Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings. It is to be understood that the embodiments described herein are illustrative only and are not limiting upon the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a water tank 100, which is preferably used in a cleaning device and cooperates with the cleaning device to enhance the cleaning effect in the present embodiment. Specifically, the water tank 100 includes a body portion (not numbered), and a receiving space (not numbered) in the body portion for storing liquid. The water tank 100 further includes a water filling port located at the upper portion of the body and a rubber stopper 11 that blocks the water filling port. As shown in fig. 1, the water filling port is provided at an upper side of the water tank 100 in the present embodiment, but may be provided at a lower side of the water tank 100 in other alternative embodiments.
The water tank 100 further includes a space 13 for providing a relief and a locking/limiting member 12 for abutting against the cleaning device, so as to enhance the abutting strength between the water tank and the cleaning device.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, the water tank 100 may further include a wiping member, and in a specific embodiment, the wiping member includes a cloth 22 detachably disposed at the bottom of the water tank and a scraping strip 21 movably disposed at the front side of the cloth 22. In this embodiment, a hook and loop fastener 23 is disposed at the bottom of the water tank 100 to engage with the cleaning cloth 22, so as to adhere the cleaning cloth 22.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the main body of the water tank 100 at least includes a top wall and a bottom wall corresponding to the top wall, the bottom wall includes at least a first opening 24, and the water tank 100 distributes the storage liquid in the accommodating space through the first opening 24. In particular embodiments, the first opening 24 is configured to include a capillary cartridge through-hole arrangement through which the water tank 100 dispenses the stored liquid in the receiving space outwardly. In other embodiments, the first opening 24 may be a flexible member with a through hole or capillary hole or a capillary material extending out of the water tank 100, and the flexible member is detachably mounted to the bottom wall of the water tank 100.
Specifically, the body portion of the water tank 100 includes at least one pressure-receiving portion 26, and the pressure-receiving portion 26 can directly or indirectly pressurize the accommodating space under an external force; the pressure receiving portion 26 can directly or indirectly decompress the accommodating space when the external force is removed. In this embodiment, when the wiping unit is abutted against the water tank, the wiping unit abuts against the pressure receiving portion 26, and during the operation of the wiping unit, the wiping unit can press the pressure receiving portion 26, and the pressure receiving portion 26 can directly or indirectly regulate the pressure in the accommodating space under the pressing force.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the pressure receiving portion 26 is configured as a flexible membrane protruding from the bottom of the water tank 100, the inner side of the flexible membrane is directly connected to the accommodating space of the water tank, and the pressure receiving portion directly changes the pressure in the accommodating space when the flexible membrane is deformed or restored. In this embodiment, in the actual use of the water tank structure, the wiping component mounted at the bottom of the water tank 100 directly cleans the working surface, and when the wiping component moves relative to the working surface, the wiping component presses the flexible drum membrane, so as to pressurize the accommodating space of the water tank 100, and simultaneously, the liquid in the water tank 100 overflows out of the water tank 100 through the first opening 24 and is distributed to the wiping component; when the pressing force of the wiper assembly to the pressed portion 26 is weakened, the flexible membrane is restored from the deformation, thereby decompressing the receiving space of the tank 100, and simultaneously, the air outside the tank 100 enters the tank 100 through the aforementioned first opening 24 to balance the pressure inside the tank 100.
In a preferred embodiment, the volume of liquid dispensed as a result of one activation of the pressure receiving portion 26 is between 0.1 and 1 ml. Also, in a preferred embodiment, when the accommodating space of the water tank 100 stores liquid, the liquid therein covers the first opening 24, and the accommodating space of the water tank 100 is sealed, that is, no other air holes are added to the water tank 100 except for the first opening 24, so as to enhance the pressure regulating effect of the pressure receiving part 26 on the accommodating space. Of course, the pressure receiving portion 26 may be provided in plural for enhancing the regulating effect, and similarly, the first opening 24 may be provided in plural for enhancing the tank outlet effect.
It should be noted that in other embodiments (not shown), the water tank 100 may also indirectly regulate the pressure inside the water tank 100 through the pressure receiving portion 26, in this embodiment, the water tank 100 includes a pressure adjusting component, the pressure receiving portion 26 protrudes from the outer surface of the water tank 100, and when the pressure receiving portion 26 detects the external pressure, the pressure receiving portion 26 may transmit a pressure signal to the pressure adjusting component through a physical structure or an electronic structure, and indirectly change the pressure inside the accommodating space through the pressure adjusting component. The pressure regulating assembly is a piston assembly or an electric water pump assembly. The specific work flow is consistent with the foregoing preferred embodiment, and is not described in detail herein.
In the best embodiment, the pressed part 26 is located at the bottom of the water tank 100, so that the pressed part 26 can be triggered by the wiping component at the bottom of the water tank 100, so that the liquid dispensing of the water tank 100 becomes controllable, and the liquid in the water tank 100 is dispensed/stopped as the wiping work is performed/finished. In other embodiments, the pressure-receiving portion 26 may be disposed at other positions of the tank, for example, between the tank 100 and a cleaning device that is connected to the tank, and the pressure-receiving portion 26 is triggered by different directional forces applied to the tank 100 by the cleaning device during towing of the tank 100, so as to pressurize and depressurize the tank interior.
The present invention also provides a cleaning device (not shown) comprising: a surface cleaning assembly, a gripping assembly coupled to the surface cleaning assembly, and a water tank 100 as described in any of the embodiments above, the water tank 100 removably dockable with the surface cleaning assembly. Preferably, the cleaning device is a vacuum cleaner and the surface cleaning assembly is a floor brush assembly to enhance cleaning and improve user experience.
The foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and features of this invention, which is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but rather is susceptible to various changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which changes and modifications are within the scope of the invention as claimed. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims.
