module comprises file contents such as names, mobile phone numbers, qualification certificate information and the like of enterprise personnel such as driver files, escort files, dynamic monitor files and the like, automatic collection and analysis are performed according to the data, the information statistics of various personnel is facilitated for an industry supervision department, and for an enterprise where the personnel whose qualification certificates are about to expire are located, the system can automatically remind a corresponding enterprise manager to replace the qualification certificates of the personnel in time;
the illegal driving and processing module is based on a vehicle account module, a vehicle case inspection module, a driving log module and a vehicle dynamic monitoring module, sorts and screens data through a big data analysis interface, automatically generates real-time illegal driving data of an inquired enterprise and a date, periodically generates a past month data record, and automatically stores the data after the enterprise completes the filling of processing conditions;
the driver task-free module is used for filling a driver without a departure task on the same day through a mobile terminal, and an enterprise administrator is required to check that an agreeing party can pass;
the assessment and reward punishment module is based on a vehicle instance inspection module, a driving log module, a vehicle dynamic monitoring module, a driver task-free module and a file module, sorts and screens data through a large data analysis interface, automatically generates real-time driver assessment data of inquired enterprises and dates, periodically generates past month data records, and automatically stores the data after the enterprises complete the filling of reward punishment modes.
5. The transportation safety production management system according to claim 1, further comprising a safety production cost expenditure module, a safety production cost extraction use and balance module;
the safety production expense module is used for recording the safety production expense for financial staff in charge of an enterprise every day according to different expense items, and finally summarizing and displaying the safety production expense into a monthly safety production expense report;
the safe production expense extraction, use and balance module is based on the safe production expense module, classifies and screens data through a big data analysis interface, automatically generates a monthly and annual safe production expense extraction and use table of inquired enterprises and dates, and dynamically displays the monthly and annual safe production expenses extraction and use table through a visual chart according to the categories of expense items, months and the like.
6. The transportation safety production management system according to claim 1, further comprising a safety production routine module;
the safety production example meeting module comprises a sign-in book and example meeting records, wherein the sign-in book is used for signing the meeting personnel through a mobile terminal provided with an application program of the system before an enterprise calls a safety production example meeting each time, and the example meeting records are used for recording contents such as meeting subjects, organization departments, meeting time, meeting types, meeting photos and various meeting items after the enterprise calls the safety production example meeting and are associated with the preceding sign-in book to form a complete safety production example meeting record.
7. The transportation safety production management system according to claim 1, further comprising a hidden danger investigation module, a hidden danger management module, a major hidden danger rectification measure report and scheme module;
