A use method of a surface cleaning device for machining products comprises the following steps:
a. a round workpiece penetrates between the first arc-shaped clamping plates 24 of the fixed clamping mechanism 2 and between the second arc-shaped clamping plates 34 of the movable clamping mechanism 3 on one side, the second arc-shaped clamping plates 34 are pushed by the second air cylinders 33 to clamp the workpiece, then the movable clamping mechanism 3 is driven by the moving assembly 35 to move towards the central position, and then the first air cylinders 23 of the fixed clamping mechanism 2 stretch and push the first arc-shaped clamping plates 24 to clamp the workpiece;
b. the double-shaft motor 44 is started to drive the cleaning wheel 46 to rotate, the sliding block 43 is pushed by the second electric telescopic column 45 to enable the double-shaft motor 44 to approach to the central position, the outer wall of a workpiece is thrown, and meanwhile suction force is generated by the exhaust fan 55 to suck cleaning dust in the shield 51 into the adsorption box 53;
c. when the workpiece is moved, the second cylinder 33 drives the second arc-shaped clamping plate 34 to loosen the workpiece, the moving assembly 35 drives the moving ring frame 31 to move close to the fixed ring frame 21, the second cylinder 33 pushes the second arc-shaped clamping plate 34 to clamp the workpiece again and move to one side, meanwhile, the workpiece is loosened by the same-side fixed clamping mechanism 2, and the workpiece is matched with the movable clamping mechanism 3 and the fixed clamping mechanism 2 on the other side to move and clean the longer workpiece.

the movable clamping mechanism (3) comprises a movable ring frame (31), a second inner supporting ring (32) is arranged on the inner side of the movable ring frame (31), three second air cylinders (33) are uniformly arranged on the circumference between the movable ring frame (31) and the second inner supporting ring (32), the fixed ends of the second air cylinders (33) are welded between the movable ring frame (31) and the second inner supporting ring (32), a second arc-shaped clamping plate (34) is arranged at the movable rod end of each second air cylinder (33), and a movable assembly (35) is arranged at the lower end of the movable ring frame (31);
the cleaning mechanism (4) comprises a bottom plate (41), slide rails (42) are symmetrically arranged at the upper end of the bottom plate (41), two slide blocks (43) are arranged on the slide rails (42), a double-shaft motor (44) is arranged on the slide blocks (43), a cleaning wheel (46) is arranged on an output shaft of the double-shaft motor (44), second electric telescopic columns (45) are arranged on the front wall and the rear wall of each slide block (43), springs (47) are arranged among the slide blocks (43), an arc-shaped support plate (48) is arranged at the upper end of each spring (47), an arc-shaped fixing plate (410) is arranged above each arc-shaped support plate (48), and a third electric telescopic column (49) is arranged at the upper end of each arc-shaped fixing;

c. when the workpiece is moved, the second air cylinder (33) drives the second arc-shaped clamping plate (34) to loosen the workpiece, the moving assembly (35) drives the moving ring frame (31) to move close to the fixed ring frame (21), the second air cylinder (33) pushes the second arc-shaped clamping plate (34) to clamp the workpiece to move to one side, meanwhile, the workpiece is loosened by the same-side fixed clamping mechanism (2), and the workpiece is matched with the movable clamping mechanism (3) and the fixed clamping mechanism (2) on the other side to move and clean the longer workpiece.
