Abstract
本发明公开一种吹塑级透气膜专用料,按重量百分比由以下原料成分组成:重质碳酸钙55‑65%,钛白粉1‑2%,活化剂1‑5%,分散剂1‑5%,流动改性剂1‑10%,加工助剂0.1‑2%,抗老化剂0.2‑1%,茂金属聚乙烯15‑20%,线性聚乙烯10‑15%;所述流动改性剂为无规立构聚丙烯梳状‑嵌段聚烯烃,该无规立构聚丙烯梳状‑嵌段聚烯烃由聚烯烃主链和从所述聚烯烃主链侧挂的具有至少8000g/mol的重均分子量和小于20%的结晶度的至少两个无规立构聚丙烯梳。本发明将重质碳酸钙与茂金属聚乙烯、线性聚乙烯混合,并结合特定含量的流动改性剂,避免重钙沉降、生产成本低。经实验验证,利用本发明提供的专用料制成的透气薄膜,不仅具有高静水压性能,同时还具有优异的透湿性、透气性,以及十分优异的断裂延伸性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子复合材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种吹塑级透气膜专用料。
背景技术
透气膜是一种以热塑性塑料为基体,填充高含量的无机粒子的复合材料,经压延或流延、吹塑等方法制成薄膜,然后进一步通过单轴或双轴拉伸得到孔径细小且相互贯通的微孔薄膜材料,该薄膜仅能让分子结构较小的水蒸气分子透过,而无法让使呈聚集状态的水滴渗透通过,因此具有透气不透水的特点,从而达到防水透湿的效果。
目前,常用的透气膜用透气料主要由碳酸钙、聚乙烯、以及加工助剂制成,参见公开号为CN 106397902 A、CN 104530522 A所述。但利用现有的这些透气料制成透气膜薄膜时,很难兼具透湿、透气和高的耐静水压性能。为提高薄膜的透气时,有的还需添加大量的透气料,进而导致薄膜的拉伸性能较差。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种兼具透湿、透气和高的耐静水压性能,且拉伸性能良好的吹塑级聚乙烯透气专用料。
为达到以上目的,本发明采用如下技术方案。
一种吹塑级透气膜专用料,其特征在于,按重量百分比由以下原料成分组成:重质碳酸钙55-65%,钛白粉1-2%,活化剂1-5%,分散剂1-5%,流动改性剂1-10%,加工助剂0.1-2%,抗老化剂0.2-1%,茂金属聚乙烯15-20%,线性聚乙烯10-15%;所述流动改性剂为无规立构聚丙烯梳状-嵌段聚烯烃,该无规立构聚丙烯梳状-嵌段聚烯烃由聚烯烃主链和从所述聚烯烃主链侧挂的具有至少8000g/mol的重均分子量和小于20%的结晶度的至少两个无规立构聚丙烯梳。
更为优选的是,所述吹塑级透气膜专用料按重量百分比由以下原料成分组成:重质碳酸钙55%,钛白粉2%,活化剂5%,分散剂5%,加工助剂2%,流动改性剂5%,抗老化剂1%,茂金属聚乙烯15%,线性聚乙烯10%。
更为优选的是,所述吹塑级透气膜专用料按重量百分比由以下原料成分组成:重质碳酸钙60%,钛白粉1%,活化剂1%,分散剂2%,加工助剂0.5%,流动改性剂10%,抗老化剂0.5%,茂金属聚乙烯15%,线性聚乙烯10%。
更为优选的是,所述无规立构聚丙烯梳状-嵌段聚烯烃的制备方法为:1)在20-70℃的温度下使丙烯与第一金属茂前体和活化剂接触以形成具有至少8000g/mol的重均分子量和小于20%的结晶度的乙烯基封端的无规立构聚丙烯;2)在40-150℃的温度下使所述乙烯基封端的无规立构聚丙烯与乙烯、丙烯或这两者、第二金属茂前体和活化剂接触而形成无规立构聚丙烯梳状-嵌段聚烯烃。
更为优选的是,所述茂金属聚乙烯由至少两种不同熔指的茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯混合而成。
更为优选的是,所述分散剂为硅酮粉分散剂。
更为优选的是,所述活化剂为:硬脂酸盐、硅烷偶联剂、铝钛复合偶联剂和钛酸酯偶联剂中的至少一种。

