Abstract
The invention discloses a lubrication maintenance device for a rotary tablet press die, which comprises: the oil pump comprises a plurality of storage cavities with open tops, a confluence pipe, a three-way valve, a booster pump and a negative pressure oil well pump, wherein the bottoms of the storage cavities are communicated with the first end of the confluence pipe, the three-way valve is provided with an oil inlet and two oil outlets, the second ends of the oil inlet and the confluence pipe are communicated, one of the oil outlets is communicated with the oil outlet end of the booster pump, and the other oil outlet is communicated with the oil inlet end of the negative pressure oil well pump. The invention can automatically lubricate the lubricating piece, is beneficial to quickly identifying different lubricating pieces and can greatly reduce the lubricating oil attached on the lubricating piece.

Rotary tablet presses are one of the most common devices used in the pharmaceutical industry for tablet preparation. In the invention, the storage chambers 2 are provided for storing the lubricating pieces, which is beneficial to quickly identifying different lubricating pieces, and the lubricating pieces in the storage chambers 2 can be automatically lubricated at the same time by the booster pump, and the oil is discharged by the negative pressure oil pump and the lubricating oil adhered to the lubricating pieces is adsorbed at negative pressure, thereby greatly reducing the lubricating oil adhered to the lubricating pieces.
In order to further improve the adsorption degreasing effect, in the embodiment, a sealing cover plate 4 for sealing the storage cavity is detachably arranged at the opening of each storage cavity 2. the valve for opening and closing the confluence pipe is arranged on the confluence pipe (3);
the lubricating and maintaining device for the rotary tablet press die further comprises a plurality of liquid level detectors and a controller, the three-way valve is an electric three-way valve, the valve is an electromagnetic valve, one liquid level detector is arranged in at least one storage cavity (2), the liquid level detectors are in signal connection with the controller, and the controller is respectively in control connection with the electric three-way valve, the electromagnetic valve, the booster pump and the negative pressure oil well pump;
