In the related technology, the wheel set 6 is directly supported on a sleeper partially during transportation, a bearing is protected by a rubber plate or plastic cloth, and then the wheel set is bound and fixed with a transportation vehicle by using a steel wire. Firstly, because the wheel pair 6 is only fixed by steel wires, the wheel pair is easy to roll relative to a transport vehicle in the transport process, and the stability is poor; secondly, the bearing is not thoroughly protected, is easy to enter water and rust, and is time-consuming and labor-consuming to protect and disassemble.

In view of the above disadvantages, the present invention firstly proposes a supporting device, which may include two supporting beams 1, a plurality of mounting frames, and supporting wheels 3, as shown in fig. 1, wherein the two supporting beams 1 are arranged in parallel; a plurality of mounting frames are arranged between the two support beams 1 in parallel; the supporting wheel 3 is detachably arranged on the mounting frame and comprises a first sub wheel 31 and a second sub wheel 32, the first sub wheel 31 and the second sub wheel 32 are attached to the central shaft, and the diameters of the first sub wheel 31 and the second sub wheel 32 are different; wherein each mounting frame is provided with two supporting wheels 3 arranged at intervals.
Compared with the prior art, on one hand, the wheel pair 6 is limited and fixed in the direction perpendicular to the central axis of the supporting wheels 3 through the two supporting wheels 3 arranged at intervals on one mounting frame, and the supporting wheels 3 on the mounting frames are used for limiting and fixing the wheel pair 6 in the direction parallel to the central axis of the supporting wheels 3, so that the stability is good, the wheel pair 6 is not easy to fall off, and the supporting wheels 3 are in contact with the wheel pair 6, so that the wheel pair 6 can be well protected; on the other hand, the supporting wheel 3 comprises a first sub wheel 31 and a second sub wheel 32 which are coaxial and are arranged in an attaching mode, the diameters of the first sub wheel 31 and the second sub wheel 32 are different, and the wheel pairs 6 with different specifications can be supported and fixed by changing the installation direction of the supporting wheel 3.
Two support beams 1 are arranged in parallel, and the support beams 1 may be in a prismatic structure, such as a quadrangular prism, a triangular prism, etc. The material of the support beam 1 may be rigid or other relatively strong materials, such as iron, and is not limited in any way.
The mounting frames are arranged between the two supporting beams 1 in parallel, gaps between the mounting frames are the same, the mounting frames can comprise two mounting plates 2, the two mounting plates 2 are fixed on two sides of each supporting beam, a gap is reserved between the two mounting plates 2, the supporting wheels 3 are arranged between the two mounting plates 2, the mounting plates 2 are of rectangular plate-shaped structures, and the mounting plates 2 are perpendicular to the supporting beams 1; each mounting frame can be provided with two supporting wheels 3 arranged at intervals, and the straight line of the two supporting wheels 3 is parallel to the mounting frame and is perpendicular to the supporting beam 1. The number of the mounting frames can be two, three, four or more.
Referring to fig. 2, the supporting wheel 3 may include a first sub-wheel 31 and a second sub-wheel 32, the first sub-wheel 31 and the second sub-wheel 32 are disposed on the same central axis, the first sub-wheel 31 and the second sub-wheel 32 are disposed in an attached manner, diameters of the first sub-wheel 31 and the second sub-wheel 32 are different, a radius of the first sub-wheel 31 is larger than a radius of the second sub-wheel 32, a through hole 33 is formed in the supporting wheel 3, the through hole 33 penetrates through the supporting wheel 3 along the central axis of the supporting wheel 3, the pin 34 detachably penetrates through the through hole 33, and both ends of the pin protrude from the through hole 33, so as to fix the supporting wheel 3 to the mounting frame.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in an exemplary embodiment, two openings 21 are provided on each mounting plate 2 of the mounting bracket for mounting the support wheel 3, the pin shafts 34 are provided in the openings 21 protruding from both ends of the through hole 33, the two openings 21 on each mounting plate 2 are located at the same position, that is, the openings 21 at the same position of the two mounting brackets are located at the same central axis, and the central axis of the openings 21 is parallel to the central axis of the through hole 33. The cross section of the opening 21 in the direction of the central axis may be a rectangle, a semicircle or other figure, and is not particularly limited herein.
The support device of the present invention may also include a pressure plate 22 and a spacer. Threaded holes are formed in two ends of the opening 21, the gasket is pressed above the opening 21, the pressing plate 22 is pressed on the gasket, the gasket and the pressing plate 22 can be fixed on the mounting frame through bolts, and the pin shaft 34 is prevented from falling from the opening 21. The pressing plate 22 may be connected to the mounting plate 2 by one end being hinged and the other end being fixed by bolts. The shim and the pressure plate 22 are identical in shape and may each be rectangular. The gasket may be made of an elastic material, such as rubber, and the pressing plate 22 may be made of a rigid material or may be made of other stronger materials, such as iron, which is not limited herein.
In another exemplary embodiment, the mounting frame may already be provided with blind holes for snap-fastening the pins 34 protruding from the through holes 33 to the mounting frame, two blind holes being provided on each mounting plate 2 of the mounting frame. The two blind holes on each mounting plate 2 are in the same position, namely the blind holes in the same position on the two mounting frames are arranged on the same central axis, and the central axes of the blind holes are arranged in parallel with the central axis of the through hole 33. The cross section of the blind hole along the central axis may be circular, rectangular, oval, etc., and is not particularly limited herein.

The supporting device of the invention can also comprise a bottom plate 4, the supporting beam 1 and the mounting rack are both arranged on the bottom plate 4, the supporting wheels 3 are arranged on one side of the mounting rack far away from the bottom plate 4, the bottom plate 4 can be a rectangular plate-mounted framework, and the four corners of the bottom plate 4 can be provided with hanging rings 41, on one hand, the hanging rings 41 can be used for fixedly binding ropes or steel wires of a to-be-supported member, on the other hand, the hanging rings 41 can play a role in hanging, and the bottom plate 4 can be composed of 1700mmX2000mmX10mm steel plates.
Between the mounting frame and the support beam 1, ribs 5 may be provided for reinforcing the connection between the mounting frame and the support beam 1.
