Abstract

The oscillating reaction is carried out at the temperature of 20-30 ℃ for 30-60 minutes.
The hot pressing treatment is carried out at the temperature of 90-110 ℃ and the pressure of 5-30MP for 10-30 min.

The comparative burning test of the medical stone/EVA composite material fragrant piece and the pure EVA fragrant piece with the same mass (5 g) shows that: the pure EVA fragrant sheet can burn for 20-30 seconds after being ignited; the incense piece made of the medical stone/EVA composite material can be extinguished within 3-5 seconds after being ignited, and the heat release rate and the smoke generation rate are both obviously reduced compared with those of a pure EVA product. The medical stone/EVA composite material fragrant sheet shows good flame retardant property, so that the medical stone/EVA composite material fragrant sheet is also suitable for being placed in an automobile, can remove unpleasant pungent smell generated by harmful organic substances, can generate pleasant fragrance, can still release elegant and fresh smell after being placed in the automobile for 90 days, and maintains the physical and mental health of a human body.