本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的吹塑级透气膜专用料,将重质碳酸钙与茂金属聚乙烯、线性聚乙烯混合,并结合特定含量的流动改性剂,避免重钙沉降、生产成本低。经实验验证,在利用本发明提供的专用料制成透气薄膜时,不仅其具有高静水压性能,同时还具有优异的透湿性、透气性。特别地,聚乙烯透气薄膜还具有十分优异的断裂延伸性能。

实施例1
一种吹塑级透气膜专用料,其特征在于,按重量百分比由以下原料成分组成:重质碳酸钙65%,钛白粉1%,活化剂1%,分散剂2%,加工助剂0.5%,流动改性剂5%,抗老化剂0.5%,茂金属聚乙烯15%,线性聚乙烯10%。
其中,所述流动改性剂为无规立构聚丙烯梳状-嵌段聚烯烃,该无规立构聚丙烯梳状-嵌段聚烯烃由聚烯烃主链和从所述聚烯烃主链侧挂的具有至少8000g/mol的重均分子量和小于20%的结晶度的至少两个无规立构聚丙烯梳。所述无规立构聚丙烯梳状-嵌段聚烯烃的制备方法为:1)在20-70℃的温度下使丙烯与第一金属茂前体和活化剂接触以形成具有至少8000g/mol的重均分子量和小于20%的结晶度的乙烯基封端的无规立构聚丙烯;2)在40-150℃的温度下使所述乙烯基封端的无规立构聚丙烯与乙烯、丙烯或这两者、第二金属茂前体和活化剂接触而形成无规立构聚丙烯梳状-嵌段聚烯烃。
所述茂金属聚乙烯由至少两种不同熔指的茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯混合而成。本实施例中,优选所述茂金属PE由融指为4.5和熔指为1的两种茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯混合而成,两者质量比为3:2。
所述分散剂为硅酮粉分散剂。
所述加工助剂为PPA,PPA是Polymer Processing Aid的缩写,聚合物加工助剂。
所述活化剂为:硬脂酸锌。在其他实施方式中,所述活化剂为硬脂酸盐、硅烷偶联剂、铝钛复合偶联剂和钛酸酯偶联剂中的至少一种即可,不限于本实施例。
所述抗老化剂为:抗氧剂B215。
实际制备时,1)将各原料混合均匀后加入双螺杆挤出机塑化成型;2)成型后的物料加入单螺杆挤出机中造粒;3)造粒完成后进行风冷切粒。
实施例2~实施例5
实施例2~实施例5提供的一种吹塑级透气膜专用料,其制备方法与实施例1一致,区别在于,各原料的添加比例不同,具体如表1所示。

性能对比
利用常规的吹塑法将实施例1到实施例5、对比例1和对比例2提供的吹塑级透气膜专用料分别制成相应的透气薄膜,各透气薄膜的性能测试结果如表2所示。

从表2可以看出:利用本发明实施例1~实施例5的专用料制得的聚乙烯透气薄膜,不仅其具有高静水压性能,同时还具有优异的透湿性、透气性。特别地,将重质碳酸钙与茂金属聚乙烯、线性聚乙烯混合,并结合特定含量的流动改性剂,使得聚乙烯透气薄膜具有十分优异的断裂延伸性能。

1.一种吹塑级透气膜专用料,其特征在于,按重量百分比由以下原料成分组成:重质碳酸钙55-65%,钛白粉1-2%,活化剂1-5%,分散剂1-5%,流动改性剂1-10%,加工助剂0.1-2%,抗老化剂0.2-1%,茂金属聚乙烯15-20%,线性聚乙烯10-15%;所述流动改性剂为无规立构聚丙烯梳状-嵌段聚烯烃,该无规立构聚丙烯梳状-嵌段聚烯烃由聚烯烃主链和从所述聚烯烃主链侧挂的具有至少8000g/mol的重均分子量和小于20%的结晶度的至少两个无规立构聚丙烯梳。

10.根据权利要求1所述的一种吹塑级透气膜专用料,其特征在于,制备步骤如下:
1)将各原料混合均匀后加入双螺杆挤出机塑化成型;
2)成型后的物料加入单螺杆挤出机中造粒;
3)造粒完成后进行风冷切粒。
