Optionally, the remaining amount obtaining module 820 is further configured to obtain a consumption amount of the abrasive material according to an initial distance between the distance sensor and the abrasive material and the distance data; and acquiring the residual quantity of the grinding material according to the consumption quantity.
Optionally, the device for measuring the allowance of the grinding material of the edge grinding machine further comprises an initial distance obtaining module, configured to obtain an initial distance detected by the distance sensor when the installation of the grinding material is completed.
Optionally, the edge grinding machine includes two covers and grinding wheels respectively installed inside the two covers, outer wheels of the two grinding wheels are arranged in a mutually crossing manner, the distance sensor is installed on an inner wall of a bottom surface of each cover, and a unique identifier is preset in each distance sensor; the residual amount obtaining module 820 is further configured to obtain a residual amount of the corresponding grinding material according to the distance data; acquiring an identifier of a target distance sensor corresponding to the distance data, and acquiring identity information of a grinding material which is arranged in the same cover cap with the target distance sensor; outputting the identity information of the abrasive material in association with the remaining amount.
Optionally, the edge grinding machine includes an alarm device, the measuring device for the grinding material allowance of the edge grinding machine further includes an alarm module, and the alarm module is used for outputting alarm information by using the alarm device when the allowance is smaller than or equal to a preset value.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a device for measuring the grinding material allowance of the edge grinding machine, which comprises: the measuring program of the grinding material allowance of the edge grinding machine is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, and when being executed by the processor, the measuring program of the grinding material allowance of the edge grinding machine realizes the steps of the embodiment of the method for measuring the grinding material allowance of the edge grinding machine.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a device for measuring the grinding material allowance of the edge grinding machine, the device for measuring the grinding material allowance of the edge grinding machine is the edge grinding machine, the edge grinding machine further comprises a cover cap and a grinding wheel arranged in the cover cap, the bottom surface of the cover cap is parallel to a rotating shaft of the grinding wheel, the grinding material is arranged on the outer side of an outer wheel of the grinding wheel, a distance sensor is arranged on the inner wall of the bottom surface of the cover cap, and the processor is connected with the distance sensor.
Optionally, the edge grinding machine further includes an alarm device, and the processor is further configured to output alarm information by using the alarm device when the remaining amount is less than or equal to a preset value.
The embodiment of the invention further provides a storage medium, wherein the storage medium stores a program for measuring the grinding material allowance of the edge grinding machine, and the program for measuring the grinding material allowance of the edge grinding machine realizes the steps of the method for measuring the grinding material allowance of the edge grinding machine when being executed by a processor.

acquiring a scanning signal emitted by the distance sensor at a preset scanning frequency and receiving a reflected echo signal, and calculating to obtain minimum distance data between the distance sensor and a reflecting object;
taking the minimum distance data as the distance data detected by the distance sensor;
obtaining the residual quantity of the grinding material according to the distance data;
acquiring a unique identifier of a target distance sensor corresponding to the distance data, and acquiring identity information of a grinding material which is arranged in the same cover cap with the target distance sensor;
outputting the identity information of the abrasive material in association with the remaining amount;
when the residual quantity of the grinding material is smaller than or equal to a preset value, outputting alarm information by using the alarm module;
the step of obtaining the remaining amount of the abrasive material according to the distance data includes:
when the grinding material is detected to be installed completely, acquiring an initial distance detected by the distance sensor;
obtaining a consumption amount of the abrasive material according to an initial distance between the distance sensor and the abrasive material and the distance data;
acquiring the residual quantity of the grinding material according to the consumption quantity;
and after the residual quantity of the grinding material is obtained, displaying the residual quantity for a worker to perform data analysis.

The measuring device for the grinding material allowance of the edge grinding machine is characterized in that the edge grinding machine is provided with two cover caps, a distance sensor with a unique identifier is mounted on the inner wall of the bottom surface of each cover cap, and the edge grinding machine comprises an alarm module; the measuring device of edging machine abrasive material surplus includes:
the distance data acquisition module is used for acquiring the minimum distance data between the distance sensor and a reflecting object after the distance sensor transmits scanning signals at a preset scanning frequency and receives reflected echo signals;
the distance data acquisition module is further used for taking the minimum distance data as the distance data detected by the distance sensor;
the residual amount acquisition module is used for acquiring the residual amount of the grinding material according to the distance data;
the surplus acquisition module is further used for acquiring the unique identifier of the target distance sensor corresponding to the distance data and acquiring the identity information of the grinding material which is arranged in the same cover cap with the target distance sensor;
the residual quantity acquisition module is further used for outputting the identity information of the grinding material in a manner of being associated with the residual quantity;
the alarm module is used for outputting alarm information by utilizing the alarm module when the residual quantity of the grinding material is less than or equal to a preset value;
the residual amount acquisition module is further used for acquiring an initial distance detected by the distance sensor when the grinding material is detected to be installed;
the residual amount obtaining module is further configured to obtain a consumption amount of the grinding material according to an initial distance between the distance sensor and the grinding material and the distance data;
the residual amount obtaining module is further used for obtaining the residual amount of the grinding materials according to the consumption amount;
and the alarm module is also used for displaying the residual quantity of the grinding material after the residual quantity of the grinding material is obtained so as to be used for data analysis by working personnel.
