It utilizes chemical method to treat nitrogen and phosphorus substances in sewage, makes the treated sewage reach the discharge standard, and can implement reuse of water resource, and its treatment speed is quick, structure is simple, and is convenient for household use, it firstly utilizes physical method to remove large particulate matter and suspended matter in sewage by using filter screen to implement solid-liquid separation, and utilizes biomembrane method to remove toxic and harmful substances and decompose organic matter in sewage, and finally utilizes the method of adding chemical agent to make nitrogen and phosphorus substances in sewage precipitate and separate out so as to attain the goal of removing, and utilizes motor to drive stirrer to stir sewage to accelerate chemical flocculation action and raise treatment efficiency, and at the same time of rotating stirrer also drives cam to repeatedly extrude chemical agent release member so as to make the release member intermittently spray chemical agent, not only can raise the full mixing of chemical agent and sewage, but also can save the consumption of chemical agent, the use cost is reduced.
