Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of surfactants, in particular to a low-foam deoiling concentrated surfactant composition.
Background
The surfactant is a substance which can obviously reduce the interfacial tension when the addition amount is small, and the molecule of the surfactant has a unique structure: one end is a hydrophilic polar group and the other end is a lipophilic non-polar group, also known as an amphipathic molecule. Can spontaneously form stable and orderly arranged association structures such as micelles, lyotropic liquid crystals, microemulsions, vesicles, vermicular micelles, microemulsion gels and the like in a solution. Widely applied to various aspects of human production and life, commonly known as industrial monosodium glutamate.
However, surfactants generally have foaming properties which contribute to their application in the fields of daily chemicals such as toothpaste, bath foam, laundry detergent, shampoo, etc., but in many industrial fields, particularly in the field of high-tech material development, or in zero-emission industrial production of water recycling, such foams cause fatal damage, leading to problems of poor application properties of materials, or interruption of production and processing of materials due to foam, or water pollution of production processes of materials due to foam, aggravating wastewater treatment burden, etc. In order to reduce foams generated in the use of the surfactant, industrial product manufacturers using the surfactant often add various types of defoaming agents, so that the industrial production cost is increased, the self biodegradability of the defoaming agent is poor, the defoaming agent is accumulated in zero-emission circulating water for a long time, and the COD (chemical oxygen demand) and BOD (biochemical oxygen demand) in the water are increased, so that the difficulty and the cost of later-stage water treatment are increased.
In addition, the common surfactant has the problem of insufficient degreasing property, and has poor degreasing effect on petroleum and the like. Therefore, a need exists for a surfactant composition that has less lather and greater oil removal.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a low-foam degreasing concentrated surfactant composition having excellent cleaning ability, less foam, high degreasing ability, and low material cost.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is solved by the following technical scheme:
a low-foam degreasing concentrated surfactant composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether, 15-20 parts of polyoxyethylene oleate, 5-10 parts of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 5-8 parts of deoiling component, 3-7 parts of sodium alginate, 1-2 parts of flavonoid-containing plant extract, 1-5 parts of suspending agent, 1-2 parts of essence and 1-8 parts of water;
the deoiling component consists of a sulfonate surfactant, an alkyl polyglycoside surfactant and citric acid.
Specifically, the deoiling component is prepared from a sulfonate surfactant, an alkyl polyglycoside surfactant and citric acid according to a mass ratio of 10-15: 5-10: 1.
Specifically, the sulfonate surfactant is one selected from C10-C18 alkylbenzene sulfonic acids.
Specifically, the alkyl polyglycoside surfactant is one selected from C8-C16 alkyl polyglycoside.
Specifically, the plant extract containing flavonoids is selected from one of folium Ginkgo extract, lemon peel extract, mandarin orange peel extract, tartary buckwheat leaf extract, and folium crataegi extract.
Specifically, the suspending agent is acrylate copolymer.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
firstly, the concentrated surfactant composition provided by the invention takes polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether, polyoxyethylene oleate and sodium lauroyl sarcosinate as main cleaning components, and has excellent cleaning capability on dirt after being compounded and used;
secondly, the degreasing component consisting of a sulfonate surfactant, an alkyl polyglycoside surfactant and citric acid is added, so that the degreasing agent can effectively remove oil stains and has high degreasing efficiency;
thirdly, sodium alginate is added, the sodium alginate forms gel when meeting water in a concentrated solution system, and a film layer is formed on the surface of the composition, so that the essence in the composition can be effectively prevented from being lost;
fourthly, plant extracts containing flavonoid compounds are also added, and the plant extracts containing the flavonoid compounds have excellent characteristics of oxidation resistance, bacteria resistance and the like.
